This place is incredibly negative, too. But it's also enormously funny and entertaining most of the time. Sometimes the snarkiness is the best part. Maybe I am bias because I like that kind of stuff but they aren't fun. This place is both infuriating and irreverent fun. They don't have or make it fun. Sully and Bucky don't seem to have fun. The reason there are fights in the NHL is because Canadians love to brawl each other and then laugh and buy each other a beer. That's us. And kudos to Scott for allowing it if not molding it that way. We can B word and then have a few laughs. They don't.

And there are four times as many who are not. Look at every draft. Look at every back taken from the fourth round to the seventh. You will find a few who are quality backs. And you will find that is less than 20% of those backs. The rest are out of the league in a couple years or never make it. If you want to risk your backfield or backup backfield on a 20% chance it's foolish. The idea that good running backs are a dime a dozen has never been true. What has been true is that good ones come out of nowhere or are not high picks. The majority of the best are high picks. Who are the best? Zeke. Shady. Bell. Gurley. Fournette. Gordon.

Yep. And then hope to hell that he is the one in the fifth round out of four or five that are any good.

Try this. Get a bunch of beer and booze. Just call them, and then say anything whatsoever about anything, and then listen for them to disagree with it. Then drink all of the beer and booze. It's a fun drinking game.

And if the offense played half as good as it did we would have lost.

I find this national media doesnt care about us or hates us or never gives us credit to be highly amusing. When we won three in a row and were 5-2 the national media fell under two categories, approximately equal parts. A lot of them jumped on the bandwagon like a lot of us did, we were high in power rankings, McD was getting CoY mentions, and many of them were saying we had the makings of a very good team: good defense, good run game, good coaching and we take it away but don't give it away. We got a ton of great press especially leading up to the Jet game. And they were wrong. The other part said this is not sustainable with all the takeaways, and we have seen this before, prove it to me over the long haul. And they were right.

Now if we could only get him to try to make himself white, ruin his face and health with endless plastic surgeries and get addicted to street and prescription drugs while hangings around monkeys and hosting sleepovers with children, he could be a star!
