  1. Ok so this is the guy I really like, in addition to Tom Cable. However, he left the Steelers to go to the Broncos to be closer to his family on the west coast. So I am not sure i love our chances. They should be chasing Bill Callahan as well. If the Bears can pursue him, why not us?
  2. Yes he was drafted specifically for McDermotts's D to replace Josh Norman.
  3. Bradberry is a nice fit...he was up and down for McDermott. But that's a big cap number. If he is cut, 100% makes sense. Personally I prefer Donte Jackson because of the speed he brings. But Bradberry would be a good fit here imo
  4. They would have to do like Saquan for Edmunds...fifth year option for fifth year option. I don't want the Bills to pay a running back, but for one year at that price, it might work. I also think that Edmunds would excel inside or outside in a 3-4 defense like the one Patrick Graham is running. JMO
  5. I am assuming those guys are free to seek out new jobs with the changing of the coaching staffs with their respective teams. Munchak is kinda-sorta connected to McDermott through Mike Tomlin. I would love either guy who should be available. Bill Callhan is still under contract from what I could find.
  6. That’s Munchak. And Cable. Callahan is the best teacher. I hope they trend that way.
  7. Frazier is 100% a mint chocolate chip guy. But I guess the joke doesn’t work as well that way.
  8. Me too. I am also available and can coach offensive linemen. Call me McBeane!
  9. Yeah i guess he doesn't want to work for Ballke. He isn't wrong
  10. Bill Callahan is the best. Other guys who could be available, Mike Munchak and Tom Cable. Would be very happy with any of those three guys.
  11. He's a dime a dozen player making 5 million a year. Guys like can be found in a lot of places for a lot cheaper. He’s tough and by all accounts a good dude, but he isn’t worth that contract. To team like the Giants who need to establish culture, he would be valuable.
  12. Just find a way to steal Bill Callahan. He’s the best
  13. Maybe they want to give us a 4th rounder for Jon Feliciano. For like culture or something
  14. Tee Martin is going to be a very good coach in this league. Very smart dude, who played the QB position and was learning to play QB side by side and behind Peyton Manning. Honestly, I don't hate the idea. He is also working under Greg Roman, so maybe he can integrate some of those run game concepts here. He is a rising star and I think the interview is warranted. It scares me for sure, but I like the process.
  15. Honestly, Dion Dawkins needs to move to guard. And Duke Williams should be starting. And Zay Jones sucks.
  16. Hackett's O line coach? Then he becomes interim head coach when Hackett gets fired and the Broncos win some games down the stretch. Then they hire him full time for some reason and waste 3 more years before they realized they screwed up.
  17. Hendrickson and Hubbard were the difference. DJ Reader as well.
  18. Would have loved to see Tremaine Edmunds do what Hubbard just did
  19. Brandon Scherff, though he will be expensive. Tough, skilled, elevates the entire offensive line Donte Jackson, Corner, fast, tackles, great fit Jerick McKinnon RB fast, can catch, can play running back and receiver serving as a great weapon in the empty game Dj Chark WR, big, fast, tons of potential coming off an injury. May be too expensive. Taven Bryan -3tech to rotate with Ed Oliver. Great athlete and nice fit for what we do here. Up and down career so far
  20. I guess holding the guys jersey is legal this week 🤷‍♂️
  21. Im pretty sure they do some kind of skills competition thing. I remember Lamar Jackson being super inaccurate in the drills
  22. The problem with the McGahee thing is who the passed on. Thats team could have used a tight end like Dallas Clark. Ruben Brown was out so Eric Steinbach would have made a ton of sense. Maybe a corner like Nnamdi Asomugha to replace Antoine Winfield. This is especially true when you consider they signed UDFA Fred Jackson that year. Tony Romo was there too. Remember that this is the same draft where they passed on Osi Umenioyra, Jason Witten, and Anquan Boldin to draft Chris Kelsay. Then they went Terence McGee right in front of Asante Samuel. 🤷‍♂️
  23. This team is missing a Jerick McKinnon. A guy who can play running back and receiver and gives you a ton of speed. A guy like that makes the empty formation so much more dangerous as he can shift into the backfield and run the ball if teams come out in a soft D. But he is also a dangerous receiver who is a mismatch for linebackers. Its what everyone wanted Breida to be, but he just isn’t a great football player. This is also I think what they were looking for with all the Travis Etienne interest last year. McKinnon is the guy imo. I would target him in free agency as a complement to Singletary. Singletary is solid. He is fine. Do you give him money when he is a free agent, no I don’t think so. Never pay a running back when you have a franchise QB imo. You draft his replacement and rinse and repeat. This team is all about Josh.
  24. Really starting to like the Joe Brady idea a lot. Young guy with fresh ideas who learned from the best. Matt Rhule is mouth breather who threw Brady under the bus.
  25. Awesome work man. Williams works for me. We are in a great place to just sit and see who falls, a great value spot. But an injured top ten talent works for me. The people complaining about Williams are the same people who will be crying when the Pats take him at 21.
