Feliciano is a beast! Watch
Kelly the Dog replied to MtlBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Love the second play obviously with the two pancakes with syrup. But the third one was the real beaut showing remarkable agility and quickness for a big brute. Also credit Bobby Johnson for lobbying hard to get Feliciano to the Bills. -
Edmunds, Oliver & Morse are a great foundation

Simon and AKC?! Welcome to the 90s! -
It was interesting to hear Eric Wood not be able to tell who was at fault on the snap. I genuinely do not think he was sugar coating it or not wanting to blame Morse or Josh. He said it could have been either’s fault. I think it is hard to not fault Josh on the first fumble. The Jet knocked it loose pretty easily even though he made a good play and Dawkins a bad one. Josh tucked it just not strong. All of those four four were fluky to some degree and not likely to be repeated. That’s the silver lining.

DiMarco (Dabolls Swiss army knife)
Kelly the Dog replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, I hope he is Bronko Nagurski or Larry Csonka, he is just not. Oh, and I want the Bills to score more points and gain more yards and win more games. I have actually stuck up for DiMarco a lot more than I have criticized him on here. So get your facts straight. -

He would have liked to. -

You don't get credit for running a route that none of the eleven players on the other team even try to cover you. None. If anything it shows you are NO threat. -
DiMarco (Dabolls Swiss army knife)
Kelly the Dog replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It was a lofted 15 yard pass with no one covering him right into his hands on the dead run and he ran a bunch more before tackled by the first guy that could. I would say 90% of the FBs could have made that play. -

I was thinking his two faces. -
Josh Allen - week one report card

Nope. He came out and said it without even being asked. -
DiMarco (Dabolls Swiss army knife)
Kelly the Dog replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was going to joke and say 50? But then thought I better look it up even though I didn't remember many if any other than the 40 yarder he had when no one covered him. Then I looked it up and it was 62 yards, total, or just over four yards a game. A true threat. So now, if everything goes as planned, he will get eight per game. -
Josh Allen - week one report card

If you asked any decent NFL WR about that play, he would say I need to catch that pass 100 out of 100 times, and be serious about it. -

DiMarco (Dabolls Swiss army knife)

They were held scoreless with him, no? Maybe not. I think they should keep him. And play him a little. But the opening drive and splitting him out is worthless. -
DiMarco (Dabolls Swiss army knife)
Kelly the Dog replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Frankly, I don't like the trade off. I know he is in the game to make the Jets play a base run defense, and that is fine. Then they split him out and the Jets are forced to react accordingly. But it's not worth it. I would rather have Foster or Zay in there instead of the fullback even if the Jets have an extra DB instead of LB in there on defense. DiMarco is no threat. He does not have great hands despite some people accusing him of it. He's never been a threat. People think he can be a receiver because he had a couple catches four years ago in a playoff game in a season where he had about four catches total. If anything his presence as a receiver clogs up the passing game because of the extra backer and his lack of speed. The team has much better chance of making yardage with a threat out there and a CB for the Jets or opponent. -
The Safety. What did I miss?
Kelly the Dog replied to Kelly the Dog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Certain games have more cameras at them than others. For example, all prime time games, and the national games during the afternoon. It is ridiculous, however, that the NFL does not require two cameras at the goal line. -
PFF really hates Josh Allen
Kelly the Dog replied to PirateHookerMD's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
IMO, if you were a national guy, and didn't watch every Bills game, you could easily come out of that game thinking that Josh is more of the bad Josh than the good one. If you just saw highlights you surely would. You really have to have seen him play all of the games and know a lot about him and his supporting cast to feel like most of us do about him. -
Mosley injury, Dabol play calling or both?
Kelly the Dog replied to BuffaloMatt's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Mosely is very good and he made an excellent play on the deep pass down the middle in the endzone. But he didn't dominate when he was in. He did nothing on his TD, he just stood there. He had four tackles. We moved the ball. The reason the run game worked so well late is they were in pass defenses expecting a pass late in the game. I'm not saying he was poor but he was not dominating or a reason they lost when he went out. He made one great play the entire game. -
Bills (1-0) at Jets (0-1) Postgame thread
Kelly the Dog replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
To me, there is no garbage time in a one point game either. But to me, the fourth Josh turnover happened in the third quarter and before we started the comeback. To me, this game played out much more like a four turnover differential than a three turnover differential because of the last play -
Bills (1-0) at Jets (0-1) Postgame thread

Technically. By the time the Jet stopped close to the sideline, turned and tried to throw it across the field the opposite way while being hit, the game was 99.999% over. -

It's a spirit of the law versus letter of the law. Technically you are right. But for all intents and purposes, the four affected the game. -
Bills 17, Jets 16!! Game Balls...
Kelly the Dog replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It was barely a hold. He could not have seen that was going to be the call regardless of when it was thrown. But I would bet it was thrown as Josh was throwing the ball. Not a chance it was a free play kind of thing like a guy jumping off sides. The Jet grabbed Knox from behind and barely held him up. It was a penalty but not a blatant one.
