  1. In the Falcons game when they were covering each other it was like the Special Olympics.
  2. We have six picks in first three rounds. Hard to believe that more than 6-7 rookies are going to make final roster. So a 5th or 6th pick is worth less to the Bills this coming draft.
  3. Is he a good character guy? I have no idea. But it's surely a prerequisite for McBeane at this point. He would be a little upgrade I think. They love versatility, too.
  4. It really is worth it. Easily. $2.99 is one half of a Coor's Light. There are a ton of articles on the Blitz. Mark Gaughn back is a big plus. A lot of varied content.
  5. Thanks. I'm pretty sure it's $2.99 per month for the Bills Blitz during the football season. So it would only be $9 for the rest of the year.
  6. Thank you for your service. Did you ever get to meet Cliff Claven?
  7. Tyrod knows Thompson well. They knew each other in high school. Spent 2-3 years together in Baltimore. Plus the 2015 preseason in Buff. Dennison was also in Balt one year.
  8. So it was you!! Ha. It's a good idea to get the perspective of the fan. No one, especially a wiseass like myself, represents "fans," because there are so many different kinds, and everyone has an opinion. But fans do tend to think differently than teams or coaches or GMs. I definitely hope people make suggestions on what they would like to discuss or see or explore. Bills fans are a rare breed.
  9. Defense and Lehner played well, obviously. The Red Wings didn't get a lot of good chances. We hustled a little more. And won battles for the puck way more. Scandella is playing terrific. Tennyson actually had a good game. Reinhart is warming up. Two in a row. It's a start.
  10. He wanted to keep Schwartz and hire Hue Jackson who would have run the offense. Hard to say what would have happened.
  11. Well the best coach in history does it. The Super Bowl winning coach of the Steelers does it. The Super Bowl winning Broncos did it. The Super Bowl coach of the Panthers does it. See a pattern here?
  12. https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/football/news/jason-croom-agrees-to-injury-settlement/
  13. After that I think he was put on IR and then like the 26th he had an injury settlement. I thought I saw that.
  14. He agreed to an injury settlement two weeks before the season.
  15. Is there any team with a better five skill players than Evans, Jackson, Howard, Bratt and Martin? Not many if any.
  16. And the one for 16 was a great pass and great catch on the sideline (or one of the others over 10 yards). Against solid coverage.
  17. I'm not racial profiling, but you might want to look for a Mexican.
  18. The Dennison via Kubiak via Shanahan offense is often called a WCO but that is not really true a lot of the years. They will design variations. They will often play to their players strengths. Kubiak and Dennison had Joe Flacco one year. They didn't run the WCO. They did plan on throwing to the backs and TEs a lot, which are staples of the WCO, and up until this week Shady and Clay were the top receivers. With some QBs in Denver they ran a ton of rollouts and naked bootlegs.
  19. He has already been back for several punts, so they're not too worried, although he usually fair catches them, and a bunch of teams will use valuable starters as their return guys.
  20. Commandeer was a little joke to myself which made me smirk. It was the take forcible possession of definition. Like he really wasn't fully in charge before, and finally took over. And you politically correct police have become worse than the people you used to call the politically correct police. Ha.
  21. Dareus has proven, on and off the field, that he cannot be moved if he does not want to be moved.
  22. He's a TE. We run a lot of two TE formations and he is the third. We need a third.
