Honestly, not signing Peters to a long term deal was one of the worst personal moves of the drought era. I thought we could have been much better in the Fitz era if we had a great LT. Think of the line w Peters, Levitre, Wood.... What could have been.

Scoring is fine. They are going to push it to where 60-55 games happen regularly. I further hate the expansion of foreign games. Officiating is terrible. New kick off is worthless. Strong dislike of the new draft format and expansion of season. Goodell has been a bad Commissioner.

Id consider him on a Floyd type deal 8 million for a 1 year prove it deal. I think this is what will happen but might be 12-15 . Not sure if expensive yet. We shall see.

I don't feel Amari Cooper will be expensive. Keep Cooper resign Hollins and draft a new burner. Curtis Samuel contract is a huge bummer. Not sure how to approach it.

Do we like BJ Hill?

Cook was 16th in rushing yards, 19th in attempts. He's a very good balanced back, but that's not top dollar money. His TD production was elite, but I do feel we have such a good OL the production could be made up. The price for cook now is 8-9 million per year. Maybe he sees 13-14 million in the last year of a 4 year extension. I do love the guy and do want him back.

James Hardy, Aaron Maybin, Erik Flowers, Mike Williams. I don't think he was the worst....but considering everything....Sammy Watkins .... Going to second Hobert ...that episode w the playbook ....woof. Donald Jones? Wasn't he a scrappy udfa we really liked and played w a lot of heart and toughness?. I was sad he never took off- but far far from deserving of mention here.

I'd give him 2 / 25 added on his 5 million 2025. Gets a sign bonus and some guaranteed bucks.

Babich was over his head. He had a bad 1st year, but not a disaster by any means. He was bad enough to get fired, but given it's his first year I feel this would be premature. Fault was on Babich. It's his responsibility to coach up players and several guys regressed in 24 . Douglas, Oliver, Jones, and Bernard all showed some regression to me. A couple players, like Hamlin and Williams improved, but not a ton of overachieving IMO. The D-line needs a massive directional shift. There was also strong evidence Babich was easy to game plan against and had poor plans to stop opposition offenses. Bills D chronically had slow starts in 24, often struggling in the 1st half of games, giving up huge chunks of yards. However- This flaw also displayed a strength; Babich was good adjusting in 2nd half, and apart from a couple games, the D made adjustments needed. This was something to build in and has promise. The turnovers were another huge plus. Many of them were takeaways, and this too is reason to have optimism. Difficult to count on though. I'd replace some key players, tweak D line coaching, and make a few other adjustments. I'm not sure if Babich is needed up in the box. I prefer DCs to be down in the trenches w the men. This may be something I tweak for 25. I'd give Babich another season and roll on. Criticism is merited though, and despite the fact Bills D is " middle of the road" we consistently get torn apart by top Offenses in the deep playoffs.

Yep I agree. Refs didn't throw the game, but " heavy sculpting* of the outcome. That was a 1st down by any measure. That ball also clearly hit the ground in 1st half. These were egregious poor calls when " all eyes " were on the NFL and tons of hard data and stats were shown on the " Chiefs get all the calls" truism. It's pathetic and shifted the result of this game.

Let's not forget Kincaid had another critical drop at end of Ravens game.

It's not just the refs though. Our D needs to be able to play. KC had 212 yards last week. Also can't make pre snap penalties and drops and make mistakes.
