  1. I truly hate to say this, but... frankly... I don't think Hitler throws that out pattern.
  2. I hated Jeff Tuel and abused him here. But he is substantially better than NP.
  3. He's like White on (Jerry) Rice.
  4. Benjamin was the least of our problems this game. Which is saying something. He still doesn't get much separation but he made two very nice 30+ yard catches. Who else on this team does it.
  5. I would have a lot more respect for McD if on Monday he said, "After further review, the play was confirmed."
  6. It's a legitimate question to say how can we "trust the process" when that process includes Nathan Peterman. I have good reason to believe that if Nathan made hotdogs and opened a hotdog stand he would call it "Peterman's."
  7. White actually had great coverage on the TD he gave up. Good pass and just tremendous catch by Hopkins.
  8. Worked awesome on the pick six.
  9. But sixteen games, I doubt he throws more than 75.
  10. She's a false messsiah anyway. Everyone in Buffalo knows, that the person who invented wings, like Jesus, was a black guy.
  11. Well, Hitler, like Peterman, was good on the short stuff but he couldn't go deep. And he wasn't great against the rush.
  12. Without wings, who the hell gets to heaven anyway?
  13. We are close to the dreaded "Is it possible to be worse than Hitler?" discussion. There are good people on both sides of the argument.
  14. This is where I am at. He gets zero help. It's impossible to accurately evaluate him. Plus we knew he was raw and we knew he didn't get great experience in college at a small school with crappy blocking. He does some things very well and others awful. I don't mind some of the other things that a lot of fans mind. But there is no way of telling whether he is going to be lousy, fair, average, good, great or Hall of Fame.
  15. Benjamin doesn't return Allen's texts so it couldn't have been a mistake like that.
  16. God clearly knows nothing about offense though. Tebow?
  17. There are some reports that Peterman actually texted Joseph to tell him he was going to throw that out pattern.
  18. That fourth down pay, with 3-4 minutes left, and three timeouts, on your own 42 or so and fourth and two was indescribably bad. A truly horrible decision that shows very little awareness. He hates timeouts.
  19. Benjamin did have two very good catches on long balls and another pretty nice play on a shorter one. It's not his fault Daboll puts Dimarco out wide or the team doesn't know how to line up on the LOS. He was not a problem.
  20. You mean except he's easily one of the top ten smartest football posters on here? Got it.
  21. McDermott is a great defensive coach. He doesn't seem to know a thing about offense. He's really bad with time management. He's lousy on challenges. He wastes timeouts for terrible reasons. He puts a huge, too huge emphasis on ST and his ST pretty much stink, his affection for certain players is mind-boggling. He doesn't make a lot of good in game adjustments outside of the aforementioned defense. I can't honestly trust the process with one great quality and numerous questionable ones. I dont think he should be fired of course. He needs next year at least. But he has a lot of coaching issues. Like his man Nathan Peterman, he does one thing really well, but we already knew that going in. That's how he got the job.
  22. He can only bag the easy groceries though. Like the cereal box and the lettuce. You ask him to bag some eggs or some chicken breasts in a styrofoam package with juice, forget it.
  23. Depends on what you offer them. I'm not at all saying we should overpay for some of these guys, but Beane has been known to only offer small amounts to veterans. Some are willing, some are not.
  24. Josh has a long way to go, obviously. But I was all in favor of starting him right away. The idea of starting Nate even now seems so crazy, which it was. To not have a decent QB coach or veteran on the team to help him was unfathomable. There was a shot last week when Josh was on the sidelines and he was sitting alone, and instead of looking at that tablet he was seen reading the Jim Morrison biography, "No One Here Gets Out Alive."
