    If I'm lifting weights and doing High Reps and only taking roughly a 30-second to 1 minute break in between sets what is the real purpose of even doing any cardio?

     

    Am I Wrong Am I logic that the only reason to do any type of extensive cardio will be if you're actually training for a marathon or some type of cardiovascular event

     

     

    I lift for 45 min and then do the elliptical for 10-15 min

     

    Should i just lift for the whole hour?
