  1. Because that's what we've done forever. We'll play one out of 8 home games in crap weather and use that as a reason as to why we need to be able to run the ball. Nevermind the 4 or 5 games usually in good weather in September or October. We need to build our identity around the 1, maybe 2 crap games. I'll say though, I'm interested. I know nothing of him so I'll have to Google and YouTube him because all I read is positive stuff on him in this thread.
  2. Eh... maybe you should reread the article. I would guess it's a rental... the window he smashed was in a public balcony area, which required a public hallway to get to. Also, rewatch the video... There's an exit sign, multiple doors, it's clearly a public hallway. http://www.tmz.com/2018/03/20/zay-jones-arrested-nude-smashed-window-vandalism-buffalo-bills-player/ I'll keep saying what I'm saying... It's not really up to the tenant, it's more so up to the landlord... So yea... We're all idiots.I can't believe someone is going to say I'm wrong and say it's up to the tenant... But I'll agree, that landlord probably didn't want to deal with this if Zay paid for all the damage. Your facts are so wrong. You're completely wrong. I mean I'm not going to be your seeing eye dog. You think no laws were broken? Wow.
  3. Posts so good DaBillsFanSince1973 wants to make sure you read them, twice!!! And, back to back.
  4. Wow. That was weaker than I expected. Child's play. It doesn't even make sense. Did you read the post I responded too? Because I don't believe he actually believes what he posted. I think everyone in this thread knows that Zay broke those windows. Even him. Hence, the you're not a lawyer point. I know I said I was done, now I am. You've yet to give anything of relevance in this thread other than of you disapprove of to how I give my opinion. It's noted, and I don't care. So you can move on to the next one. You've added nothing.
  5. I don't know much about this, I agree with you on that, does that usually get someone out of charges? I honestly don't know.
  6. I don't, it is a guess. It's a deal that appears to benefit all sides. I'm not trying to make it look like anything. I don't really care what you or whoever thinks I know or don't know. I do know that the majority of cases end in a form of a plea deal because it is least expensive to all parties involved and easier on prosecutors and defense attorneys, especially overloaded public defendents. Some people oppose this, others just see it as how the legal system can function. If everyone went to trial it'd be a disaster. But again whatever, why would I make this my thing to die on. I'm not claiming inside sources, or to be an expert, I do know a bit and this is my opinion. I also think he should have been charged, and someone of a lesser economic status wouldn't have been so fortunate. Anyone who wants to come off like I'm claiming something can !@#$ off. It's an opinion.
  7. Care to explain? Actually don't bother. I'm not going to read it. You're child's play. Have fun
  8. Thanks for your contribution. Well worth it. Garbage post.
  9. In my other post I think that is clearly what's happening... I never mentioned fighting with his brother, I don't think it was a fight either. His brother was trying to help him. He did many other things that broke the law and was reckless, without allegedly fighting his brother.
  10. You're not a lawyer. I know it's fun just to ask questions and pretend that undercuts all proof, but it's not how it works. It's pretty easy to connect the guy with all the cuts who had to be taken to the hospital is probably the one who smashed the windows on the 30th floor. This is just a rich kid getting off easy, if this was you, or me, or 99% of this society, we are getting charged. You can pretend you know what you're talking about, but you have no clue. This was just an easy plea deal that saved the Sheriffs office money on not prosecuting and having trial costs, he I'm assuming offered to pay for cleaning costs and repairs, and the property probably wants this put behind them asap because this isn't really attractive to their clientele. And most don't want to deal with a trial. But go ahead, ask your questions like you'd make a good lawyer.
  11. No, but it is illegal to run around naked in public, smash a property's windows, and smear your blood all over the hall. He did a lot more than just make a fool of himself.
  12. Must be nice to be a spoiled football player. Bill or not, whatever caused it, it's ridiculous he's not getting charged with anything.
  13. I'm pretty much not looking for arm chair diagnoses by you. You don't know what happened, you don't know what drugs were involved, if any. You know nothing outside of the 20 seconds you've seen him on video and you are claiming all sorts of things. Yes your posts have been awful. I'm looking for pretty much anything besides what you've been doing.
  14. Yea, and I know he didn't make the trade up or decision to draft him.
  15. I agree with you their, wouldn't be surprised by that at all. I just think the notion that they went and scooped him up from the courthouse, Beane and McDermott have a little conversation with him, then stop off at a McDonald's drive thru and go to the pro day is hilarious. I also think that this experience bettering him is crazy optimistic. Not wrong, just really a positive view point. Which isn't a bad thing, I'm admittedly the opposite usually in my world view.
  16. Wow man... just wow... I wish I saw the world through your eyes, it must be like a Disney movie.
  17. It's banned it just doesn't show up on tests... This isn't a matter of poor policy, it's poor policing. I don't think weed should be illegal, but it is. And I don't think the league should take flak for people trying to circumvent its own, some states, and federal prohibition of it. This falls on the individuals who go to these lengths to get high.
  18. If it was a legal case, wouldn't their be a public record?
  19. Says the guy who said... "This is what I was worried about when we took him" In the Zay thread last night. Your credibility is shot.
  20. If after watching his performance last year you say the jury is still out, your jury will forever be out. That's more than any other round.
  21. Wow if I could ban you I would. Starting Peterman is essentially watching the world burn. Your the reason that the saying "The most popular guy on a losing team is the back up QB" exists. Tyrod is an NFL caliber QB. Peterman showed he wasn't
  22. And they had how many interceptions in the first half of their first game? You're mentioning aberrations, they aren't to be relied on. You don't make decisions off of outliers.
  23. Your posts have been awful in this thread. Not one person blamed weed, this isn't the 50s.
  24. WR coaches don't make the decision to trade up in the second round and pick a guy. You're just flat out wrong.
  25. How is any of that obvious? You're reaching. No one is qualified to make that judgment just off that video.
