Yeah you guys aren't going to like this: Nsekhe, an offensive tackle whose NFL experience is limited to two games with the Rams last season, responded to a tweet by someone named Morgan Reed. Both tweets appear to have been deleted, but the Washington Times posted a screenshot of them (see above). Reed had expressed disbelief that football players make so much more money than members of the military, to which Nsekhe replied that there's not much skill required to kill someone. Holy crap that's awful. Oh my. I'm not usually an overreaction guy, but this is a league minimum guy imo. Maybe I'm wrong.

I appreciate the feedback and agree that Brown is better, but is he 7 million better? Deonte is like a 2 million dollar guy.

Ok so now I like the Brown deal more. With Brown and Foster on the outside and Beasley's work in slot, I mean, he's going to be open.

Yeah I don't love this one. But I understand the process and the idea that all of this speed on the field kills. I think this is an overpay for a guy who is similar in skill and age to Deonte Thompson. He's been more productive, but I don't love this one. But with Josh Allen's skillset, as many have said, it makes a lot of sense. I want to wait on guarantees and such before I judge it fully. The fact that he turned us down last year annoys me a bit.

Let him go to NO and then make a trade for Trey Hendrickson

This seems weird, but this may be Beane looking around, with a handful of cash and game breaking player that either people don't want, or people can't afford. Due diligence likely, but I think it is realistic that Beane is in on this. He's holding a bag of money.

Glenn vs Morse situations aren't really comparable. The Glenn trade allowed us to trade up for Josh Allen. Franchise QB trumps all else. Also, I think fans and Beane and co. felt fine about moving Glenn because Dawkins filled in for him that year and there was little to no drop off, at a much cheaper price. With Morse, center is barren here. He is worth the risk as one of the better centers in the NFL. At a position of massive need. I know that a lot of people are clinging to the "we should not have traded Cordy Glenn." But do they like having Josh Allen? If the answer is yes, then they have to move on.

Somebody said something about his son maybe going to play at UB. So maybe Gore reached out to the Bills and said he wanted to come here, play with Shady and be close to his kid. You really can't turn that down. What I like about it is that I think it makes Shady less likely to complain about touches and things of that nature. Also, these guys are both really good receivers, so maybe they get used in the slot a bit. I'm okay with it. It is weird, but the money is so little that it's really a no risk proposition.

Yeah Josina knows her stuff. She seems pretty connected.

It's the PFF stuff. I don't love the way they grade linemen honestly. I think a lot of it is misleading and skewed. It's an interesting system, but it is flawed in some areas. I use the good old eye test, which is also flawed, but I trust myself more and I've thought Morse was better for a while.

Anybody seeing any updates from that guy saying we were making a trade?
