Well I called today found out the free Sunday ticket wasn't really free somehow they were giving me a free payment not free season. After telling the locality person this is not what I was told and agreed to Imfinalky got it resolved to really free sunday ticket and another 45$ a. Month for 12 months credit. The bill was wild shows 4 separate charges two 6 of 6,, one St max charge a whole season 293$ charge but than credits on each of charges meeting 0$ charge however it puzzled me why the St max was 1 of 6 hence the call. Check your Bill!

Many mistakes and poor execution but there are 4 plays that absolutely had an impact on the outcome of this game. First is 3 and 2 and we try the cute flee flicker that a great defensive play stopped credit to Steelers but maybe playnactionor a run may have yielded better resukts 4 and 1 and WTF was that play call? The motion by the receiver pulled the DB into a position to make the play versus putting them out of position. How many times have we seen Brady pick up that yard with a straight dive. the defensive holding on white on the INT all I saw on replay was a brush of the jersey The Pi on Wallace sure he didn't turn his head but he reply never made contact with the guy.

I need to call back just got my statement see multiple charges for St and St max and a bunch of credits however not adding up to free Sunday ticket and credits as I expected. Corporate billing systems are amazingly screwy

Wow what a score I just made. A week ago my wireless client failed and they sent me a new one. They than sent an email saying I needed to return it and took it to fedex for return. Get there and they scan the number and receiver and say Ok Jared we got it all. I interrupt name is not Jared. Anyways left called directv main number and said deactivate receiver. Got to loyalty however didnt realize it until I got frustrated with the guy not following what my issue was and I sad oh well I will call Loyalty folks He than says he is loyalty. First things first we fix the issue with receiver and they waive return. Next we verify old DVR that failed a few months ago is all deactivated and need not be returned. SO I happen to ask any deals on ST he says let me check. A few minutes later sure we can give it to you for free!!! I than asked about expiring credits and he gave me another 20$ a month for 6 month credit. I am now one happy camper and checked account it shows I have it and can add Max for 17$ a month. I dont care about redzone or fantasy football so no need to add plus if I really want to find redone I am sure there may be places 🙂

Can’t wait till we have a US based customer service like we had in the old days. Pleasant people, willing to help and fun to talk too. Many of the woman I dealt with were in areas near military bases and many were fans of various NFL teams. You could have a nice conversation about how Bills and their team were looking etc. current call center folks have no idea we’re Buffalo is.
