The guy is a beast. He dominated. Yes he was getting mauled. I think people are just venting feelings a lot like Gronk was venting his. It's to be expected I think that people would react strongly. He didn't need to do what he did because it wasn't gonna effect the outcome. Self control is what's needed and what's expected I imagine at that level in football and it wasn't just a little extra pushing or jaberjaw. Take out the names of the players and teams. Whatever happens to Gronk should be the same to anyone who would do the same as he did. It could be people are over reacting bring up actual criminal charges and such but some if that is just anger over the incident. I don't really care what happens to him punishment wise just don't send the message that it's ok to do something like that or it's a minor thing. That's the point your stressing to people not to over react. That's this is NFL and stuff happens. That would be my message to Gronk. Sometimes flags don't go your way and plays get made. You have to be in control of your emotions. A lot of money on the line to act before you think.

I don't know why people want to ruin the fun of all the outrage. It was a dirty hit and it's being called out. Don't worry your best friend Gronk won't be arrested. People just venting about a guy who did a real dirty thing. I think out of all the places in the world you would understand this is a Bills message board and maybe defending your man Gronk and being a fanboy isn't a real great idea in this place. Let people vent while you stroke your Gronk poster at home. Like you should be surprised at the reaction a dirty hit like that on a Bills player would get here. Sorry you are more worried about defending Gronk then Tre White our amazing draft pick.

Why isn’t gronk getting enough credit for apologizing?

I think this is just a troll article. It's about as funny as joking about cancer. -
I think you consider the severity of the action. Put it on a scale. Out of everything you could possibly do wrong after a play were does it rank in your mind? Could you think of a worse thing a player can do? Then you let the punishment fit the crime. There's a difference between a speeding ticket and committing murder. You let the punishment equal the severity of the action or you send the wrong message. It looked to me he had the intent to hurt the dude. It wasn't a welcome to the NFL love tap. It was ok you intercepted a ball thrown to me I am going to hurt you after the play. That's a calculated thought out move to hurt some one who made a play on you.

Tyrod injury: patella contusion, day-to-day
Lfod replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think getting a QB is the safe pick. I just wouldn't like to be forced to take a QB out of desperation. Hopefully the Bills can get to a favorable spot and we are not picking at scraps just because we still hungry. It would be awesome to not squander good defensive performances anymore. You need to strike gold on this pick. If you trade up you need to hit or it's a stain. -

Well I won't deny that it might be a direction I still would go potentially. I think Tyrod is a playmaker. I still not sold that he's trash. He played hurt all game I respect him a lot. I wouldn't be hurt if they did build the offense around him only if it made sense because you might not be able to grab one of the top 3 QBs or have to spend to much to get it. I know one thing. If the offence produces we win today. Do whatever you have to. It needs to be fixed. -
I think the offence has been a weak link in this team all year and partially last year. I think the defence has been the reason we had a hot start. I'm glad to see them keep it sort of together today trending back up from the KC game. I think this team has heart they just have a really poor offence so they can't win enough games. I think if we had an offence this discussion is a different one. I think the defense played good enough to win today.

Tre White is nice. All I wanted today was a Tre White interception. It had to be spoiled by a cheap shot. Just over the line. Patriots are just a dirty kind of people.

Tyrod injury: patella contusion, day-to-day
Lfod replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I understand that. I was just saying the rook might not be horrible. That he will throw a ton of interceptions but the light might come on with repetition. Taylor made some good plays today. This offence isn't clicking as a unit enough for playoff caliber. We need an offence that can put up 21+ points more frequent. Honestly I'm just glad the defense is back to being solid. I think they played a good game and Tre White got his interception. -

Peterman threw some nice passes that shouldn't of been incompletions. The kid will struggle if you put him in but people will always be quick to want to move on. -

Tyrod Taylor to me is an excellent back up quarterback and borderline starter. He made some good plays and he was the fault of some bad plays. Yea I think this injury could be the end of his season. We can't score points and it's embarrassing. -
Patriots 10000 Bills -7

I am just hoping the Bills stay competitive and not get blown out. Obviously I want the Bills would win. I would love that. I just don't think they win today. I think even if the defence plays really well and holds the Patriots to 14 or 17 points. I don't think our offense will put up 21 points or more.i see Bills offence putting up 10 or 13 points today. We will most likely 3 and out a lot and even if the defense holds up at first then eventually it will break down twords the end. So I don't think we hold the Patriots to 14 or 17. I'm thinking Patriots put up 28+ points on us today. I would like to see Tre White intercept Tom Brady. That will make me happy. Then I'll be sad when we don't get points on it. If the Bills want to win we need some turn overs. We also need the offence to put up 28+ points. I don't think it's happening. Patriots 41 Bills 16

Tre' White Doesn't Care About What Brady Has Accomplished
Lfod replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I like Tre White. If he's confident and wants to go out and get interceptions on Tom Brady I am all for it. He is aware of Tom Brady I am sure. I just like he's done well and wouldn't be shocked if he made some plays. At least that could be a bright spot vs Patriots. If he wants to focus on his accomplishments I respect it. Would not mind them building an entire team out of guys with that same mentality. I liked how hard he was on himself for his mistakes publicly even if they didn't need to be. To have the mentality that you could always be better and reflect. I won't mind being cocky if he backs it up. It's all good. -
2 Scenes From The Chess Game & I'm Unsure on Dennison
Lfod replied to BadLandsMeanie's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thanks I needed this breakdown. I was really starting to loathe Dennison. Now I'm not as worried about his ability to do his job. I have been really enjoying your posts and opinions. I really enjoy when I can learn something from this board from intelligent posters. -
The Ultimate Bills Debate - Was Doug Whaley A Good GM?
Lfod replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Honestly I would have liked to see what Sammy could do with Bills this year. I was turned off by his injury but it's the NFL and players get injured. Although I am neutral on Sammy I won't deny he makes a difference for the bills this year and if it was enough to break the drought you have to question it. Tre White replaced Darby but Zay Jones has not replaced Sammy. I feel like we have no true #1 to write home about that is fact. Dareus is a beast and I don't deny moving him hurt. He is worth more than a 6th round pick. I think moving him was part of the reason the defence fell off. I don't think replacing him is an easy thing. Sadly I think this is a pure money move and they just wanted to dump him and the contract. So my thoughts are if the new regime sacrificed wins this year then they better get them next year and make a serious playoff push. If they don't make that next year I will completely agree that they were horrible moves. Only just the other half of what those moves mean hasn't come to fruition yet. -
Apparently the offense is holding Tyrod back
Lfod replied to Gavin in Va Beach's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I am fully on board with going heavy on OL and DL in the draft. I don't think the people who want a QB are fools. Just people with wishful thinking. I think it's foolish to think you pick a QB and instantly the guys an elite franchise quarterback. I'm not in favor of trading up unless you can get into the #1 or #2 spot. 1.Draft a QB. 2.????? 3. Super Bowl!!!!
