  1. Mcvay took a team with a worse record and made them one of the best. To SW'sRib's point above I think it's infinitely harder to take a team with no winning culture and turn it around like that. And why can't we ding McDermott for not building around his preexisting talent that he inherited? If McVay didn't need to gut the roster like McDermott did than it's all the more impressive. He made his "scheme" fit his personnel.
  2. I sure would like to save all those picks for BPA.
  3. Lol definitely McVay.
  4. Just a good man corner on passing downs, which happens a lot for the Patriots. He was a force against us.
  5. Certainly not worse than Gronk. At least they got it right this time. Zach Brown is wack .
  6. Gtfo with those tweets Thomas Davis. That play was unbelievable, I had liked him before, playing with the broken arm during the SB run,
  7. Cam's awesome. Some haters out there for him.
  8. Surprised Mike Williams hasn't fared better. He seems like River's Vincent Jackson type of WR.
  9. what does he keep getting injured with? seems like a minor injury in a difference place every time. Gilly still looks really good playing with New England scum. I'd like him a lot more if he didn't play for evil.
  10. I thought his calling card was front 7 but maybe that's just what any coordinator looks like with kuechly
  11. Hyde was a backup for an average Green Bay secondary. I had serious reservations about this group going in. Ready to crown Hyde defensive captain if Kyle leaves.
  12. For all the complaining about the offense, front 7, general lack of talent, what's giving us an edge over teams? This secondary! I really think they've been the heart and soul of this team. Hyde's clowning on Landry, Tre's dancing, these guys have an attitude. It's fun to watch. Excited to see them show up for Gronkvenge next week. Honorable mention to Shady ofc. You got to give credit to our stronger position groups if you don't see much on paper, but have a record showing otherwise.
  13. the Bills were clowning on Landry I loved it. He was clearly not focused on the game, Hyde was dancing over him every 3rd down tackle short of the sticks. This new secondary's got an attitude.
  14. Threw his coach under the bus. If what he says is true than I can't really blame Ben. His pass wasn't going to be picked directly anyway.. Defenders aren't supposed to knock the ball up, could have gone straight to another offensive player for all he knew. The Russell Wilson goal line pick wasn't Russell's fault either, just some pansy receiving.
  15. Our backup tight end has better hands our wideouts... I think we should use O'Leary more too, but it speaks more to our lack of weapons on offense than it does to O'Leary's talent.
  16. hahaha I'm loving Shady more and more every day.
  17. Ha that's true. Knowing Tyrod is your quarterback is already being conservative. That should affect the situational play calling.
  18. Well everyone knows NFC wins are bad.. Stupid tiebreaker rules.
  19. "severely" is quite the overstatement.
  20. For the playoffs Sherlock, a chance at the Superbowl. I know what you're driving at lol, glad you're not a Bill. Coaches, players, fans, should expect nothing less than the Bills giving it their all in any given season. The future is for GMs and fans to speculate on in the offseason.
  21. I 100% absolutely disagree with this thought process. We're contending right now! I don't care about what happens down the road, that's what half a year of offseason is for. Right now let's just enjoy watching meaningful football. That's what we deserve as fans, I'd be livid watching a tank job all season, life's too short to just check out of something you love watching for a year. That Steelers/Patriots game was infinitely more fun to watch knowing the impact it had on the Bills. This last week was one of the more enjoyable weeks of football I can remember in a long time.
  22. we don't have mckelvin anymore. don't take our special teams play for granted lol.
  23. I think our guys do it more often than most teams. It's literally their job description to catch the darn ball.
  24. I agree with all that. I just think we forgot about his performance 2 years ago. We can gripe about garbage time statistics, but how can you take that away from him? 35 TDs, 4500 yards, put him on a team where he's not carrying the load and he's good enough. There's probably 15-20 quarterbacks that can do that with a team like the Jags, why do some here insist that's a bad way to build a football team? Dak, Carr, Bortles, Tyrod would all bounce back with a team like that.
