What about a guy like TY Hilton? Maybe he can be had for a Sanders like contract. He can play in the slot and outside, so he isn't really taking reps away from Gabe Davis. His production has been down, but I think he would fit well here. Maybe a young and hungry guy with some return ability like Dante Pettis who I think we liked during draft time.

The fact that the Saints are in on Deshaun watson and were like 60 million over the cap the other day is the best evidence that it is all faker than Kim Kardashian.

In terms of the return game, you either have it or you don't. Grant has crazy vision and he explodes through the middle of coverage teams. I don't see that with McKenzie or Stevenson honestly. I do think McKenzie has a role as a receiver, and the one thing I will give him is that he is younger than Grant. He seemed to play well in that NE game because they insisted on playing him man with a big slow corner. But he was excellent in that game. The Miami game was a meaningless game. Ok that's amazing thanks. I'll stop bitching about it now lol I had no idea. Got caught up in baseball free agency, and work lol

I don't think this regime will ever sign a running back long term. The will sign mid level guys on short term deals and draft guys in the third round and rinse and repeat.

I agree that the washed up veteran approach to finding a corner is dumb. That's why I like going after Jackson. Just 26 years old with just ridiculous speed. I think he fits in really well here. There are still a bunch of corners on the markets, so they may be waiting for wave 2. What is actually going to happen? They will talk up Dane Jackson as a starter and how they will use Siran Neal on the outside a bit and then they will draft a corner in the first round.

Grant is better than McKenzie. Would have preferred him. I know people get mad, but it is what it is. Grant just has that vision on returns.

Chandler Jones DE Donte Jackson CB Akiem Hicks DT Could all technically be added to the roster as they have not signed anywhere as of yet. Hicks probably only makes sense if they plan on cutting Star. But I suppose he could still fit. I am holding out hope for Jones. On the defensive end side, outside of Jones I have mentioned I like Dorance Armstrong. He is still very young and really long and athletic. He has done some cool stuff for the Cowboys rushing inside and outside. So there is that versatility. But he doesn't move the needle the way Jones does. Jones gives this D an interesting identity and boost.

I bet the Watson thing is holding a bunch of things up. Once that decision is made, I think we see a mini flurry of things.

Honestly it doesn’t matter. It is a sunk cost and he is a free agent at the end of this season. He has regressed every year and if he has a good year, you would just have to pay him. So I prefer to put chips in on Bates, who is just a couple of months older than Ford.

I think Epenesa is a 3-4 5 tech end. He just doesn’t have any burst or bend. I wonder if there is a trade to be had with a team that is switching from a 4-3 to a 3-4 like the Vikings.

He should go the Falcons, play with Kyle Pitts, go back to Georgia where the fans will probably be most liekely to accept him. At the same time, the Panthers owner has been obsessed with him for a couple of years now, so he knows he is truly wanted there.

I wonder if they might look at Adam Humpries again. They really liked him in free agency and few years ago and missed out. There are also a few big names out there like Allen Robinson, Jarvis Landry.

Jones Armstrong Key in that order for me. Obviously Von Miller or a trade would be great, but those are three targets who make a lot of sense. Jones is by far the best option, also the most expensive.

I gotcha. Yeah I think they are essentially the same player, McKinnon more speed, McKissic probably the better runner. But both good receivers. I suppose, since McKissic has been super productive with terrible QBs his stats are a bit inflated from all the check down stuff. That’ my assumption, but thankfully i have not seen many Lions or WTF games.

I just like the speed numbers. I have always liked him. Good with McKissic as well.
