Luck could recover, could not. Could be the next Drew Brees story or he could be the next Drew Bledsoe story. We havent been developing any franchise QBs throughout the drought. The Pats have invested more in the QB position through the draft than we have and they have TB. Taking shots at the most important position in football is a worthy investment when switching regimes. I want us to draft our own QB. Thats just my opinion, and yes I understand we instantly become better with Luck in there, if healthy...would you trust Mills and Ducasse protecting a fragile Andrew Luck

Most years there is usually 1 or 2 solid QB prospects that could pan out. This year we have 3 or 4 that could pan out and 2 or 3 that could succeed after a year or two holding the clipboard, and 2 of them could start day one (Rosen, Mayfield). Thats it.

FTFY To be clear, i want us to draft a QB after trading up. Have you actually watched TB play more than one game? He is a good prospect because of his potential, not because he is that good rite now. Statistically Tyrod is clearly better than TB before the injury. Coming off the injury its even less likely that he plays better. Bradford is an upgrade in talent but a bigger injury risk.
