  1. Haha! I'd probably see a doctor for that not so fresh feeling.
  2. I would also love to sit in the suite and talk about how terrible Zay Jones is. I'm in @Alphadawg7
  3. @Virgil I sent you a trade idea. If it's a no I will make the pick.
  4. With the 16th pick in the TSW NFL Draft 3.0, the New Orleans Saints select Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State. I was also eyeing Cross and a number of other guys. Realistically I think NO comes away with one of the LTs. There is also a need there in NO at the wide receiver position and there are 4 elite guys in this draft. The Saints get the last guy left. Olave excels in his route running, which doesn't quite make up for Jameis Winston's inaccuracy, but NO needed an infusion of talent, upside, youth and speed at the position. Olave provides that weapon for them. He reminds me of S. Diggs and that will play down in NO. The Chargers and @HappyDays are now on the clock.
  5. Honestly, two guys we have been overlooking are Tremaine Edmunds and Breece Hall. I feel like we need to debate those guys more, we are clearly slacking.
  6. Took my guy! All good! He was sticking out on the board in my imaginary draft!
  7. Crazy, but again that’s why you don’t draft these tackles high unless they are slam dunk squeaky clean LTs.
  8. I really like London and provides something WTF doesn’t really have.
  9. That’s where I am at. I am ok with it if you are getting more picks, a mini trade down. I think someone will want to trade in front of the Lions to get QB so maybe that is a trade down spot. Maybe the Lions trade up a bit. They have 32 and 34 so why not get up to 25 to secure a QB? And I don’t have a problem with Hall, I just don’t see the value when you throw the ball as much and can always get value in the later rounds at RB. My apprehension also takes the fifth year option into account. If your player makes a pro bowl you are talking approximately 9 million a year for one year, which is a top ten salary. I feel like a trade out of the first may not be super likely, and if they really love him, they should just take him, I wouldn’t love it, but I’d obviously support the braintrust. I think the 5th year on a RB is a detriment imo.
  10. This team needs Fred Jackson. Who is Fred Jackson in this draft? I’d take that guy in the first.
  11. All good man. Its interesting actually, in terms of the approach each team takes in this. i thought the Ravens did since they have so many crazy fronts, but didn’t realize that there were that many teams doing it.
  12. Its hard to tell. Rumors said they were all over Ettiene, there were some Harris rumors out there, but both went earlier. Then there is a rumor they wanted CB Eric Stokes in the first as well. It’s hard to say. Obviously they pursued McKissic, and while Duke Johnson is very similar, and I like him a lot, the salary says a lot about expectations. I do think they want to upgrade the position, I just can’t fathom why they would do it in the first round. Big no no.
  13. The smoke around Hall and Spiller likely means they like Walker or someone else.
  14. I like Kyle. I just think it would be funny if all this hype and he doesn’t get to pick.
  15. Be hilarious if the Bills trade their third to move up into the second again. Or, if they trade down and out of the third.
  16. Man he just gimmicked his way right into the spotlight. Well played Kyle, well played.
  17. It is hard to tell with what they have done this year so far, but Kromer, with athletic linemen seems to lean that way. Brady was a zone guy as well, and Dorsey seems to have experience in both. At his roots, Dorsey is a Dennis Erickson one back spread zone guy. Coaching wise Dorsey has learned under Mike Shula, Rob Chudzinski, Daboll. I think Walker is good in any scheme, I don't think he is just a zone back. And I think Walker and Hall will be successful, but Walker is better. Neither should be their pick in the first.
  18. Yeah I think Walker is better. His game against Michigan seals it for me. I mean all those Michigan dudes who are going to get drafted this weekend and Walker just ate them up.
  19. Chargers, Patriots, Rams, Ravens https://www.theringer.com/nfl/2022/3/7/22960318/green-dot-defenses-secondary-defensive-backs
  20. I think that is the big loss there. But I think Hyde could make things seamless. I really like Jalen Pitre. When I watch him in videos I see Jordan Poyer.
  21. Yeah I agree. It's a bit like rearranging deck chairs. There is some depth at safety, but this trade allows you to go Hamilton or BPA in the first, then probably safety 2 and LB in the third or 4th. There is depth at those two positions safety, and linebacker imo. But I agree, it makes seem sense on some level, but again I would only trade up for Stingley, Gardner or Hamilton. I would trade up for a premier corner, and if you are getting Bradberry, you may not need a corner in that spot. Maybe the Bills love a Jameson Williams or Drake London, but I just don't believe you make that move for a receiver. I could see London as if they really think he is Mike Evans lite. That is something that is really missing here, that contested catch big body. But I think the more likely scenario is a mini trade up if one of the top 4 corners or Hamilton is slipping. The rumors is they sat on their hands waiting for Eric Stokes to fall to them last year and he got taken 1 pick ahead, so I am not sure they allow that to happen again.
  22. Lions Saints Chiefs
  23. One other little thought, but let’s say there is a trade centered around Edmunds and Bradberry and those picks. It is imbalanced. Now what if the Bills included Poyer? Bills get: 7: Draft Gardner, Stingley, or Hamilton Bradberry Maybe Toney or Martinez? Giants get: Poyer Edmunds 25 some later round picks Cody Ford? It changes our secondary quite a bit, but maybe that’s a trade that could work? The Bills try to find a Tremaine replacement later in the draft, or sign a stopgap like Kwon Alexander or Joe Schobert for a year. Maybe the Giants throw in Martinez? IDK. Just roster-bating here. Giants get Edmunds who will likely be a beast in Martindale’s defense and get a QB for their secondary with Poyer who would pair well with McKinney. Maybe Johnson wants Cody Ford. They still would have two first rounders. They also rid themselves of a high priced corner who doesn’t fit their new system. Bills get Bradberry and an elite prospect at 7. They open up a hole at LB, but they free themselves of two players who may just be here one more year. I like Edmunds, I like Poyer, but if they have value and they aren’t going to be here long term, the move makes some sense. Make fun of me, say Madden blah blah. But there is some smoke, the front offices and coaching staffs are very closely related, and a move could be mutually beneficial.
