  1. I get it, you'd rather be told lies like "Biden is sharp as a tack and totally in charge" with an even keel temperament by the same monotone liars who appear to be sterilely steering the world into WWIII. Anecdotally, I recently asked a good friend of mine who is a fellow Chicago liberal if they'd been watching any of the transcribed Russian political TV personalities. The ones who have been aggressively yelling for preemptive nuclear strikes against Ukraine and NATO. And they said, oh yeah, they're just like Trump. Which couldn't be further from the truth. Trump has constantly advocated for an end to the Ukraine war and peace in the world. But that's what the "typical liberal I imagine in my head" seems to do, equate how a tweet makes them feel with literal threats of world ending violence.
  2. Fair enough. I think you'll also be fine when Trump is President again.
  3. He went on to say exactly how big the audience was, the audience watching on television. This is the thing you don't seem to get, 95% of your opinion on Trump had been formed by the media imputing the worst possible meaning while taking Trump's words out of context. Just like you did here. As someone who didn't vote for him in 2016 or 2020, it's become painfully obvious that pundits and commentators have told thousands of lies about what the man has said. Over an over and over. What we're doing here is little more than virtual signalling. "Orange man bad, makes me a good boy. Orange man dumb, makes me a smart boy."
  4. The Holy Roman Empire was neither holy, nor Roman.
  5. Bears fans seem to love themselves some Tremainjamin Butmunds.
  6. For the last 17 years I've been trying to figure out how we lost to the Patriots by 46 points on Sunday night back in 07, and now we all know it was because of you!!!!
  7. Sounds Jussie
  8. Getting the #1 seed should be the new "winning the division" for the Bills. That is, their #1 goal year in and year out.
  9. Malik Willis was super efficient in his limited passing attempts while Anthony Richardson only completed 50% of his passes and threw 3 INT's... And Josh Jacobs ran for 150.
  10. Good thing the FBI and Secret Service deleted their cell phone data for that day. That's what Jussie Smollette thought too.
  11. Not on the same page yet. But the fact that MVS has gotten open down field on such few opportunities in both games makes me hopeful that he'll contribute later in the season when they've had time to mesh.
  12. The chest pains are a somatic reaction to the cognitive dissonance happening in your cerebral cortex.
  13. Come on, everyone knows it was the dude's fault who posted the thread about the Bills never being injured right before the start of the 2021 season.
  14. Gabe and Morse next!
  15. It seems like the only way the Cards or Fins have stuffed the run has been with well timed run blitzes. We haven't seen the Bills lean heavily into play action yet to exploit that. And I think you're right, teams are leery of stacking the box with LB's against our 2 wr and heavier sets out of fear of getting beat over the top. The ideal game plan would be for teams to stop our running game with their front four and 2 LB's. That's something the Chiefs and Bengals have been able to do to us at times. It will be interesting to see how the season progresses, and if the success on the ground can continue against better defenses.
  16. He's getting up there in years too. But I think Allen and Travon Walker pose problems at DE, while they appear to have moved Armsted inside to DT. If we can run on them and protect well in the pass game, I think that will be a sign that the OLine is legit.
  17. I think his speed is back. There was at least one play where he won to the outside, but hesitated to put his leg in the ground and force himself back upfield to the QB. And it made me wonder if that was simply a mental barrier, of still needing to build back trust in his knee? We shall see, because if his physical traits are back and he just needs reps to regain his confidence, that bodes well for him this year.
  18. I don't think we've played the Jags at home since the Fournette brawl during Josh's rookie season. Really looking forward to this game. I also think it's going to be a really good barometer for our OLine, which looks better than last year. But this Jags DLine is much stouter than any they have faced. So looking forward to seeing our OLine's performance.
  19. I love that we're playing them at home on a mini-bye
  20. The biggest question I have after two weeks -- is the OLine significantly better this year with Edwards at RG and McGovern at C? I think it's too early to tell, because the Cards and Fins are weak up front. But it looks like it has a chance to be better. The upcoming matchup with the Jags will prove to be a much better measuring stick for the OLine. Glad that games at home and not at Tottnum, or down in Duvall.
  21. I think Spector played pretty well at the end of last season, it was a shame he got her in the playoff game against Pitt... But I think he'll be fine at Mike until TB gets back.
  22. Have you asked her to shut her Maas up?
  23. Never pass up the chance for the defensive TO!
  24. They don't want to give us the ball back this half.
