We use guys like McKenzie and foster and likely diggs to keep the defense honest on the outside...not to mention for a guy that's not very quick Singletary gets the corner a lot. The amount of times shifty fast guys get to run 70 yards is waaaaay less than they get caught in the backfield. We have 2 chain movers which is what this offense needs.. then take shots with play action.

The wonderlic tells me this. Fitz is really a pathetic display physically as a QB but he has had a pretty good career because hes smart. If you get a high wonderlic and can apply it then you have a good chance to be a good qb. See allen and mahomes. Being smart is only part of the issue. Being smart and applying it is the biggest part.

I've been saying he or matt ryan would get traded this year so I would not be shocked by this one.

Everything I read said we gave him a chance to sign with whoever he wanted by cutting him and not trying to trade him. He got a damn superbowl ring as a result. Pretty sure hes fine with how things went.
