Arlington Cemetery: The Gold Star Families
Motorin' replied to BillsFanNC's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Alternatively, Biden's weak foreign policy as evidenced by the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal was just a preview of what was to come. Biden couldn't muster the political strength to stand up to Putin and prevent the invasion of Ukraine through diplomatic pressure. And even worse, Biden's release of billing software dollars to Iran provided direct funding to Hamas for their sinister attack on Israel, as well as Hezbollah's rocket barrage and the Houthis ability to limit shipping lanes in the Red Sea. None of these failures are "in the past" and the consequences of the Biden administration's weakness and failures will reverberate for decades. -
To make Hamas pay, wonder if he'll release another 6 Billon dollars to Iran?

I'd love it if a million people showed up to live in your house. That would be awesome, right! PM your address, my neighborhood has over 2,000 undocumented migrants living in a our community rec center. I can send at least one or two families over, right? -
I was high on AT Perry as a deep threat. He'd look really nice as wr#5 right now.

Can we admit Trump is cognitively impaired?
Motorin' replied to Joe Ferguson forever's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Coming from the guy who thinks Trump setup his own assassination attempt. I'd say this falls into Law of Projection category. I think you're the one that has been believing his own lies for so long that you are blinded from being able to see what it true. -

The "evidence all over" amounts to 10 million hours of media spin. Show me one piece of hard evidence. -

This is the part that gets me. I bought all of that too. And then realized that the sum total of evidence amounts to a paid Hillary Clinton op supplied by the FSB and 10 million hours of the media saying so. Did you ever stop and ask, if Trump was in Putin's pocket, why would his intelligence service tell Clinton's campaign they had dirt on him? You have to realize that the Russian disinformation campaign to effect the 2016 election may very well be the crap you've been peddling for 8 years about Trump and Russia. And the point of the Russian disinfo campaign wasn't to get "their candidate" into office... But instead to divide America in the hopes that we will go to war with each other. So just stop carrying water for Putin yourself, pushing a false narrative intended to pit one half of America against the other half in the event that Trump wins. -
Receivers the Bills could go after?
Motorin' replied to Desert Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
We need to target an outside #1 wr next off season. If I could pick anyone in the league to go after who fits what the Bills need with the skill set and production, at the current cost, I'd trade for Terry McClauren in the last year of his current contract. His play is similar to Diggs with a team first attitude. -
What does social security and Medicaid have to do with Kamala's insane ideas about price caps on groceries and implementing equity as the equality of outcomes within an economic frame work? And why would I be a hypocrite if I take the Social Security payments that were taken out of my paycheck my whole life? That's the stupidest thing anyone as said on this board. Sure, take 6% of my money every year for my whole life for retirement and then and call me a hypocrite if I want any part of it back.

I'm really starting to love this WR room. We quietly got better
Motorin' replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
To his point though, that was with Diggs commanding double attention and having the luxury of being over looked by the defense. If Shakir can double his targets this season and keep the same level of production on his targets then he will prove himself in the conversation. I posted the Bills passing stats for their top 4 receivers in Allen's best year as the metric. How close can the "everyone feeds" mentality get to 275 receptions, 3550 yards and 22+ TD's? If the lack of a true #1 reduces the overall performance of the offense, then they won't come close. We shall see how it pans out. My guess is they will have to aggressively pursue someone that can function as a true #1 with their FA mo ey next off season. -

Josh did elevate Jon Brown and Cole Beasley to career heights. But they both had more production and talent than the three you mention. I think Curtis Samuel is about as productive as Beasley was prior to coming to the Bills, maybe even more so with worse QB play. I could see him having similar numbers to Beasley's best season. I agree that the Bills are missing a true #1 wr, and think that Kincaid can perform at the level of the 1B. Your points on Keon Coleman's development window make sense, he may be that true 1 but not for several seasons. So this year is probably a step back. With the cap saving that Became has carved out, a top tier we should be the target FA next off season... Just for the sake of it, here's the productivity of the Bills top 4 in 2020 (Allen's best passing season): 277 receptions, 3560 yards, 22 TD's Where's the bar on the Bills top 4 this year to legitimately be in contention to win the Super Bowl? -

Iran is definitely aligned with the Hamas / Harris ticket, hoping for a continuation of the Biden administration that unfroze 6 Billion in funds for Iran to use to launch it's proxy war in Israel. The Hamas wing of the Hamas / Harris ticket will be thrilled if their Iranian partners successfully hacked the Trump campaign.
