  1. Aren't you always stoned? Never believe Tasker. Fwiw, they were 3-0 in 1966 but lost their fourth preseason game. They didn't finish the preseason undefeated they just won their first three
  2. Teams will never suspect the TE end around where he stops to throw.
  3. It's funny though. I watched a lot of UB games and he was never close to being this erratic. He was raw and didn't have the best fundamentals, but he was never awaful like this.
  4. The Dean!!! I think back then there were six preseason games, and pretty sure I heard they had never gone undefeated.
  5. Pretty sure this is the first time that they have gone undefeated.
  6. It's not even close. Barkley's is substantially weaker. He's way, way overrated by Bills fans. Although he will definitely help Josh.
  7. He does, however, always end up losing that job a few weeks later that he always wins.
  8. People take these things out of context way too much. You really have to watch them.
  9. I don't think so, considering that he said it rubbing his hands and in an Austin Powers voice.
  10. I would revolt too if it made the difference between a two win and a three win season. That's like a 50% difference and 100% if you round up.
  11. Not for the people directly behind them.
  12. Chances are we never see players in return for those picks, but Beane uses them to move up in the middle rounds. He's very good at that. He may be more important than McDermott.
  13. When you are old and about to retire you move to Florida. It's the law.
  14. Nice job as always, Bandito. I also think Yeldon makes it. And Duke. But not Lacey. Beane saying Kroft is close to returning could change the roster because I had him pegged for PUP. I doubt they release Knox, Sweeney or Smith. So that is one less spot for another position.
  15. Frank Reich thinks all backup quarterbacks are good if not great.
  16. There were 40 players on each team that thought it was one of the most important games of their life.
  17. The solution to that dilemma is obvious though. Trade for Jadaveon Clowney.
  18. He is throwing for 300 yards and maybe closer to 400, in a loss. It's almost a lock.
  19. There is no question they are keeping him, and probably should.
  20. McKenzie is likely to make it because he makes plays, he gets open and catches the ball, and he's deadly on jet sweeps. His ST play has very little to do with whether he makes or does not make the team. If we didn't have Roberts, then him being able to return punts and KOs would be a big advantage. But we do have Roberts, and unless he gets hurt, McKenzie will never get one return. And therefore see no special teams.
  21. There may be something special about this group. It's impossible to say at this point, but they have a feeling, and comaraderie that seems different. It's a tribute to a Beane and McDermott, whom I personally have had some issues with. But they are definitely building something, and the guys play hard and for each other, which is good to see.
  22. I think we have to be careful with the phrase "plays special teams" as a value add, which it often is. Marcus Murphy and Isaiah McKenzie are returners. They do not really play special teams if you have Andre Roberts on your team. Sure, he could get hurt and you need a backup but those guys are not going to be on the active 47 because of special teams whatsoever. They won't play one snap. Foster, and even Duke have played non-returner ST this preseason. That is a value add, not Murphy or McKittrick, regardless of how decent or good they are as returners.
  23. You may be right. Look at the leather helmet he's wearing
