I think Cook is starting to look pretty good and it shows with where they are putting him in during game situations. Also, hoping Shakir figures things out pretty quick here, as he's shown a lot of good signs. Elam, having faced lots of #1's has been up and down (couple excellent picks and some tight coverage plus giving up a ton of underneath outs) but his athletic ability and apparent work ethic looks like he'll get there eventually. Benford has played solid yet unspectacular so far. Bernard? ehhh. we'll see!

Good post... I dig the handle!  Some of my favorite numbers as well.

We don’t get the number 1 sees in the playoffs and we aren’t going to the super bowl. That’s all I’m saying. And today probably cost us a real shot at it. Also, other teams are going to copy what the Jets did today. This offense is in trouble unless they get something turned around immediately. And this defense still can’t stop the run. Not having Milano sucks and I think we are better off playing Dodson. Edmunds had a chance to really step up today. This defense was pushed around from start to finish.

I get what you're saying and I echo your concerns about the defense.

As for the postseason, I'm a baseball fan and my favorite team and their 101 wins got knocked out by a hot wildcard team that ran all the way to the World Series.  We'll just have to see how it plays out.  Injuries have without a doubt already affected several teams this year, including our Bills.

As for copying other teams plans, you have to have the personnel... but our defense has looked overmatched at times, getting bled out on runs, screens, and quick hitters.  We are dangerously thin on that side of the ball.

Another strong test coming up next week... we'll see how they respond.

Because Frazier refuses to adjust his defense. Said it for a long time, he’s the weak link.

I posted earlier that I've liked our ability to adjust in the last year or two.  I honestly think we're getting so thin on defense and offensive line, the coaches are limited in what they can try during a game.

Tough loss... I hate the Jests, I get the frustration.

But we've got Josh Allen and if we can make the playoff picture, anything goes.  Today's loss (assuming Josh's arm is good) didn't change that.

That’s a mistake I promise you. The Bills never lose a playoff game at home and never win one on the road. You can tell yourself it doesn’t matter all you want…it matters a lot . We might have blown out shot at this thing today. Anyone that down plays this loss is just flat wrong.

It doesn't matter what we want and as fans, what good does it do you to worry and stress about it?  Each season is its own war, with battles won and lost.

Our team is 6-2 and it sounds like we're doomed on here.  I didn't like the game either but I've been watching this sport long enough to know that week in and week out, games don't go as expected.

I'm concerned about our depth, particularly on defense and whether or not Josh is okay.

I'm not placing bets on the Jests or Fins to win the division because we lost one game on the road to what I consider to be a very tough divisional rival.  Our team left at least six sure points on the field in a game they lost by three... and that's with all the other problems.

Some of these analysts just can’t wait to turn on the bills it’s so evident in their predictions one supposed ***** in the armor and they’re already picking the other team

Most analysts could double as weather vanes... they just point whichever way the wind is blowing.  I skip all of the pregame shows anymore and never waste time on ESPN.

  6. I read an article earlier today (ESPN) that stated:

"But the Dolphins say Tagovailoa passed multiple concussion evaluations -- including one at halftime of the Bills game and each day leading up to Thursday's game, according to NFL chief medical officer Allen Sills."

If he was cleared of a concussion on Sunday and it was the back injury they say, why would they give him a test every day after?  Is that protocol?  How can one be under concussion protocol if one was deemed not to have a concussion?
