But I also see Murphy and star cut or taking less and draft picks replacing others. We are in great shape

There are a lot on here that give McDermott a hard time about his in game coaching but I think hes improved dramatically. He has always been able to get the most out of his players and is a phenomenal leader of men...but yesterday showed his in game improvements as well. 1. This D always adjusts during game. They are amazing at getting things right after first drive or a tough first half. 2. He won a challenge. Wow. Ha 3. The challenge he didnt win. It was the right thing to do. Romo was spot on. Who cares about the timeout there. It was close and worth a look as game is over if we got. 4. When to kick and when to go. He knows hauschka is struggling and has been more aggressive as a result. 5. When to call a player out. The move with oliver a few games back has lit a fire. Same with star having less snaps. I for one think hes in the top 3 spots right now for coach of the year. Great work by him. This team is always ready to play.

I'm all for Thursdays tbh. Yes people B word about it...but if you have a deep roster and understand that opponents are dealing with the same thing you have a gameplan that supports it. I like the bills in this game for the very reason...cowboys poorly coached and had a tough game Sunday in the rain...we dominated and have great depth. Go bills

That's crazy. Between his desire to throw it past the sticks or run it he does pick up a huge number of 3rd and longs.

My opinion is that he is now inside his own head. Said this on their first loss this year. They ran the ball down the field effortlessly and they got to the 4 yard line. 3 throws and FG. Hes is overthinking things and that may or may not change. As they say...never ever want to be the smartest guy in the room.

Fitz is arguably the smartest QB there is. While physically limited there is little that he hasn't seen or doesn't get. Lamar while a physical speciman is in his 2nd year and lives off his athleticism. I truly believe you can stop lamar with delayed pressure. Delayed blitzes. But you have to have the right back 7 to do this. And we do. Itll be a good game whether tmyou believe it or not. We have the O to play the slow roll game as well. I predict a low scoring affair in spite of all the ravens love.

This is how I feel but they are also in some turmoil with Jones being jones and a late night last night due to late finish. I like us in this one more than I did 2 weeks ago.

Agree. That's my point. The bills have a plan and are sticking with it and as a result the team is getting better
