  1. He had 1200 all purpose yards and 6 TDs last year. 73 catches. 1300 and 10 TDs the year before. Can give you 70 catches per year from the RB position. Not and never has been a YPC guy. Love the signing and love the timing and ease in on PS. Could be some meat for a playoff push. He's not washed.
  2. I really enjoy Chris Brown though. He does a great job w everything. Guy bleeds blue and red.
  3. We don't need Surtain ...just get a solid zone corner.
  4. Yeah so be bold and go for the 2 at the end. I think it's dumb.
  5. Bills shut down the run. 78 yards and 40 of those yards were Mayfield flushed and the Godwin run. That's outstanding. Von still looks off, though he had that flash on a couple downs tonight, including that amazing almost leg tackle where Mayfield made an amazing play. Again, D line should have gotten 3-4 more sacks against a less tricky and slippery QB. Mayfield played uneven in the game but had some moments.
  6. I still don't get why the Bucks went for two. Mind Baffling. Seemed idiotic.
  7. BTW, d and pass rush was better than the stat line. A lot of "almost big plays". Mayfield was pretty crazy in the pocket and got out of there or got rid of the ball in wild ways.
  8. I agree 5-3 one game off. .... honestly have a good vibe with Cinci next week in a grudge match. Bills will be motivated.
  9. I am going to take issue w Marino. First , I caught the podcast and for an All 22 review it was missing more constructive breakdowns and specific critique. On Allen: he did play lousy at times, but literally brilliant in other times. Marino tipped his hat that way, but I think putting the loss on JA was silly. 22 second half points while sputtering on a couple drives terribly ( cough Knox drop) was impressive. A near game winning drive in the final few minutes leaving under 2 minutes to play , w/ one of the worst offenses in the NFL needing to score a TD to win was woeful....dog poo stuff by this D. I really wanted more All 22 breakdowns on what went wrong. Especially on that crap big gain on the last Pats drive, etc .. His 22 breakdowns are not great. Half ass even. I know Marino is forced to condense but should be more than about snap counts.
  10. What worries me most is the DTs.
  11. This makes it even worse. Not only does Knox blow clutch catches and make waay too much money, now he's injured. Beane royally ( not to be confused w Robert Royal) screwed this contract up. No viable out till 2025 20 million in dead cap even next year for a guy not over 50 catches. Makes me miss Robert Royal.
  12. Some fantastic opinions today. Some of the worst takes in the history of this board.
  13. Big Ed has been a force this year, but I don't know if he helps anything yesterday. He's undersized and apt to get knocked back in run support . See Bungles game. Without Jones next to him he hasn't been the same.
  14. Sherfield is a huge bust . Poona Ford a collosal disappointment.
  15. Couldn't stick this in post game?
  16. Poona Ford being a dud is a real killer. We need a run stuffer. DL getting blown off ball by one of the worst OLs in league.
  17. We don't match up well w Pats. We are gloriously undersized and soft up the middle. Could be a long day if offense can't match.
  18. 2nd worse int I've seen him throw. Worst was the red zone one v Jets last year.
  19. I think Bill should wind down his career at like a service academy or storied IAA program like the Ivy Leagues. I think his brand of foot ball just won't win at the pro level these days. Army completely sucks these days would be a nice fit.
  20. Wait don't we have Specific vet PS slots? Only for vets? Edit: we get up to 6 vets. Honestly, think of what a guy like beeze could teach Isabella or other WRs.
  21. Bills win easy and O gets on track. D reaps sacks and turnovers. Pats continue to struggle.
  22. I think we should pick him up
  23. I agree Daboll had some of the same issues. I will say that Daboll's final 5-6 games leading up to and including :13 sec were some very balanced and effective OC work. Really a fine hour for him. In general I prefer Daboll. He had more willingness to use speed to test the outside the tackles and was not averse to the occasional trickeration or misdirection.
  24. I have a good feeling about Johnson. I don't expect anyone will believe in him or trust him until he does it consistently though. I'm sure the doubt is justified based on that so I totally get this. Fournette has done it before, so he's a name folks know.
