Given our injury situation and how it looked after last week, I'm convinced the Chiefs are going to take healthy amount of deep shots and still try to run the ball. I think that will be the core of their game plan. On D they are going to sell out to stop the run and contain Allen. That's the game plan.

We were not trying to get long plays though. I would have liked that position. Glad it never needed to go.

Week 4 we were aggressive in the 1st and 2nd half as the game rolled on. Hit that long throw later. Unfortunately, I thought there was too much panic in our short game where we reverted to some huck it deep 3 low percentage throws in a row and punt. Too aggressive imo, as exemplified by our disastrous trick play. Looking at those early drives, some drops and miscues made us panic too quick.

I'll just say this: Top rated defenses are not what they used to be. We have rolled up several top rated Defenses this year. Broncos. Lions. Chiefs. I believe going into the perfect game ( v pats) the pats had a top D. In his career, Josh has been outstanding against great top 10 Ds especially in the playoffs. Our own D has been top 10 in recent years and been exploited. Good offenses just exploit them too often.....and the Bills are a very good offense.
