  1. Yeah, at this point I want to see evidence that he was actually doing 80 mph and swerving in and out of lanes. If they have evidence, why wasn't he charged with reckless driving? I'm wondering if the officer's car that observed him has a camera? It turns out it was around 9pm, not 4 in the morning. Someone spotted him and called the police? I'm not saying Ed wasn't speeding and swerving. But it wouldn't be the first time someone called the cops on someone because they thought he looked suspicious driving a nice vehicle.
  2. Did you see Paul Rudd's Living with Yourself on Netflix?
  3. He didn't blow up because he couldn't wear a coat. The coach was being a dick to Oliver and Oliver didn't seem to take it well. He took it as a big ***** you, I don't care about you. Ed let him know how he felt about that.
  4. .04 is still chargeable, no?
  5. Open container is a misdemeanor in Texas, which in and of itself makes the gun possession a misdemeanor. Even without DUI, these are arrestable offenses.
  6. The true measure of this story is going to be determined by how Ed responds. Does he take full responsibility for his actions and take whatever measures he needs to take to ensure he never puts himself in position to let himself and his teammates down again?
  7. I still call it Rich ssometimes and other times the Ralph. Does anybody actually call it New Era Field? Still, that's a good fit for the Bills. And at least it isn't Mighty Taco Field.
  8. Congress can pass Vote by Mail security regulations without forcing states to enact Vote by Mail.
  9. The House bill(s) on vote by mail DID required signature verification to match the signature on the voter registartion card as mentioned in this news clip. Ronna is misstating the facts, the bill would have gotten rid of mandatory notarization by a third party, not signature verification. The bill would also mandate that postal workers only deliver ballots to mailboxes where the postal worker verifies the person lives there, limiting the potential for loose ballots to be floating around. The dem bill also prohibited ballot harvesting by paid workers. There's still time for Congress to implement security features before the November election, but Senate Republicans have balked. If you think vote by mail is a grand dem conspiracy, then I suggest you contact you representative and ask them to pass vote by mail legislation that includes security features.
  10. Sometimes other people see us differently than we see ourselves.
  11. When you speak to people you don't know like that, do you think that motivates them to give you a fair shake and try to see your perspective? Or write you off as someone that have no interest dialoguing with?
  12. I sat in stunned silence. The representative was right; the campaign, like many in the state, received basically zero help (in any way) from the state party. Of course, we lost. I wasn’t the only one beating the drum, and in a few areas of the state there were efforts at ballot harvesting, but due to infighting within the CAGOP and the use of blacklists, the operations were not of the “robust” type Nunes referenced. More at the link: https://www.redstate.com/jenvanlaar/2020/05/15/count-the-ways-cas-ballot-harvesting-law-leads-to-stolen-elections/ This is a pretty fair article on the topic: https://www.redstate.com/jenvanlaar/2019/12/16/cagop-must-embrace-ballot-harvesting-push-reforms-survive-2020/ In the video provided, the ballot harvestor tells the voter that she's there to pickup her ballot, that it's a service her organization (pressumably a democratic org) is only offering to registered Democrats, and the the ballot has to be signed and sealed for the harvestor to even touch it. The article goes on to say that the GOP of California is looking to harvest ballots from registered Republicans in the state who are new or infrequent voters. From voters who would vote Republican, but need extra motivation to get out to vote.
  13. The Buffalo News paywall. So dumb. I wonder how much lost ad revenue that decision generates?
  14. I thought Jackson's performance last season was one of the best all-time individual seasons. With that said, the Bills' sort of wrote the book ok how to contain him. I wouldn't be surprised to see him regress, and with his running style he's just one hit away from serious trouble. I can see JA growing into a 4000 yard, 30 TD qb on a yearly basis.
  15. I don't think either party has the will to do what needs to be done right now. They have injected trillions into the banking system, but they haven't required banks to offer forbearance on mortgage and business loans. The businesses, home owners and renters that are shut down or out of work due to government mandate should be allowed to pause their repayments until the government lifts the shut down. No balloon payments, no additional interest, and the paused payments should be added on to the end of the term instead of require extra payments within the term. And it needs to be retroactive back to the time of the shutdown. Businesses are already shutting down instead of paying rent on spaces they can't operate in, renters are two months behind on rent, home owners across the country are in danger of foreclosure. Everybody loses if 20%-30% of small businesses go under, if renters are evicted and homeowners lose their homes. The Federal government can tell the banks they won't recertify them for FDIC insurance if they don't offer forbearance, and can require mortgage holders who receive forbearance to extend it to their renters. It's going to be a horrible ***** show without this type of support.
  16. When I've voted by mail, the signature on the envelope required me to affirm that I was the only person to mark and seal the ballot. It looks like the California ballot requires voters to affirm that they placed the ballot in the envelope. Does federal election law stipulate whether or not it is legal to allow others to vote for you? Have the courts ruled on this? If it does exist in federal law, and I suspect that it does, that would superviene on California's election process, making it a crime to vote for someone else. I'm having a hard time tracking down in California's election law where it specifically allows for another to vote for you. If it doesn't exist, I would support federal legislation making it illegal to vote for someone else. If only the Republicans and Democrats could have worked on a bill that stipulated that it was illegal to mark someone else's ballot as vote by mail expands during coronavirus!
  17. Have you watched Sunderland til I Die? Totally reminds me of the sorrow of us Bills fans.
  18. Who you calling Sue? I'll sue you, for punative damages! https://youtu.be/QhjBlPucpd0
  19. Is that actually true? Or an assumption?
  20. Aren't you the guy who believed the internet video by the kid who couldn't get in the front door of the hospital that he proved the hospital was empty? As far as the proof of cheating, if you know how to find them I will take a look and it may change my mind. Give me your best ones.
  21. Nice article. Did you read it? I see no where in the definition of "harvesting" anything necessarily fraudulent. There is no charge of stealing ballots, changing ballots or inserting dead people's ballots. It sounds like a super aggressive way to turn out the vote. If you're going to claim that anyone took the signed and sealed ballots and altered them, you need this thing called evidence. I'd love to see if evidence that any votes were altered, stolen or otherwise fraudulent. And if they were, those people should absolutely go to jail. Sick burn bro. Too bad I'm not an expert on satanic sex cults and the governments they control, you guys would totally accept me then.
  22. Phantom Menace "California routinely counts large numbers of votes after election day, and mail ballots can arrive as late as Friday and still be counted as long as they were postmarked by Tuesday." Therefore it must be fraud. No other possible explanation, other than you guys are all bark and no bite.
