  1. Two of the three no one covered the receiver. No one.
  2. It was 30-27. They had 447 yards we had 434. Both teams had 11 drives. Yards per play were essentially the same. They were 6-11 on third down, we were 10-16. Winston had two turnovers TT had none. Winston had 378 yards TT had 261 plus 53 rushing for 314. Winston has Evans, Jackson, Howard, Bratt and Martin. TT has one handed Matthews, Zay, DT, OLeary, Thomas and Shady.
  3. A typo cannot consist of eight letters. That's a law.
  4. The Tampa Bay HC calls our plays, too? He should be able to stop us cold.
  5. Fan on Fire. Decent movie. Denzel Washington was good. Dakota Fanning, right?
  6. I saw her when he was still on Cleveland.
  7. Almost impossible to stop that. Good route, good receiver, great pass, good catch, good feet, right on the sideline with ball and feet. Again, with all of those things happening on same play it's nearly impossible to stop.
  8. Totally agree. First, he has Mike Evans, Desean Jackson, Bratt and Howard at TE, and Doug Martin who is good. Second, he had a fumble and an interception and should have had a second interception that Gaines lost. Turnovers won that game. McCoys let TB get the lead, Tre's play won it for us. Tyrod doesn't turn the ball over. That is something that he doesn't nearly get the credit for.
  9. What are the chances of the Sabres coming back from a 3-0 and 4-1 deficit to the Bruins in Boston on a road back to back, Kane scoring with two minutes to tie and then O'Reilly winning it in overtime - and then the Bills coming back with ten points in the last three minutes to win against the Bucs within 24 hours?
  10. Yep. You got to like the fight.
  11. We were playing with fire the entire season on defense with the bend but not break style. We had been weak on the middle zone and easy 7-15 yard passes the whole year. It hadn't bit us yet but it's not as though it wasn't there. Today the bend but not break defense broke. It gave up a couple easy scores it had stopped before. We got the three turnovers and that ultimately won the game for us. But I don't think this was such an aberration. We got away with a lot earlier. Not to mention Winston is good, they have two very good WR, two very good TE, and a good RB.
  12. Tre gets it because he caused the fumble and he recovered it.
  13. Tre ridiculous huge play. TT. DT. Shady.
  14. Maybe 300 yards total in the air. Not how many yards passing, like counting completions. If he throws 2-3 50 yard passes in the air, whether they are caught or not, he might pass for 300+.
  15. Agreed, and totally agree that the Rams did exactly what the Bills did. And it's smart.
  16. I think you are both right in your different arguments and it should be settled with a spearing contest in the New Era parking lot next week.
  17. A bunch of the plays he has been making, delayed crossing patterns from one side of the field to the other, should be reasonable to expect him to run and catch. I doubt they will be throwing quick slants into coverage to him but you never know. These guys are nuts.
  18. Not really. Peters was the best tackle in the game. He was playing for RT money. He was due to make under $4m for the next two years. He held out the year before and came in on the eve of the season. He and his agent said they wanted to be at or above 10m a year. There were two guys making around 10m I think. The Bills refused. They didnt want to pay him 10m. It had nothing to do with an injury. The Eagles were willing to pay him 10m because that was the going rate. They gave up a one, a four and a six to get him AND pay him, wait for it, exactly 53m over four years in new money. Why? Because that made his contract 6-60. It was all about money and what he was worth.
  19. So you are going to believe that Peters publicly said he wanted to be the highest paid tackle, which was 10m per year, the Bills offered 9m without knowing anything about his injury, he refused to let them look at it, but let Philly look at him instead? Or Philly gave up a 1-4-6 AND 53m over four years new money without knowing of his injury? Thats absurd to me.
  20. Iirc he wasnt going to come in unless the contract was near his number. That became an excuse.
  21. Brees maybe. But not if he is only 5'11 and with less arm strength than Brees. Brees is an incredible talent. Wilson is a freak of nature and there is no one like him. I dont think anyone should be compared to him. Not that he is the best but is just different for many reasons. Although Bakers stats, halfway through, are remarkably similar to Wilsons last year
  22. They offered 9m. He turned it down. He would have signed if it were 10. That was his asking price. We wouldn't go there.
  23. There will be a tailgate at the Chargers game. Approximately 1000 people we have been told. It took a long time for the spot to be approved right by the stadium but now it's all set. The price will be less than last year. Easier beer access. Food trucks there but not part of the tailgate price. If you want food it's there, if not no worries. The game will probably be more than half Bills fans so it should be a blast. As soon as I get more info I can post it here. Go Bills.
  24. I think Mayfield has a stronger arm than McCoy. I never understood why anyone thought McCoy could succeed in the NFL. He is small AND has a rag arm. Super smart and accurate and great leader and all the intangibles. But you can't play in the NFL without a good arm. You know who is McCoy? Peterman. Nate's just a hair taller.
