McDermott has terrible roster judgement. Example 1: tolbert Example 2: having Benjamin as ur #1 Example 3: thinking NP was good enuff to not sign a solid vetetan QB. Example 4: not bringing in starter quality OL in FA or the draft.

Im actually betting on Beane to trade for an OL starter to protect the teams investment. They spent a lot of draft capital to take Josh Allen at #7. They need to at least protect him so he doesnt get hurt or traumatized likr NP or Carr in the Texans

Well no sht, they should be. The jets started their rebuild last season, we still competed last year, they didnt. The only time i see your point of view is in developing their rookie QB and giving him a competent line to play behind. Darnold is ahead of Allen as of now. Allen has a higher celing so that verdict wont be in for another 2 years when theyve both had time to start in the NFL. I woukdnt even be mad at that. I really dont need Joey Bosa taking out JA in his 1st nfl start.

WRONG. We made the playoffs last year bc we had lucky breaks in games on turnovers and we won the games we needed to make the wildcard. Andy Dalton had no outcome on our games. That game was great and dramatic but if it happened any other time in the season it would be just another game. In reality thats all it was, teams go 10-6 and still dont make the playoffs. To dismiss this team for getting there without much of an offense or pass rush or run defense its really short sighted.
