  1. like this guy? https://youtu.be/uc8JCXngwOQ Apparently Jamaal Charles has actually done this.
  2. We need to see these guys win a playoff game. That is the next big hump honestly. Play to win. Be aggressive and don’t play not to lose. Thats what i want to see.
  3. This is a weird thread to read through. The guy is obviously being brought in for intel having been with the Colts for a year or two, which is really smart. Plus maybe they want to consider him for a futures contract, which is fine. The amount of people who are upset about this and the amount of people who are excited about this confuses me.
  4. We are good. Anderson is a fringe guy who will probaly take his .5 sack to some crap Swedish arena football league or something.
  5. Definitely a Bojo hater. I had a great hot take earlier in the year....in which I said we should have drafted Braden Mann and not Bass. So yeah. I’d love to see more of those coffin corner kicks, definitely has a live leg and has been good. And it seems those holding issues are past him.
  6. I don’t think there is anything to worry about. Transactions have been weird this year. The Daryl Worley-Darron Lee saga took awhile. We heard they would likely be signing for a couple of weeks before anything actually happened.
  7. I think his situation was a bit like Diggs, though obviously not even close to the same level player. Stills is a super fiery guy. Highly competitive. He comes off as an ass at times, but I feel like it’s playing with an edge. Not a great match with O’Brien and I am speculating that he bitched and moaned about the Hopkins deal. Just my 2 cents.
  8. This guy has by far the most upside of any tight end we have had here for a very, very long time. He has game breaking potential. He will get there. he is improving. He’s an excellent blocker with that receiving upside. Do people prefer a Mark Campbell or Robert Royal? Maybe a Derek Fine or Derek Schouman type? We should continue to add to the position. Draft guys with upside. Maybe sign UFA Jacob Hollister, who is a nice compliment and gives you some H back factor as well as familiarity with our system and and a close connection to Josh Allen. But I think Knox will be a top ten tight end in the near future. He came in as raw as you can be to play a very complicated position. Our team asks him to do a lot. And we have had no OTAs etc. The fact that he has had the impact he has is actually pretty amazing.
  9. I could see him as a replacement if Frazier is poached down the road.
  10. Good stuff. That is why I don’t think Feliciano is back, unless he replaces Morse. Boettger and Ford are going to be our starting guards ext year, imo. If they can’t resign Williams I think the backup plan is to sign Feliciano and move Ford back to RT, but Ford and Ike will not be on the bench. I think Milano is 50/50. He should be back but his market could be all over the place. Lavonte David and KJ Wright and other off ball linebackers are free agents as well. I think we target Nick Bolton in the draft. Williams is the guy who may break the bank, but he’s the guy we need to resign above all others imo.
  11. Crystal ball, I think they let Milano walk and do everything the can to draft Nick Bolton somewhere between 20-32. I think they use the money to re-sign Darryl Williams. To me, Milano should be kept, but Bolton is a perfect fit. I think it comes down to demand and cost for Milano.
  12. Milano’s return makes a big difference imo.
  13. Looking into his twitter, it’s clear that his wife is super hot.
  14. Agreed but I have to give a lot of that credit to Bobby Johnson the OL coach. Feliciano was clearly one of his guys from his time with the Raiders. Even though Johnson was the tight ends coach, he kind of took Feliciano under his wing. All in all, great stuff.
  15. Moss will be fine. I do wonder why Yeldon isn’t used considering his abilities as a receiver and the number of empty sets we have run this year. He’s way more of a mismatch for linebackers and safeties to cover. I think he should play more.
  16. Big supporter of Ike. A lot of the stuff pre draft and such was about how he was projected as a day 2-3 pick if he hadn’t had the injuries. The old Buddy Nix “find college tackles and move them to inside” still prevails. Morse, Ford, Boettger, Winters, Bates, Feliciano all college tackles. Ike is strong and is also pretty athletic...I think he’s a converted tight end. I’ve said it before, I think he and Ford are our starting guards next year and they find a way to sign Williams. If there is turnover, I think it could be in the middle, but Morse has picked up his play recently. I like Feliciano, but Williams is the priority in FA.
  17. Thank you. Good stuff. I was really looking forward to Sweeney playing some.
  18. For what it’s worth, I think our starting line next year is: Dawkins-Ford-Morse OR Feliciano-Boettger-Williams I think it’s obvious they really like Boettger. They held on to him for awhile and developed him. They put him in that game and shuffled the o line when Morse got hurt, and he’s cheap. I think they 100% have to sign Williams no matter what. So I think it comes down to whether they keep Morse, or cut him and use the money to sign Feliciano. Just my 2 cents.
  19. I think Williams is 100% back. I also think our starting guards next year are Cody Ford and Ike Boettger. Unlikely, but I could also see them cutting Mitch Morse and re-signing Feliciano to play center. I love Mitch Morse, but you can get out of his contract without much of a hit after this season. Hate to see it happen, but I do think Feliciano has been very good there.
  20. Its hard for guys to come in and learn a defensive system in the middle of a season and make an impact. This guy knows the system and probably the best guy sitting out on the street.
  21. When was the last time an NFL trade deadline move was made that propelled a team to great playoff success? I’m not trying to snarky, like honestly curious. This isn’t baseball. At the end of the day, we don’t know what was out there and what was discussed, but I don’t think trade deadline additions are going to make or break this team. Disappointed? Yeah a bit. But the overreaction is a bit much. People were ready to go nuts on the line moves on Sunday. Anyone seen Ike Boettger’s pff number against the Pats? Now i don’t love PFF, but the point is that moves are made for various reasons. Anyway, moves are not made in a vacuum and these guys are going to cook with the groceries they chose.
  22. To Lorenzo’s point, we have played the majority of the season in a nickel 4-2-5, and in that alignment Edmunds and Milano/Klein are essentially playing the same position. we have not been in much base. I agree though? That he could excel as a sam in a 4-3 under look, which I just have not seen this year. I still believe in him, because he is a unicorn as a mike. He could be something amazing. But if he were drafted by a team like the Steelers or Ravens and played more like a 3-4 OLB, he’d have like 12 sacks every year.
  23. Living up to that screen name
  24. Too bad O’Brien isn’t there anymore. He would have jumped at that offer.
