Let the Broncos or Jets Have Cousins...
FearLess Price replied to Domdab99's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Because Cousins isnt that good. Hes had a ridiculously good wr and te core for the past few years except 2017-18. When he lost his weapons he couldnt make the playoffs. Cousins is a solid top 15 QB between 15 and 10. We could use that Cousins money to bring in solid talent for our front 7, and use our draft capital to trade up for Mayfield Rosen or Darnold. I can guaran damn tee you, the Bills will not sign Cousins. Get over it. #BillsDraftRookieQBAfterTradeUp. -
Let the Broncos or Jets Have Cousins...

Hell yeah breh. I would say with Cousins moving to another team McBeane trades up for their guy and we sign, Bradford or McCown to ease the rookie into a starting role. If McCown goes back to NY and Bradford goes to Arizona, what other bridge QBs could we bring in? Assuming Minny keeps Keenum and TB. -

Seriously, what is it with Bills fans wanting teams QB sloppy 2nds Hes shown that fan base he CANT WIN clutch games. Stop being lazy Buffalo. Move up in the draft and take a top 3 prospect at QB. Id rather invest draft capital in the QB position than all that cap space for a QB that has never won a playoff game and is stastically worse passer in the red zone than Tyrod Taylor Right. This is the best case scenario for us with the Browns being 2nd. -

That would be the best move for us besides the Browns. That means we could have a trade partner to grab our top 3 QB rookie -

If he really wants to win hell go to the Broncos or Jax. Arizona will start a mini rebuild. -
Alex Smith vs. Sam Bradford
FearLess Price replied to Wayne Arnold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Its a joke but lets be real Who won that game? The defense or the team? The team won. Yeah the defense played better but they dont win without that ZJ touchdown. No one is saying TT > AS -
Greatness is something that can be achieved by even the meekest of creatures, you dont have to be born great. Rex was a great DC in the beginning. We had a top 10 scoring offense* during the rex years (with TT as QB*), if we had kept the 2014 defense and added to the talent pool instead of dismantaling it, we were easily a 10 win playoff team, thats why i think if he managed his time, efforts, and role more wisely, he couldve been a great hire, he just couldnt get out of his own way.

Alex Smith vs. Sam Bradford
FearLess Price replied to Wayne Arnold's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Remember when Tyrod pantsed Alex smith? Lmao. On a serious note tho. Bradford is the better QB and its obvious. The mitigating factor here is durability. For that reason alone id sign AS, especially if we are taking any rookie QB not named Mayfield, Darnold, or Rosen. Can you imagine the devestation if Bradford gets hurt and we have to start NP all year? Well at least we would be tanking properly -
I also follow the Giants and Jets. I hated the Rex hire. We didnt have the personell to run it properly, and we dismantled a top 10 defense fpr no reason. I admit I am a Rex Ryan fan. The guy is entertaining and if he coulda just got out of the way n kept Schwartz on at DC, and focused on time management, personell on field, and situational football calls, he couldve been great. He jus couldnt let go of the DC in his DNA.

Bills hire John Butler as secondary coach
FearLess Price replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Facts. We jus dont have the horses anymore. I can def see our highest profile FA signing to be a DT. Then another DT and DE in the draft, hopefully after we trade up for Mayfield, Darnold, or Rosen. -
Bills hire John Butler as secondary coach

Right. Lets see how it plays out. Credentials are real. The connections are too. Lets hope to see acountability at the coaching level, like what happened with Dennison. -

I agreed but then i see our OL running a zone scheme that has regressed our running game, pass blocking, and Castillo hasnt been axed. So.... meh. -
Bills hire John Butler as secondary coach
FearLess Price replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I skimmed the article, the guy has credentials without question. Familiarity helps when you look for people to work with, i understand that. If Derm doesnt seem like the type to keep someone on bc of friendship then why is Castillo still here? -
Bills hire John Butler as secondary coach
FearLess Price replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Its a possibility. Do you know how many people get hired at places simply because they have a friend that does the hiring? Regardless of business acumen or professional standards. Im questioning it thats all, i dont have that answer. Lets not act like cronyism doesnt exist tho, especially in the sports and entertainment industry -

Is this an upgrade or an 'ol boys network' hire... -
Have you ever been less excited for a SB?
FearLess Price replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Im def gonna watch and root for the Eagles and all the ex Bills on that team. Im not excited for it cuz im sick of the Pats* Plain and simple it feels like Vince mcMahin booking a 50 yr old Hogan (Brady) to win the title in thr main event at WM. clean. Barf. -
Whats the story behind this? I spent yesterday chssing ghost. Fill me in breh. For this firing to be made the way it was, it had to be internal issues, or one of McDerms premier DB coach choices just freed up. I hope Castillo is next, we need to fix that OL.

Bills still making Bad Contract decisions
FearLess Price replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
To be fair they are both entertaining. I even agree with some of their takes sometimes. -
Exactly. Mayfield has that winnjng spirit, the fighters fire. That cant be taught. I agree with this and I fully understood your NP comparison vs taking any QB after the top 3. I also add that drafting Allen is like a Cardale Jones rehash too. Weve taken a QB with uncer center experience and field reading IQ in NP. Weve taken a QB with freak physical abilities in Cardale Jones. Neither have worked for us so let's invest in the QB position and trade up for one of the top 3.

Bills still making Bad Contract decisions
FearLess Price replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Too soon Maj... The guy played every snap he could for Buffalo. Im sure he expected to play out his contract too. This is not a Ricky Williams type situation where a football player retires to smoke up and have coke and hooker parties with Mary McFly and the Ryan Bros. Agree on cutting down on player friendly contracts but this one is an anamoly considering the iniury and its severity to basic human life.
