“Street” tickets/$7 Seats on StubHub
wagon127 replied to 4_kidd_4's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is the best idea I ever heard. Just find a good spot to hide a cooler, close to the gate, chug a beer and go back in! What time do they stop letting people in the gate. I need to figure out logistics! -
McDermott's Monday Segment With Schopp & Bulldog: 11/5/18
wagon127 replied to Fadingpain's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He clearly gets too attached to players. That's why Mike Tolbert, Kelvin Benjamin, Star Latulelei and Derek Anderson all came here. He just can't let go of Peterman. And his NFL career is going to die due to this attachment..... -
Shady definitely in the Bills plans for 2019

They certainly aren't going to say they are committed to moving him in the offseason, halfway through the current season..... They are just answering a question, and it doesn't have to be accurate. -
IF THE BILLS WERE TO EVER LEAVE BUFFALO

I would hate the St. Louis Bills more then I currently hate the patriots. I probably would become a Browns fan or something. -

Is holding a spot till 3:30 ok? I would ask for 1 more spot then. The 1st 2 will be around 1, and the last one would be closer to 3:30. -
I mean, of course other teams make mistakes, but I just don't care too much about that. Other teams fans do the exact same to their team. I see fans of the steelers and Broncos, groan about how awful their teams are, and they won several super bowls. The only team that seemingly never struggles is the Patriots, and unfortunately it is impossible to ignore them here in buffalo. I do my best to follow other teams, but I refused to spend 1pm-11:30pm on sundays doing nothing but watch football. Most people, myself included, only get 2 days off work a week, and I would like to make the most of it. Normally I watch the Bills game, and then find other activities to do. There is no better example of a team that made a ton of mistakes, lost their starting quarterback, and still won the Super Bowl then the Eagles last year. They made a bunch of awful trades 3 or 4 years ago, and right now they are the defending champs. That being said, Eagles fans were pissed when those awful trades happened and rightfully so. I will be mad about the Bills until they give me a reason to not be mad. Same with the Sabres, I may be on the down swing of being mad about them.

Kyle Williams and Sean McDermott Monday WGR Segments

I agree, and I don't know why he said 50 points. No NFL team is scoring 50 points a game. But most of them are scoring 30. How about you start there, and we will worry about scoring 50 points a game some other time..... -
How and Why The Bills Could Win Monday Night
wagon127 replied to Kevin1778's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Bills have only beat Tom Brady twice in his whole career, and both times, it wasn't considered a long shot that we could do it. The 31-0 game, the bills had a stellar defense to start that year, and we just got Lawyer Milloy. In 2011, the bills offense was playing great, and we thought going into that game, we could keep pace with the patriots for once. While there have been several times throughout his career, I thought the bills could win and didn't, I have never felt more hopeless, then this year. I believe this is probably the worst bills team since the year 2000. The bills do sometimes pull off an upset against a good team, but they did that already this year. It won't happen against an elite team this week. -
Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to be Bills Fans
wagon127 replied to SoTier's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I will always be a bills fan. But being a Bills fan, doesn't mean I need to watch every single game, or listen to bills talk radio 7 days a week. It doesn't mean getting season tickets. It just means you follow the team. If the team is going to suck this bad, as they have shown so far, I probably will stop watching games. I'll check the score on my phone, but that's about it. That's where I have been with the sabres the last few years. Its ok, you don't have to stop being a bills fan entirely. It also is ok to pick a 2nd team to route for, a band wagon to follow for this year. -
Who hates the 10 minute OT?

I would like this, if it also meant no field goals as well. -
Is it possible they told Josh Allen to dial it down?
wagon127 replied to Rebel101's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The bills being able to be productive was aided by the mistakes of the vikings more so then their ability to "earn" stopping them on third down, and getting first downs by unsportsmanlike conduct penalties. The packers were better at avoiding mistakes like that. -
We All Know The Bills Issues....Now Share Your Solutions
wagon127 replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I say the draft next year should be Round 1, Offensive Linemen; Round 2, Wide Receiver; R3, OL; R4 WR; R5 OL, R6 WR, Round 7, best player available. At this point for the rest of the year, I'd rather have our unproven wide receivers out there trying to make plays, then a Kelvin Benjamin out there, who just seems completely uninterested in the showing up on Sundays. -
Is it possible they told Josh Allen to dial it down?
wagon127 replied to Rebel101's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Minnesota was a product of Cousins fumbling, and getting unsportsmanlike conduct penalties going our way to keep our offensive drives moving. When that happens, the other team is demoralized, and the Bills play inspired. The bills didn't get that this week, so they looked like they did against the Ravens and Chargers again.... -
[Incomplete Title] Seven years ago today already..
wagon127 replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I liked how shortly before this game ended, every police officer the bills could find, lined the edges of the field with baton's in hand, to make sure nobody thought about storming the field. -
Its one of those things, where if you are a current season ticket holder, you know what the rules are. It's best to only walk in with the bare essentials, Keys, ID, money, debit card and phone. It moves the lines faster, and you surely won't be turned away. Also, if you see a long line at one gate, you should look around at other gates to see if a line is shorter. I hate to say this, because people not doing this, is how I get into the stadium in less then 30 minutes, every single time.

New Darien Lake Ride announcement - Aug 30th

I agree, I was really disappointed in the video. The guy did an incredible amount of research, but he should have somebody else just read what he wrote in a more enthusiastic tone. I couldn't watch the video for very long. -
If he is waiting this long to announce a starter in such a meaningless game such as the one tonight, how long will it take to announce the starter against Baltimore? Tonight, strategy means nothing, its just a final game that only means something to players who are on the roster bubble. Somehow the bills have found a way to get me to care about the game tonight, in figuring out how the QB's will go. Is he rolling dice to make the decision? Maybe he is pulling cards out of a deck, or doing Disney trivia and seeing who gets the least amount right? This is insanely weird.

it was, but six flags sold it in 2006, and I think six flags went bankrupt at one point. I almost considered buying their stock when it was at 25 cents. It was transferred to lesser know theme park companies several times over the last 10 years, barely even news worthy. Now I just gotta figure out what is better for me, a season pass, or buying a monthly membership...... -

If they did Six Flags Holiday in the park, that may help promote their indoor activities. Other northern theme parks are able to do it, I wonder if they would give it a shot here? -

It doesn't get any worse, then when a canoe is sinking, and the family calls for help, and the ride attendant just says "My walkie is dead." People should be running at that point to get whatever might help. I'm not sure how many people will be eager to go to a park in the middle of no where throughout winter. Its hard enough to get out there in the summer, but then trying to do it in January or February. They would need to offer an awful lot of things to do right away to make it work. -
Rich Stadium construction 1972

The bills are building a new weight room for $18 million. Really puts that in perspective. I have to think the fan experience was also put in the decision. Who wants to climb a mountain to get to the upper deck? Its already quite the climb if you've spent the whole morning eating junk food.
