Bills stadium plans remain unclear
wagon127 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I also wonder if its possible to do that, in less then 9 months! in between seasons. I bet the year they decide to do that, will be the same year we finally host an AFC championship game and then your looking at 8 months! -
That's what I was trying to say, but I just didn't know how to spell it. I fixed my original post now.

Tons of stations in buffalo are on this thing now. WBEN, and FM stations Star 102.5, 107.7 98.5. I think Entercom Radio just sold their soul to this awful thing.

Bills stadium plans remain unclear

I don't believe fans are eagerly waiting to spend double or even triple for tickets. New Era Field will do just fine until they have to reinforce the structure again. -
Yep, so fans who were enjoying buying $5 tickets to preseason games, will now have to pay full price. This is such a wonderful thing. I believe the ticket exchange still have a ridiculous minimum number you can sell tickets for, and its $65 for my seats.

I'm not technologically impaired, but there are times, where my phone starts to malfunction. And it can be an old phone, or a brand new one that does this. I also need to make sure my phone is fully charged, just to get in the venue. I feel much more comfortable having a plastic card on me. wow, you clearly didn't read the original post. There are no physical tickets to ship any more. Only digital.

Good for you, I trust my ability to hang on to my season ticket card, better then I trust my phone to not go nuts on me, once I walk through the gate. I hate mobile ticketing.

Bills will win the division this season

I live for this day. I tune in every year, as I know one year, it will happen that the Patriots might have a number 9 in their loss column. I don't think it will happen this year, I mean either team could have won super bowl 52. Brady threw for over 500 yards. I don't really think his age makes a difference with him. Someday it will, but there is no evidence to back it up right now. -
Picard's character definitely deserves a better send off, then Nemesis was. Patrick Stewart said he would only come back if there was a good reason too. And it cant just be old picard going on 1 more mission. We already had that in "All Good Things..." I'm excited to see what they can do. I would think Levar Burton and Michael Dorn should have no trouble coming back as well, if they wanted them.

Best MNF game the Bills were in?
wagon127 replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree that it cannot be our best Monday night game. I feel people are trying to look at it from an unbiased perspective. As if you are someone that's not a fan of either team, then the Dallas vs. Buffalo game would be the best game Monday night game they would have watched that involved us. -
I need help: 2018 Bills Home Opener
wagon127 replied to Mark Vader's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There are some nice hotels in the West Seneca area, which are very close the 219 thruway, which will take you to the stadium. The Hampton Inn, and Staybridge suites are both on Slade Ave in west Seneca, and I know the staybridge is less than 10 years old. You should probably stay downtown Friday night, spend all day Saturday checking out downtown. Then get a hotel in west Seneca, so you will be close to the stadium. -
[Vague Title]Fun idea for the home opener

I don't understand people who think that the crowd would go crazy over a throwback uniform. The best reaction you will ever find to a throwback uniform would be back in 2003 when the sabres surprised everybody with wearing the old blue and gold jersey for fan appreciation day. No former bills jersey would ever do that. -
Favorite Bills game last season

I'd say beating the defending NFC champion, with Atlanta! That was when I really started to believe this year might be different. -
The Bills did not "luck" into the playoffs
wagon127 replied to The Red King's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Believe me, I was as excited as any fan was on New Years Eve, and scared my 2 year old nephew with how loud I screamed when Andy Dalton threw that Touchdown pass. The part that bugs me, is if the tie breaker rules for "strength of schedule" are fair. I still find it weird, that the we got in, and the chargers didn't. The chargers killed us last year. We only going in because Baltimore was also 9-7, and it helped that the ravens played the browns twice. I'm excited that we don't need to annoy Josh Allen with how he feels about being on a team that hasn't been to the playoffs in 18 years. I really wonder if less people would say it was luck, if the bengal's game ended before the bills-dolphins game did. But I am glad it went down the way it did. It was the perfect story book ending to the drought. -

Take A Minute to Appreciate This Forum
wagon127 replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I really appreciate this forum. I was getting sick of trying to talk Bills football with random people on facebook. Too many trolls from other teams getting involved, or people who clearly don't watch any sports, and just leave dumb comments, to get people angry. -
The ball is thrown directly over the 25 yard line. You can follow it the whole way. It still is a tough call to make, especially without HD cameras. It is too close to call, and even if the ball was more obviously behind the passer, it still would have gone for a touchdown. If it is too close to call, the call on the field stands.
