I think it's a no brainer for Chief losses at this point of the season. Especially since we have Oakland at home soon.

OK...so saw the replay of the game

A ball touching one hand's fingertips of a WR or RB would never be considered control. Maybe in both hands because you could be bookending the ball and ARGUABLY be maintaining possession. You don't have possession with only your fingertips of one hand on a moving ball. I don't even think that is debatable. -
There is a huge diffrence to the families and the people affect and the prosecution and the hospitals and first responders and ALL of that. There is no difference to the discussion afterwards about the problems that caused the 100 shot. There are also (very important) conversations about what we can do in similar situations to stop the trampling, lessen the people hurt in the aftermath, etc. but they are in addition to the people killed by gunfire conversation. Not lessened by it. Just different conversation.

That took eight seconds. http://accesswdun.com/article/2017/4/523952

I was wrong earlier when I said you could see air, but it doesn't change the fact that from behind, the one angle that shows exactly what happened, Hughes clearly hit the ball before the arm came forward, the ball moves, and Ryan clearly pushes it forward with his fingertips and doesn't throw it. -
Bills only had 10 men on the field on final 4th and 1

Yep. BUT, I would love to know the circumstances of the timeout they did call on the play before. I assume we didn't like the matchup. But the Falcons were not ready at all and there were only four seconds on the play clock if that was the play I'm remembering. -

I really don't see what the big deal is. We'll put 12 out there for the next one. Common people!! -
One time I saw him pull up lame it looked like he pulled a hamstring or something. He was sort of chasing the play that went all the way to the sideline. Then I was shocked to see that (unless I saw it wrong), he stayed in the game. Me and a few people talked about that.
-
From Wall Street journal he had 18-20 guns, a couple of them fully automatic. I'm sure some reports will be exaggerated either higher or lower but they seem to be a legitimate source for something like this.

The cutoff number is "a schit ton." Are you kidding me? Two hours ago, the last I saw, it was 58 dead and 515 wounded. Sure, some if not a huge number of the over 600 number of injured or killed were likely trampled in some way. But it was hundreds. Why would you take the time to quibble about this. Even if it were 60 and not 600.
-
I understand and I imagine you know I do. Which is why I brought this up only after 600 people have been hit by bullets. I would say that number does elevate it.
-
That's how I saw it. I didn't notice him too much but he definitely helped cause the INt and their running success was not up the gut it was almost always at the tackles and outside.

I think you and I both know that I was not implying that, and that I was implying the worst of the mass murders where dozens are mowed down. If you want to be technical, then of course you are right. You don't honestly believe that I would be saying this thing if one guy had taken a rifle to one or two people in Las Vegas do you?

Week 4 Game Balls vs. Atlanta
Kelly the Dog replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Here's a fun fact about the Bills. The defense has given up one play of 30 yards or more this entire season. It was yesterday, about 30 yards, on a great pass, to a RB not a WR, who made a diving catch, that was arguably out of bounds. The play that was reviewed but ruled a catch. -
Yes you could. It's just not as easy. There weren't as many of them. The dealers didn't have as many of them. I'm not against people owning guns at all. I only think there isn't much use for assault weapons. That's really mine and a lot of people's only real issue. The actual amount of homes with guns is way down over the last few decades. Like from 50% to 35% or something like that. But the amount is way up. More guns than people. That seems ridiculous to me and I still don't want to stop people from having them. Just the ease of automatics.
-
I really don't understand how you can say that semi-automatic handguns and assault rifles are not much more easily obtained now than in earlier generations in the last hundred years. Each of them. You can rationalize it all you want. It's. The. Law. There.
-
The point is if his name was Stephen Paddouk you guys would have been all over this here immediately. That is the point.

Just ignore the laws of the state it happened in. Right. Which was my original point. It's the same thing.

A Few Thoughts About the Falcons Game
Kelly the Dog replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes to all of that. Plus, on the Tre White fumble there were four or five looks at it. Most of them looked like he may have had possession when he threw. The one from behind, however, was the only one that showed it clearly. If you didn't look closely that that one out of four or five looks you could argue either way. If you did look clearly at the one look, it was a definitive answer. Fumble. No question about it. -
The relevant statute in Nevada law reads: “'Act of terrorism' means any act that involves the use or attempted use of sabotage, coercion or violence which is intended to cause great bodily harm or death to the general population.” I wasn't commenting about it there. I was commenting on the crackers here in PPP. Off the Wall has a much more diverse representation of the general populace. Easy access of assault weapons? it wasn't nearly as easy to acquire or convert them as it is in the generations previous. The mass shooters are usually not getting them from the military.
