tl;dr You can try to justify why JA is playing with the 3s while Mayfield, Rosen, and even Lamar Jackson got reps with the 2s, all you want. Its not gonna change anything. I want Allen to win the QB competition. Or at least beat out pick5petermen for the back up job. I still wanna see him play with the 1s and 2s but 3rd stringers are a lot of people that wont even be in the league next year. Its short sighted to think the 3rd stringers are comparable to the 2nd stringers, even with a spike or drop in talent at some positions their still 3rd string. JA is good dont make excuses for him tho, hes good enough to not need it.

Facts. What this dude said. I looked at both game throwa. #1 its way too early but a lot of yall sound like u saw the stats and made ur judgement on that. Looking at all the throws tho Rosen looked decent. He had a play where he side stepped then stepped up and the pocket and made a great throw. Hes not as mobile as Allen but he sure is more accurate with the ball. Also Rosen was playing vs the 2s and Allen vs the 3s so its not that close of comparrison. You wanna root for JA thats great, we all do, some of yall hatin on Rosen is pure homerism bias. I thought all 4 QBs did great, for where they individuallly are, in their preseason games. Even LJax hadna great 2nd PS game. Its too early to tell so enjoy the PS. And dont use BS to make urselves feel better about our pick. JA will have his time just let it ride and take that homer shlong out ur mouth. We're Bills fans lets act like it......and put Rosen thru a table.

He got caught in jukes and jives and tackles that u wuda seen tt juke out of, he also missed a few easy completions while looking for bigger throws and then not finding them leading to a half ass scramble, which is a TT staple. He didnt look anywhere close to as fast as his college tape was. I dont really judge rookies in preseason. Tyrod didnt have the best protection here either.
