Josh Rosen has "Bust" written ALL over him.
Ol Dirty B replied to The Bills Blog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Simms has turned into a hot take diva. I like some of his analysis, but he has became completely hyperbolic to get attention and I think it's working for him. He's entertaining, I just think he goes a bit over the top at times. -
I can't find any stats to back up my opinion, so I'll agree, you were correct. It just seemed he was throwing more floaters in his time in Denver, even prior to 2015, and I know in 2014 he definitely didn't look the same. Yet both his Yards per attempt and per completion weren't too much different in Denver, in fact they improved some years vs prior to the neck injury. So I can't really defend my point, it's an "eye-test" thing, which I don't ever like doing. If Luck's arm isn't dead then I'd be fine with that vs taking a chance on a QB, even though I do like the gamble of taking a QB high. It's sports, and it makes it entertaining for a few years, win or lose. Hopefully, winning.

Peyton was struggling to throw the ball downfield and was surrounded by a much more talented team offensively and defensively. Luck has been out too long t just make the claim that his arm isnt a concern. All this work was done with the intent of getting a top qb prospect. The work isn't being wasted.

Sal C’s “Dear Browns fans....” about Tyrod Taylor
Ol Dirty B replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
And nobody did that with the other QB's? Fitz and Edwards were touted as early season MVP contender for a season each, and some of you clowns loved Orton. EJ was held onto as the future for 3 or 4 years. I like how this has been the new convenient thing to do... Where you watching your all 22 film at bra? You paying for it? It was in August... and nothing he said was wrong... I'd love to go back and forth with you on it -
Sal C’s “Dear Browns fans....” about Tyrod Taylor
Ol Dirty B replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So much of this post is just wrong on so many levels. You're simple. I'm convinced of it. And you're taking Tyrod quotes out of context from August... Weird you'd be the one to talk about present and future. Nothing that you've said has to do with on field performance. BadLands has solidified himself as a grade A, old ass idiot with his posts. You wasted your time, he'll never respect the point and keep bringing up irrelevant points. Those Tyrod quotes were way before the LA game, and he even went in after McDermott created the mess. The guy was class. He's not a franchise QB, but he's a good guy, and the way that poster casts Tyrod is moronic. -
The "We have too many holes" argument
Ol Dirty B replied to ColdFront_USAF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I'm all for trading up... but... if they do stay at 21, and the QB they want is somehow their... Do you take the other guy you'd take at 22 at 21, just to see the fanbase's reaction in those 5 minutes before you take the QB at 22? I think you do. -
Eh... weren't Hyde and poyer both here prior to beane? I know white was for sure. That's one of the most far fetched childish out of this world theories I have ever heard. It's really quite a stretch

You're the GM, what do you offer Kyle Williams
Ol Dirty B replied to elltrain22's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No I agree. I offer him 4 maybe 5 mil. I certainly don't think it's worth giving him 6 a year. -
Speculation: McCarron Lands in WNY
Ol Dirty B replied to Ittakestime's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I guess our difference in opinion is how we view McCarron. I just don't rate him that highly at all. I certainly don't believe he's an upgrade at the position. I also don't want to be caught up in what I view as a reactionary view of the league. Let's see how the Vikings and Jaguars do next year. Eagles had a potential MVP at QB most of the year. It's still an outlier to me. Rodgers doesn't get hurt, who knows what the Vikings are. -

So you're saying we should approach being successful by being the outlier. Sounds like an intelligent idea -

He watched the LA game. For !@#$s sake. -
I feel like this thread was made by the OP in some way to save face for another bad post he made. I can't think of another reason for this now. Colton had a few bad games last year, let's see what happens

Disinformation: Bigger enemy now more than ever.
Ol Dirty B replied to OCinBuffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Do you get the John Nash reference? You might want to look that up. Anyways, I'll take your advice, which BTW, is great advice on a message board, and GTFO of your thread. It's self involved because you think their is some grand media conspiracy against not only the Bills, but also to divide the fans. You're using words like war and things of that nature. It's crazy talk. Every team is manipulating the media against each other in this way, it's not just targetted at the Bills and the Bills are also doing it. Let me tell you what most of the world doesn't care about, what Bills fans think. They're probably pretty low in terms of what's on NFL Execs and media members minds. -

Eh... It's Rian Lindell, John Nash... Your thread is so self involved. -
So...Matt Moore as the Bridge QB?
Ol Dirty B replied to RalphWilson'sNewWar's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
What a waste of 4-6 games. I don't even understand that thinking at all. It's like you are planning on your starter to be so bad that you have to throw a rookie in there. Either sit him the whole year barring injury, or play him right away. Don't do what they did with Peterman last year. Who gives a !@#$... His future is what it is now... Their isn't one, just like their wasn't one for Hamdan, Levi, or Tuel. These guys don't work out. Add Peterman to the list. -
Tyrod Taylor Thanks Buffalo

