I’m surprised anyone would trade for Moss. It’s pretty evident he isn’t an NFL quality RB. Too slow, poor vision. Doesn’t offer any particularly good skill set

“But pass blocking!!!” I dunno, I just see that thrown out on these boards a lot to explain why he kills drives and takes handoffs from motor

I mean, you're welcome to your opinion in which case, to not watch them and not join in discussion about them would seem logical.  Then those of us who do find some interest tucked in there between the media reporters who ask narrow questions which seem designed to elicit a pre-determined response, can discuss what interests us without disturbing your nap?

Correct but I do watch the pressers, and i'm entitled to state my opinion that Muki doesnt typically ask good open questions just like you are allowed to think he does. Its part of a discussion board correct? Or are discussion boards more for snide jabs at someone who thinks differently?

As opposed to the same, dumb, asinine questions posed by Jerry Sullivan and others🙄

Which is why pressers are mostly worthless anyway - same corporate lines and hiding info over and over. Muki should just ask McD to pick a number between 1-20 and see how close he comes to guessing the right answer, its a different new question!

I continue to be impressed by Muki Hawkins.  In contrast to many of the more "serious" reporters, he has a gift for asking more open-ended questions which draw more interesting answers from Coach McD.

Muki also a lot of times asks questions almost trying to give coaches advice on formations and personnel that bug me, or like trying to talk about his own football experience and thoughts.

I specifically remember one I think he was asking about we should use Moss, Cook (or maybe it was an earlier year with Yeldon), Singletary all in the backfield at the same time to help the running game. It was very long question as he brought up this or that team doing it, and his own like high school experience or college he played at.

I think sometimes the coaches get annoyed by him as well because of some of his long winded questions.

Bills have fumbled 10 times and he’s responsible for 1 of them. If anybody needs to be told to stop fumbling it’s Josh.

In fairness anything snap or handoff related gets put on the QB. Chiefs fumble went to Josh. The two miss snaps from back up centers, goes to Josh. How about the INT McKenzie gifts Rams in opening game off his own chest? Also went on Josh.

Im not a McKenzie hater, he had a bad game but I dont think he should be cut. Just showing the stats are a bit skewed.

Shut it Tony with the KC getting healthy at DB.

Seems to forget we have an all pro in Tre that was not on the field.

Yeah I didnt get this.. we are missing Tre and Hyde.... Benford in a club. We lost two DB's during the game..... Kept saying "oh this DB on chiefs is only a 4th rounder, this one a 7th"... while forgetting Taron is a 4th, Benford 6th, Jackson a 7th as well.. Cam lewis had to play some UDFA

I don’t get why it’s roughing the passer

Its that stupid "cant land with body weight on QB" rule... but its A) a stupid rule unless its egregious.... B) Ball was knocked out while he was standing, I would argue since ball came out its more of "getting ball" now....

    Overall its a bad call

Mike Tolbert coulda ran through that hole. But hopefully a confidence boost for Cook and the first of many.

In fairness, Moss had that hole when we were backed up to endzone and he tripped over his own feet for only a 7 yard gain

Hodgins deserves a mention, too, along with Shakir.  He looks extremely sure-handed and I think he'll impress if given more opportunities.

Moss needs to be inactive,. Im straight tired of him. Hodgins seems to win routes early decent enough, but his hands are fantastic. Even if Hodgins brings 0 to special teams, Moss also brings 0. We dont run enough to be dressing 4.5 RB's (counting gilliam as .5). If its truly an emergency let Gilliam or T Jones be the third RB. otherwise let Motor carry the load with Cook being the spell back. Im sorry but Moss despite being thicker does not bring the short yardage hammer enough. Moss pass blocking is also = or very slightly better than Motor, but not better enough to warrant his less than 2 yards a carry. Free up a roster spot and cut ties.

And I saw in past the plan was to let Singletary walk, Moss take load next year. No. Motor can be brought back on cheap... what team is going to over pay to steal Singletary away from Bills?

Can't disagree but he is a rookie.  He's trying to do his best to make any play he can.  Once he gets the nuances of the game he will likely throw that ball away.  We've seen Allen do it in the past where a play was never dead.  No, I'm not putting Pickett on Allens level, just saying that at that stage in both their careers, they didn't know any better so went for it all as much as they could.

For sure, I dont blame Pickett for the play, and I think he has every right to react how he did.... its more to me its laughable people claiming Lawson dirty. Lawson also been scraping to stay on an active NFL roster to be honest so hes probably trying to make a play too

QB was out of the pocket so it was legal.  As for fully ok?  I would say it might have been a questionable attempt being up 38-3 to try to go after a QB's legs running at the sideline (questionable as in, he had no reason to go at him other than running him OoB).

Again in the same breath if you want to bring up the score and not trying hard for the play, pickett shouldnt have jump thrown at the same time - made the hit much more dangerous than it was since he left his feet....

I think I’m ready for Cook to get most of the carries. At least with him if he does get some room he’s gone.

Nah he goes down with slight contact, singletary had some good runs with a small crease. Moss needs to be inactive or cut, let Motor and Cook shoulder load with T Jones being the emergency
