Schedule Release - Rumors & Leaks
wagon127 replied to FitzShowUsYourTitz's topic in The Stadium Wall
Being the anchor team for a primetime game is what happens when you are good. They want to give tampa or denver some primetime exposure, so they put them against buffalo. -
Bills at jets monday opener ESPN/ABC on week 1
wagon127 replied to djp14150's topic in The Stadium Wall
Ugh, can we please just stick to 1:00 games for the rest of the schedule. I have to work early the next morning. -
So many times, people watching at home, noticed more than I noticed in my seats. I should just buy a new TV, and not seasons.....

The corner press box is where sports writers sit. But not the live broadcasters.

Bills-Dolphins most watched Wild Card game in 9 years
wagon127 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
And people argued about it not being prime time, when clearly prime time doesnt matter in the playoffs. -
Last year it was the rams, who played monday night and then traveled to tampa the following week. Things went ok for them in the end.

Serious Superstition Question/Poll: I Need Your Help
wagon127 replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall
You need new bottles for each game, but don't touch the 13 seconds bottle until the Bills are touching the Lombardi trophy. -
Playoff Solutions Assuming they don’t replay the Bengals game.

I get the bad Mojo part, but I can't think of a more hospitable home away from home for the Bills right now, then that city. -

if the AFC championship is between Cincy and Buffalo, i think Pittsburgh or Cleveland are about the same distance from each city. If its KC vs Buffalo, put it in Indy, or Cincy. -
What if the Bills refuse to play the Patriots?
wagon127 replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
The bills were willing to practice today. 1 week is alot different then getting back to play in 5 minutes. Ill support them if they dont want to play. But id say, The nfl will just open a new playoff spot, if the Bills are done this year. -

I does that math work? 6 teams play the wildcard. 3 teams advance to the divisional to meet 2 other teams. There is then 5 teams playing in the AFC? -
There will be a monday night game wildcard weekend!

What song gets you pumped up for Bills football?
wagon127 replied to major's topic in The Stadium Wall
I know this might bring back bad memories, but this intro was just awesome. -
For the 1st super bowl, I think I want to be in Buffalo for it. Just to enjoy the moment alone, and then go out and party afterward. I honestly wouldnt go even if i could afford it. For a 2nd or 3rd super bowl, i would want to try to go. If i find $20,000 laying around somewhere by accident.

Devin Singletary not scoring a TD with 34 seconds left
wagon127 replied to chongli's topic in The Stadium Wall
No, i dont want to go to OT, i want to try a short field goal with no time left, cause i think its the best chance to win. Not cause its 100%, nothing is. But its the next best thing. So much more can go wrong by taking a lead to early, when draining the clock is an option. The best defense in the world, cant compete with leaving zero seconds on the clock. -

No, because there is a 50% chance buffalo gets the ball back on the next kickoff, which would start OT. Your strategy is wilfully give the ball back to miami. If the clock is on your side, you use it. And its worked every single time I can remember buffalo kicking a <25 yard field goal to win a game in the last 10+ years. I can think of a ton of times buffalo left time on the clock after taking the lead with less then two minutes to go and eventually lost that game. So there are a ton of examples that show you are wrong, and mcdermott was right saturday and in the ravens game. -

In the last 5 years, I can name alot times where the bills gave up a score with less then two minutes to go in a half. When is the last time the bills missed a winning field goal less then 25 yards? Nothing is 100% in football ever, so you go with the next best thing. If bass misses the field goal, there is a 50% chance buffalo has the ball on the next play from scrimmage. Every other scenario involves the bills willingly giving the ball back to Miami. -

If the bills win the super bowl this way, are people going to still be angry? -
Bills may not play another regular season game on Sunday this year
wagon127 replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
Same here. I like 1:00 games too. But not 17 of them. I like the variety of time slots. -
The bills have had the strongest strength of schedule and strength of victory of all other playoff teams. They have the 2nd highest point differential in the entire league. Who is coasting on purpose? Bills fans seem to want them to dominate everybody. The jets have a great defense, and the bills did what they had to, to win