Played the race card how? -
What the hell is this mess? It looks like you just want something to complain about, you can definitely get season tickets. This whole "real Bills fan" thing needs to just stop. Some guy is throwing a fit. If he planned on going to all 8 games, then I feel bad for him. But if his plan was to go to 2 or 3 and try to sell the rest to pay for his seasons then I don't feel bad at all. I pay the secondary market prices, because they are driven by what people are willing to pay. So it is what it is. But I'm not going to rail against a policy that tries to keep secondary market prices in check. Season ticket members also get first dibs on individual game ticket sales as well. Up to 4 additional per a game I believe. It's becoming too expensive for people who can't afford season tickets to go to a game because of season ticket holders. A family of 4 can end up paying 500 bucks to go to the Pats home game to one season ticket holder and that could almost pay for all of one season ticket. The rule makes sense. In fact, I wish they'd take more steps.

Some team at the combine asked a player if he is gay
Ol Dirty B replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
They deserve the fine, and they should apologize to Guice. Anyone defending the team that did this is a neanderthal. Asking if his mom's a prostitute? I'm not sure why you are trying to politicize it. I only see the right in this thread politicizing, and it's a reason I'm embarrassed to be a conservative. Most of you come across as morons and complain about things being political when no one other than you is making it political. It should pretty much be universal that the team is completely in the wrong. Instead it appears you're attempting make any criticisms of your stupid league illegitimate and liberal. It's not, they don't get to do whatever they want you simpleton. Care to show any examples of this? I haven't read the whole thread but I haven't seen any of this. He didn't say any of what you just listed off, you might as well have not even quoted his post, because getting to where you got from his post... wow. Talking about fantasy land and what not, Jesus man, look in a mirror. Maybe you should evaluate your own thinking as well. -
Some team at the combine asked a player if he is gay
Ol Dirty B replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If I go to a professional job interview and someone asks me if my mom's a whore or if I'm gay I'm walking out of the interview. And that's a completely fine way to react. Do you realize how dumb you sound defending this? These questions have nothing to do with how one responds to adversity or any of what you are saying. It's insulting. I don't think they would, but I really hope this isn't the Bills or I'm rooting against them until the GM and coach were to be fired. -
It's amazing how you could make so many points as to why he might not pan out in the league... And you always pick the wrong ones. Reading your posts are like jumping off a cliff into the depths of stupidity, and the fall just never stops. It's just an eternal fall into simple. It's like your brain is tanking in this life, so you can pick a really good one when they are being handed out next year. You're turning a disability into an advantage. It's ridiculous. You should go on a college track forum and discuss that. No way you can know less about that than you do football, or general life discussions.

It says more about your lack of football knowledge that you never knew who Tolbert was. You recognized a former division rival, so your team played him twice a year, and you remember his name. He must be good. This is just a case of fans liking the new guy simply because he signed to your team. I wasn't a Tolbert fan, nor a fan of how they used him. Ivory is not much better than Tolbert, if at all. It's another old RB. I'm tired of signing old RB's. It's not just at the starting spot or guys who will get carries, Taiwan Jones and Banyard were old too. They are what they are and will only decline. In my opinion they don't bring anything to the table that a younger guy with potential could bring. I'm glad we traded our biggest cap hit for a 5th round pick. That trade wasn't good, I'd rather eat the money and take a chance on Dareus than whatever we get in the 5th. Benjamin has not shown he is a 1. He had a good rookie year, and has struggled since and is damaged goods. Claiming these are undoubtedly good moves is just being a homer. They are not good moves. Benjamin can pan out to be a good move. Even though I think it's more of a personality/familiarity thing. Trading Watkins, then trading for Benjamin and approaching the same contract issue with him makes no sense.

I'm saying Pro Bowls haven't meant anything in some time... That's the Tyrod Taylor point, it wasn't a direct comparison to Tyrod in skillset or anything. It's just a lot are unhappy at that position and he's made a Pro Bowl. It's an irrelevant metric at this point in time. Ivory averaged 3.4 ypc last year... Tolbert was 3.7... I'm not sure why this is praised as an upgrade. The Blount comparison is way off. Blount is a good RB... Ivory isn't. That same amount where Blount is a bargain can also be over paying Ivory. I'm not so concerned about the amount they are paying him, more so that I'm not even interested in him as a player. He's not good.
