  1. What a horrid draft. Was so excited for all those guys
  2. To keep or not to keep Alex Collins in fantasy football
  3. EJ Manuel probably didn't pan out because his mentor was the kind of guy that slips on a mat and ends his career. If he had Joe Montana in front of him he would have learned all the tricks Joe passed down to Steve Young. Really makes ya think, Young needed Montana to learn his scrambling, Rodgers needed Favre for his side arm delivery. These guys are really taking a page from a vets book.
  4. Yeah well I'm not sure about your "QBs" more like average joes that should have never thrown the pigskin until they waited a year. You think they're good now, imagine how much better they'd be had they waited a year.. to learn.. football and maintain their sensitive egos
  5. I feel ya GB. But witch is more annoying, putting quotes around around a simple word with no good or bad connotations to discredit it as is it's not defining what it is? Or using the wrong word? Your factual grammatical "correction" is just as bad as this ordered rows of names that OP dares to call a "list"
  6. I chose not to edit because I saw the irony. And I used their because that's what the mic picks up with speech text. But who are these "people" you speak of. And who cares about the "difference" of using 2nd grade grammar. What's up with the "bills" in your user name. Who came up with this "list" filled with "quarterbacks" and "stats" Let me ask TBD the difference between a raw QB talented riding pine year 1 or year 2? You still get the incredible benefit of standing around holding the clipboard for Josh McCown. The difference is you're not quite sure how good you are by year 2. And you're fortunate to find out you don't suck?
  7. You know what grinds my gears? When people put quotes in something like "list" when their still literally talking about a list.
  8. Ay if Poyer can keep snatching picks and Instagram hotties, I want to see all his dirty laundry on social media.. so long as he's being a law abiding citizen lol
  9. Yo all Case Keenum needed was an okay offense and an absence of Jeff Fisher. So if the Broncos don't hire Fisher, then they're doing it alright. One of my favorite storylines from last year: 3 quarterbacks from the NFC's best offenses had breakout play after last starting under Fisher ? it's priceless
  10. I want Peterman to be a HOFer or a memorable franchise quarterback more than anyone. My screen name would be legendary. Short of that happening I want to see Josh Allen right away.. and I want wins.
  11. Love it. See if he thrives on pressure. He should approach this game as if it's the Superbowl. You're right. It is a black and white statement to make. I just don't see the difference between going in year 1 and struggling and learning.. vs getting the redshirt and going in year 2. In either scenario he should be just as good by year 2. So if he's the best quarterback on the roster and we sit him for that reason.. I'd be frustrated we're not feilding our best player based on a reason I've never seen evidence for (to be fair it's impossible to have the evidence for that side of the argument). That's where I stand. The opionion that year 2 Josh Allen should be an improved Quarterback from year 1 Josh Allen, no matter how he was treated year 1.
  12. I think losing confidence and not having game amnesia is the exact intangible trait that makes you a bad QB. That's why I like Peterman's confidence after his nightmare game. That's part of what makes a good quarterback.. Eli has quite the confidence for all the interceptions he's thrown. Take Eli and give him the mental fortitude of.. David Carr and he'd be out of the NFL. IMO it's simply one quality out of many that sets the better quarterbacks apart.. mental toughness.. likely the arrogant belief that they are better than their past has shown. So I want my quarterback to handle the fire and flames. One more measure of mental toughness. I want a quarterback that can throw a 5 pick game, get sacked to oblivion, have drops, poor wr play.. and wake up the next morning thinking "I can score 5 TDs any damn Sunday, for all I know that's exactly what I did last week" I want my QB to be straight DELUSIONAL. (and learn a little bit from mistakes in a positive way lol)
  13. His mission is to end Alabama. That's all he's aiming for Quite an admirable cause Really
  14. I hope the best for KB but we act like he has a resume worth mentioning. We complain all the time how Tyrod was a receiver production killer yet.. Swatkins had a better season with Tyrod than KB ever did with a freaking Superbowl caliber MVP. I mean pick one or the other. Does Swatkins and Tyrod suck, is KB overrated? Why did they trade him away for little. We harp about wr production being a product of quarterback and don't care about KB's conspicuous lack thereof. Yet he's gonna be the beast of the AFC East with Josh Allen, Peterman, or AJ. MAYBE TYROD SUCKS, SWATKINS IS A LOCKER ROOM ISSUE, KB ISN'T, BUT NOT NEARLY ADSTALENTED EITHER. HE'S A PRETTY GOOD WR. But I could go for the #1s on a lot of other depth charts as well. He's a perfect #2 Alshon Jeffrey guy imo. So yeah, preach. I 100% agree we are quite excited over a 1003 season career high WR .
  15. Edelman is extremely good at getting open. A smaller Fitzgerald. I certainly think he earns his production. But he is the WORST. I hate him so much I hope Tremaine Edmunds gives him a season ending injury first game lol. I'd take him over KB. Honestly don't know how KB would even work out if he played with Brady. Feels like he'd just be a little bit better, more productive Hogan type in that offense.
  16. Pretty sure teams have gotten that part sorted out unless we're running a play in 5 seconds they also know the drill. Cept Rex Ryan Anyways I meant to say.. Nick O'Leary is my favorite pass catcher and I hope he gets loads of targets. Dude's a stud improves every year.
  17. Y'all be jinxing Tremaine with this talk. If ANY rookie turns out half as good Tre White year one I will be thanking my lucky stars.
  18. Cause they can!
  19. Kirk didn't gel with him. McCown (who is on his team again) loves tossing it up to Alshon and guys like Pryor. Works alright, works even better if you make the other throws too. Tyrod, Kirk, Russel Wilson, don't like the jump balls. Obviously some of those 3 QBs are better at the other throws than other.
  20. Starting to get annoyed at Cornett's Commentary, criticism at people having fun running scenarios about Shady and other topics "OH YOU THINK SHADY'S A CRIMINAL, WHAT KIND OF BILLS FAN ARE YOU" "nah I just like talking about running backs??" Feeling the /s. It's probably hard undoubtedly I understand. I just hate the NCAA and want to see some beaurocratic function to cut their BS. Cause every coach and player under the system thinks it's bullcrap. They also are the ruin of American soccer. "Student athletes can't play so many games." Our farm system pales to serious countries that give 18 year olds 100+ games. But that's my personal vendettas. My argument is it's not hard if they get a few people in power with a modicum of ethics. But I am quite naive I suppose. There's only so much South Park can do to bring it to attention. You feel me big pimp?
  21. Yeah I'm being facetious he's great, certainly better than NOTHING but try to convince that to guys that think good defensive players can't play in a SCHEME
  22. He could have been our Brandon Spikes 2.0 ? but SCHEME happened
  23. Yep alcoholism lost me a fine woman. Find yerself a bigger partier than you Jordan and keep getting them picks in a Bills jersey
