  1. She was great in Young Frankenstein.
  2. They. Virtually. All. Want. A. Veteran. QB. To. Be. There. To. Help. A. Rookie. Guess like Henne, Cassell, Bradford, Daniels, Keenum, are perfect guys unless they simply don't want to help, which happens but is quite rare. Been around the league and on a few different teams under different systems. Was told by who? And if this strange person told him this, why did this strange person wait a month when it was obvious 15 minutes into NP's first game last year let alone this year?
  3. Then why not bring in a vet after game one? If Anderson turned them down they would have just looked for the next best thing in their minds.
  4. They all had a veteran in place for the rookie. Only the Bills have a one year guy who started two games and didn't finish either. If you don't think all teams want a veteran QB to be there alongside a rookie you're completely intellectually dishonest. Of course they all want to play first and not only be the mentor. So does every player at every position.
  5. Then how come virtually every team does it? Because it’s cliche?
  6. That's a decent one, too. But everyone likes/loves musicians. He wasn't a rock "star" but really good and well liked. Hell, Christie Brinkley married Billy Joel.
  7. That long return last week was 90% blown tackle (I think Deon Lacey).
  8. I agree with all of that. We are way better today than yesterday.
  9. Anderson should just convince Josh Allen over and over and over how to do all that stuff he did in that one game, and none of that other stuff he did in all the other games, and Josh could be great.
  10. He shouldn't be in the league. I actually feel bad for him even though I trash him a lot.
  11. Yes there was a lot of indication. One of the main reasons that Kelly was fired was he insisted on Tom Gamble his buddy being put in charge of player personnel and Howie Roseman had taken player duties taken away and put in charge of salary cap and business stuff. But Lurie liked Roseman. So after a few Kelly deals didn't work out so well he ended up firing both of them and reinstating Roseman as the GM. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000913064/article/jeffrey-luriehowie-roseman-partnership-powering-eagles-run
  12. He took a backseat though. Kelly made the player transactions along with his buddy he brought in.
  13. The Bills official depth chart was released this afternoon. I have never seen this before but it had... QUARTERBACKS 1. Josh Allen 2. Derek Anderson APPARENTLY REALLY GOOD GUY 1. Nathan Peterman
  14. I would take a second for sure. Maybe a third but with Philly it's going to likely be a late third so maybe not that.
  15. He was called the emergency QB. He only played because two guys got hurt and if Tyrod or Peterman would have been hurt more they would have brought in another QB not used Webb. Webb has been a valuable gadget player for a long time but hasn't been thought of s anything more than an emergency QB for 6-7 years.
  16. They like to use three TEs on game day. They usually kept one inactive for the first several games. They just released Khari Lee, who was usually but not always inactive which only left them three. So Trowbridge was signed in case one of Clay, Croom or Thomas gets hurt.
  17. He got signed by the Pats. Eventually released. Then signed to the Pats PS. Then eventually released. Then he either worked out for or got signed to another PS.
  18. Webb was never considered a QB. He was there as a WR and ST guy. Nice to have a guy like that but he practiced with the WR not the QBs.
  19. An argument could be made that perhaps they should stay in more and read/watch.
  20. John Clayton hasn't been an expert or dialed in for at least... never.
  21. I would argue that without Shady we don't win last Sunday, and would further argue that running that four minute offense, and going down the field for the win, using all of the time, was invaluable experience for Allen.
  22. You know how bad burnt popcorn is? NP is worse than burnt popcorn. I have yet to see anyone come up with even a half-assed reason for it. It's insane.
  23. I was referring to what you said, which was "3rd round or later" Last few years there has been good ones. I would really put on the brakes for guys like James Connor who played five games.
