  1. And it's preseason so they aren't even game-planning against him and they are using vanilla techniques, which proves he's actually worse!
  2. Lee Smith today said that Oliver has constantly been giving Bills offensive players fits all through training camp.
  3. What if we sign a FA a year from now to a three year deal and he turns out great in his third year, THEN what are we gonna do?!!!
  4. We have Edmunds for three more years after this season. That is not a worry at all.
  5. It is huge for his development. But what they did with him before Anderson was malpractice. It wasn't smart to get some guys like that, it was the only logical thing to do and they didn't for six months. Incredibly naive and stupid. Glad they got it right now.
  6. He waived a drafted 2018 player from the same round, Austin Proehl, and this year it is a LOT harder to make the 53. I don't think that Johnson will be waived, in fact I would bet against it because he has looked better than expected and not worse, but he is not safe just because of that.
  7. You're ignoring the blocking element. Knox and Croom are redundant, you do not need two of them, and no, they do not love Croom. Kroft and Sweeney can block decently, although Sweeney is a complete unknown at an NFL level in real games as of now. Croom stinks at it. Knox is not ready either. Kroft is not likely to be ready to start the season. That leaves no known blockers, something that Daboll and McD desperately want and they signed him to a three year deal for 9m after they had already signed Kroft and drafted Knox and Sweeney.
  8. There is a much, much greater chance he will. McD loves him. He's not supposed to be catching many passes.
  9. They would have to have a load of confidence in Bates. They may. He played well last game and there are few players that can play all five positions. But he needs to be decent more than versatile.
  10. It’s possible but that leaves no true backup T at all. Sure Ford can play it but he’s not ready, as is case with Bates.
  11. Brandon Tartikoff
  12. I'm not saying that he is into kiddie porn, I'm only saying that he looks and acts and sounds like he is.
  13. I was eating lunch one day and this guy came into the eating area, in his 20s, pushing two double strollers with quadruplets all dressed the same. He was by himself. Most everyone nearby just stayed and watched the horror regardless of when they finished their lunch. What an ordeal and unimaginable all day every day. He was amazing with them and still was brutal.
  14. The more you drink the more you WANT to drink because of the salt! Genius!
  15. I will have an enormous amount of respect for him if he and his wife name them all Jeremy, regardless of gender.
  16. He actually ran some good short sideline routes and caught the ball and showed good footwork and awareness a few times, too.
  17. If we put him in the 10PS then other teams could sign him to their 53 at any point during the season. Or we could. I was jus saying that IF a team wants to sign him off our 10PS they don't automatically get him. What happens is, the other team tells his agent we want to sign him and they offer him a contract. The agent then brings it to the player, but also can bring it to the team, in this case the Bills, and say team X wants to sign Wade to a contract worth Y, would you like to match or beat that contract, and then Wade and his agent choose which one they want if the Bills make an offer. If another team tried to sign him this year we could still retain him if we wanted him bad enough.
  18. I still think 11th PS is the most likely outcome. If they go the 10th PS route and some team tries to add him to their 53 we would have the chance to match or outbid them and then Wade would choose. I'd imagine he would stay but you never know. The opportunity elsewhere may be better for him.
  19. Ice on sore foot is code for amputation. He's done. The ice is where his foot used to be.
  20. That's a decent point about out passes, but if that is not in your arsenal it is a HUGE disadvantage, and also extrapolates into deep outs, and deep ins, and 15 yard curls, and other patterms, which are the problems he has had his entire career.
  21. That's the thing. Fitz can wind up and give it all he's got and get it there. Barkley cannot. His arm is way below average and it is the one thing that has hurt him. He's much closer to Peterman than Fitzy.
