  1. Yep. And it's explained in the post you quoted from.
  2. Exactly. And again you're missing the point. Has nothing to do with Barkley being in the future.
  3. You're missing the point. Carry on.
  4. It's not the same argument. What I meant by not belonging in the league meant they are not physically able to play at this level for any reasonable amount of time. They shouldnt be considered not because they may not reach their potential but it's almost physically impossible. If you cannot throw an out pattern in the NFL you cannot play in the NFL. That's what I meant. Before the season last year and before the season this year, I said that Nate couldn't play, and ironically one of the three guys I compared him to, not being able to play is Matt Barkley (along with Kellen Moore and Colt McCoy, all of which are very smart and very accurate and have rag arms that prevent them from ever being good)
  5. true. But it does not mean that it is not a big issue. Backup QB is an important position for any serious team. Granted, there are not a lot of good ones. But Peterman is the only one in the entire league that does not belong in the league. And now they are bringing in a (slightly better) carbon copy of him.
  6. I know nothing about you and I'm convinced you are better than NP. It's like the processpool.
  7. He's an interception machine because he has a rag arm.
  8. I would rather have knucklehead than Door Matt, too, however sad that may be.
  9. Kap would be way better and he stinks.
  10. No he hasn't looked good in real games. Can he throw a complete pass, even a good one once in a great while? Yes. So could I. He's the worst in the history of the league.
  11. The problem is more that the coaches and GM think he can play when he cannot. And it's been proven.
  12. Oh. My. God. Matt Barkley is the one closest to Peterman in the entire league. He's better but his rag arm is the glaring reason he cannot compete at this level. Coaches and GMs continually get seduced by his accuracy and smarts in practice just like Nate. This is amongst the worst possible choices and very scary for our future that this is their decision.
  13. Yep. He throws off his back foot a lot so he has that important first step needed for the tackle coming back the other way. Great anticipation.
  14. The one thing he can do is jump up and get a 50-50 ball. He's not great at it, he drops some, but it's the one thing that he has a big advantage on against DBs. The Bills did it maybe twice last night and one time he came down with it for a big game. They havent just tossed the ball up to him in the endzone once that I can remember. They have thrown to him a couple times in the endzone but not a clear jump ball like that. Perhaps I am forgetting one, the point is it's the one thing they should be doing and they just aren't doing it.
  15. We would be living in a parallel universe, which could be kinda cool, except for the Bills thing.
  16. Looks like a real dick from Florida threw the fake dick.
  17. I think he was in for a few plays earlier. I saw him running toward the middle of the field as if a jet sweep once or twice.
  18. Report now it's a one year deal.
  19. And the second completed pass was incredibly stupid. 4th down and 18 threw a five yard swing pass that went for 9 yards or so out of bounds with no chance of first down.
  20. I'd consider taking a second in the NBA draft.
  21. It depends on how that ego manifested itself. It doesn't seem to me that it affected his effort or play. A huge number of pro athletes obviously have enormous egos and ego problems. For some of them it affects their play negatively, and it's a problem to some degree. For most it doesn't. It doesn't appear that it affected Sammy's play on the field here or anywhere, although it's possible. He didn't seem to say that in any way.
  22. Tate to Philly. That sucks.
  23. Tate to Philly for a third via Schefter
