    weve seen coaches come in and clean out the roster but I cant think of any successful examples off the top of my head. Chip kelly ruined philly mcdermott destroyed a relatively good offense jon gruden doing it in oakland meanwhile belicheck,dungy, and even gruden won superbowls with someone elses "guys"
