  1. He never liked that tank. You're wrong. Were you the guy who called in and told Howard he was a bad parent for going along with the tank? You don't care what he said 2 weeks ago, and I'm supposed to believe you remember/care what he said 4 years ago? You're making things up. Anyways, I'm back on this thread because I'm listening to Schopp and Bulldog on the app, and he actually said Star puts up bad stats but is the reason for Luke Kuechly's success. The dude is a joke. eh.... I wouldn't qualify WNY as a liberal market. You don't really know politics, do you?
  2. I'm lost, so you combine the fact we signed AJ and that some teams signed QB's ahead of us in the draft, that they might not draft a QB anymore... Then we'll sit there and let the draft fall to us, then, we throw the ultimate curveball and with QB's sitting there at 12 we go DT or LB? That's the 2004 draft, no thanks... You go and get the QB, if the QB isn't more valuable than the other positional player you're going to draft, no thanks to that QB.
  3. This is exactly my point. Their was nothing egregious, just the typical stuff you see in a basketball game. And they capitalized on it. They played great. Jesus man. Ok I was wrong. If that's what it takes to get you to leave me alone. They were letting a lot go both ways in the first half.
  4. You know being that sensitive is pretty unattractive. No one is saying embarrassing win.
  5. Before it ended up being a 20 point blow out, they had a couple lucky bounces and were lucky to get a couple calls. The 4th foul on Ristic... A couple of times they looked to touch it last before it went out of bounds, especially the one the ref incorrectly came over and overruled the initial call. The 3 that banked in from the right wing, the 3 that went off the rim, the backboard, and then the front of the rim again. The pguard losing control of the ball while the defense collapsed the lane landing right in Perkins hands for an easy two.... All of this was happening when it was a single digit game and I think contributed to Arizona just folding. I didn't say they didn't deserve to win the game.
  6. Pac 12 was a power conference in only name sake this year in basketball in my opinion. What did they get 3? 4? teams in, and all of them were bounced immediately.
  7. I can't see them getting past Kentucky. AZ folded under the pressure from the guards, that Pac 12 was bad this year. Kentucky has dealt with that kind of pressure plenty of times this year.
  8. Yea, its looked the whole game that Arizona wasn't ready to match their intensity.
  9. I don't follow much of UB, but I'll say. I'm impressed They got a few breaks, but they are looking pretty talented for a mid-major.
  10. It is hilarious how unaware boomers are of how other generations viewed them, and how they will be viewed historically. That's for another thread though. I hope we get him, if we don't, I hope he busts.
  11. None of that article supported anything you said. But it appears you're move is to just say no one has anything to add when your original point was something someone could say the same about.
  12. Do you have any examples of what you're talking about? I'm pretty sure you don't. You're an idiot. You haven't supported a point you made yet.
  13. That's the beauty of a message board. No one has to ask me when I see something stupid being written. So you think he's going to play so he can get a good announcing gig after playing? Plenty of guys wash out, no one, especially now, is not going to go into business with Rosen if he fails or opts to retire early. All he would have to say is I've had concussion issues and I don't want to risk my brain. And he'd be largely applauded by society, just not the Neanderthals like you who occupy football message boards. I was holding back, what you said wasn't only ridiculous. It was absolutely stupid and out of touch with reality. Steve beuerlein announces games. What the hell are you talking about?
  14. Well, it's 13 years later. I'm sure if you went and compared Brady's contract and others from 2005 to contracts in 1992, they'd look really high also. It's an absurd metric. I'm confused, did you guys not see the only half season where he was healthy with Tyrod? Injuries completely derailed that connection. He was absolutely game changing when he was healthy that year. Small sample, but again, like it was with him, his issue was staying healthy. It wasn't effort, talent, or not being able to play with Tyrod. Those two complimented each other very well.
  15. This is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever read.
  16. Drew Brees was not good until they drafted Rivers, then was able to put it all together.
  17. Agree completely. Sal is a grade a douche bag. Whenever he starts talking about what he used to do in HS, or coaching HS and how he coached his players all I can think is "will this never was shut the !@#$ up". I respect people's opinions for the most part, but when you start using your High School experience as a basis for what you're saying or use it to show you're more credible in what you're talking about, you lose me. High School sports suck, especially in WNY. Bulldog hated the tank, and was trying to shoot down talking about it like 2 weeks ago or so. I'm not his biggest fan, I think he's a stammering moron, but do you even listen?
  18. Again, you're ignoring the point. That's not what DT's do. So I guess you answered it, with Dareus we ignore that point, but with Star, if one points out statistics they just don't understand the nuances of the game and position.
  19. But when people made these points with Dareus they were to be ignored.
  20. Both were signed before Beane............ Gaines is the only one you can credit Beane with for on that list... Do you have any idea what you're talking about, or are you just a complete homer? Which fair enough if you are. I will admit, I was not sold on Beane when he came in last year and shipped out Sammy, and Dareus. Brought in Matthews and Gaines. However, I'll say if he's doing what I think and most people think he is doing this off season. He is winning me over. However, I'm not giving him credit for stuff he simply had nothing to do with. That's ridiculous.
  21. It's just flat out stupid. People are simple.
  22. I'm completely confused how trading away Glenn, a guy who hasn't been consistent when he's played lately, and barely played is when giving people second thoughts. This team lost way more talent last year. And Glenn didn't even play much. The OP listed them off, and excluded Gilmore, Williams, Brown. The team lost plenty of people who contributed more in their final year than what Glenn did last year.
  23. So were you a Whaley fan?
  24. I find it odd, that people who supported everything they did... Are now going to start questioning him? Why? How? If anything, and I've been down on Beane and McDermott, and I wasn't one looking to chase Tyrod out of town... I'm excited, I like what they are doing.... I'm not sure what you want them to do? Are you under the impression that they will use all of their top 6 picks, hit on them, and then not be able to afford them in 5 years? They have like 100 mil in cap room going into 2019 FA, and who do they have to resign? I'm still skeptical of some of their man management, but that's the nature of the football. You had no problem shipping out Watkins, probably called him injury prone and this and that, but now you're gonna balk at Glenn getting traded? When the line was better than the WR corps? Glenn barely played and Dion Dawkins filled in well. I don't get it.
