    Question: have the plans for Highmark Stadium been determined? I.e. when they move to the new stadium what happens to the existing one? I assume it will be demolished and redeveloped for parking, commercial, residential, etc. but I don't know any details. It's hard to imagine the demolition of the place I have felt enjoyment (and suffering) both in person and on TV for so many years. It will be something to watch those upper decks drop when the explosions go off.

    Comparing 2004 to 2022 (Lucas Oil Field opened 2008, so let's assume it was scoped out 4 years prior, same as this stadium will open 2026, scoped out in 2022) I went to an inflation comparison web site and it's almost exactly a 50% increase in overall costs in the US. So $720M would equate to $1.08B. and to your point, that was with a retractable roof in Indy. The other factors to consider are that construction inflation may be higher than overall inflation (I don't know), and building something in NY vs. IN may be more expensive (very likely).

    Grew up in the household of a star NFL QB, played 10 years in the NFL, been observing the league for 10 years as a professional TV announcer...I'd say he's qualified.
