  1. Yep. I still think this won’t have much to do with if he plays or not. McDermott seems to be a guy who is fairly cautious when it comes to injuries. There have been numerous times since he came here we thought a guy was going to play but was ultimately on the inactive list. So I doubt he plays unless he’s very close to 100%. But if he is I expect him to play.
  2. The thing is, a trap doesn’t have to work, and it’s still a trap. So this could still be a trap game.
  3. “So does every NFL player with sickle cell disease or trait need to skip every game in Denver? Of course not. Many players have taken the field without acclimating (which takes 9 days) and come through without a problem. Falcons RB Tevin Colemanthought about skipping the game in Denver but played without suffering any ill effects. Green Bay RB Ty Montgomery reported blood in his urine following a game in Denver even though he didn’t think he took a hit back enough to cause it. Raven WR John Brownhas struggled with minor injuries but according to him and his coaches, his sickle cell trait has never been an issue, even when playing the Broncos at home. There are also many athletes who play at Denver with sickle cell trait that haven’t publicly discussed their diagnosis.” An interesting article. https://steelersdepot.com/2018/11/the-doctor-is-in-is-sickle-cell-trait-too-dangerous-in-denver/
  4. I would think almost anyone would keep the offense as is, and just add any kind of tweaks or special plays or complementary concepts they want to what is there. It's almost impossible to imagine that McD and Beane will conduct interviews or have Zoom calls with any prospective coordinator hire and even listen to someone that wants to come in and change everything to their system. It would be foolish.
  5. While I love Chris Simms and agree with almost everything he said, it was the Steelers that got as many of the bounces. The hit arm INT goes right to a Steeler (otherwise IMO that is a long TD to Beasley). The weird bounce. of Knox goes right to a Steeler. The Bills may have lucked out on a strip sack that wasn't challenged but the Steelers lucked out more on a strip sack that was a Bills TD when they apparently blew the ball dead on Big Ben. The bounces were even or benefitted the Steelers more than the Bills.
  6. We have no idea what shape he is in, whether he could have returned last week and played, if he is closer to 50% or 100%. If he is close to 100%, which is very possible, he should play. If not, which is very possible, sit him another week. It's as simple as that.
  7. Well that sucks! He's a moron and almost always way off.
  8. House Ralphie at the zoo. Make an exhibit. Bills fans would go see him and support the zoo. Pegulas can both pay money they would pay anyway for the housing and then be able to use zoo amenities they would otherwise have to pay for like veterinary staff.
  9. Darnold could still be very good. I don’t want him to go to Pats while Lucifer is still there.
  10. Joe Buck just implied NFL Man of the Year is a more prestigious honor than Super Bowl MVP. Um, no. Propaganda.
  11. Yeah he was really good. I’m an ASU fan. Harry was a LOT better than Brandon Aiyuk.
  12. He was great in college. Sure there are a lot of flame outs. But he could still be good.
  13. Cam can really gun the ball on a dime with a beautiful spiral. Every 18 passes.
  14. Totally agree with that. I’m exactly the same. I was referring to the OP who apparently used to worry that the Bills got good press when they played good, but now apparently doesn’t worry nearly as much, to the point of actually being comfortable, that the Bills are getting good press when playing good.
  15. Huh? I can’t help these people. I’m just trying to show them the way to a happier life. 😎
  16. If he has any issues he can always lean on Tre White.
  17. Worrying about what anyone says about anything at any time anywhere is not actually a thing.
  18. Looks like he should race Formula 1 cars at Le Mans.
  19. True but good to lock it up. You never know what might happen.
  20. Well done by Pegulas. Well deserved by Beane. Hell yeah by us.
  21. I think good coaching could have developed JP Losman, EJ Manuel, and maybe even Trentative into 90% of a Don Strock.
