  1. They are always a very good team at home. They are a beatable team on the road.
  2. Because since there obviously weren't players remaining with third or fourth round grades at positions of need, the other fifth rounds grades on players that have a 5% chance of being solid NFL starters were slightly worse?
  3. In general, the Broncos are a much different team at home versus away.
  4. Outside of 10-20 yard passes over the middle the defense has been stellar. Run defense has been extraordinary. No deep passes. Passes in the flat or to backs have been handled well. We need to tighten up the middle, which is a big chore. But defense has been terrific, especially considering the woeful offense today.
  5. There is zero doubt that he caused the stumble himself and not adjusting to the pass.
  6. After first and goal at the one, with three minutes to go, Lawson made two plays in a row, the big one for a two yard loss on first down that put us in a position to win. Also had a sack. Also held the edge on runs. He had a good game.
  7. You don't look to go out of bounds at the four yard line instead of walking in untouched for a touchdown. He knew no one was near him. Come on.
  8. I will bet anyone we will find later he ran the wrong pattern and looked out when he was supposed to look in.
  9. He tackled himself getting to it. That's why he had to twist.
  10. Yup. They closed the leash.
  11. I thought Dennison called a crappy game. Very predictable. Didn't adjust throughout. I do think, however, part of the conservative nature could have been ordered by McD to give defense a rest and thinking this was going to be low scoring affair so he wasn't allowed to open it up much. It almost worked.
  12. I don't think anyone here, right now, knows what Zay's route was supposed to be. The funny thing is, if Zay was supposed to look in, it was a perfect pass and game winner on fourth down. We just don't know. I think he was supposed to look in.
  13. Cam, Olsen, Benjamin, and probably McCaffrey are playmakers. Olsen missed more than half the game. We played pretty well on defense except middle of field 5-15 yards, which was my only complaint last week too, against a terrible team.
  14. That's how I saw it. More likely it was a good pass. He tackled himself. And that yard or two makes the pass look bad.
  15. Dennison didn't do enough to combat their front seven dominating our line.
  16. Cam threw a much worse pass, with two minutes to go, missing a wide open receiver from the 5 yardline that ices the game.
  17. Awesome. We'll figure it out in two weeks. Have fun in Bufftown.
  18. Cool. I'm there every week. In the middle room by the bar. We'll have to say hi next week.
  19. I live in Sherman Oaks. Do you go to Busby's?
  20. From where the ref was positioned who made the call it sure looked like it. I don't think it should have been called. The db cut off Holmes route. That's not his fault. The ref saw the arms and the db fall back. So he called it. But at that point of the game it was weak. The non facemask call was just as bad IMO
  21. But if he looks in its a perfect throw and easy TD. We don't know the call. From what people from the Bills are saying it just as easily was Zay's rookie mistake
  22. I think Zay might have been supposed to look in not out. It's a sure TD if he looks in. TT had the time and threw it right there. Otherwise it's way more bad pass than drop
  23. You guys don't really understand. People just don't like to go down there. It's South Central LA. I live here. Your average Joe just doesn't want to go deal with the crappy stadium in one of the worst parts of town. I dont know one person that likes that stadium or likes going there. Outside of diehard USC alums and there are a lot of them. Hundreds of thousands. The actual danger you are in is non existent. But no one likes to go down there.
