How has the 1st team o looked? I think the rest is rather meaningless in my opinion. The 1st team offense only looked good in the 1st game, and when they've been left out there vs other teams 2's the last two weeks. Granted McCoy helps but idk how much. They've looked bad, which I expected this year. I they have a future but this year I think will be a difficult one. Oh man. You're gonna get killed for this post. Don't you know the media, especially the national media, don't pay attention to the Bills and know nothing. Oh yea, and they also hate the Bills. According to this board.

Damn! Mass Shooting at Madden Tournament in Jacksonville!
Ol Dirty B replied to Chandler#81's topic in Off the Wall Archives
Is there ever a place for this? I'm not even sure what your point is. People like this just do these horrible things wherever. Schools, Churches, Theaters, Malls. Wherever a gathering of people exists. -
In this case it does. But it is cute that you think you know statistics.

I agree, they do a great job. Except for the few times I see something breaking or a 2 minute old tweet and think I can break something on here. Only to log on and see they already did it lol.

Yes I am becoming way less interested in football as a whole. It could be that I'm now in my late 20s, that probably is more of the reason. However, I just find myself caring less and less. Which I don't mean that as a trend. I think I'm just a guy with different interests than I was as a kid. I still follow the Bills like a crazy person, all year round. However, my interest in the league, and game as a whole has dramatically fallen. I used to spend Sundays watching the Bills, and they're still appointment TV. If I can't watch them live, it's DVR'ed and the phone is off until I watch the game. However, at this point, if it doesn't concern the Bills. I'm hard pressed to care about the game. Only when it's two teams that might get chippy or a rivalry will I go out of my way to watch. The rule changes, the commercials, the reviews. It's just all too much for me at this point. Maybe it's just me, but I like the human error in a game and seeing how teams and crowds respond. It adds an edge. Now it's bad call, or a review, and 5 minutes later everyone has simmered down and has no clue whether to be upset or not. I hate the PATs being from where they are, it adds nothing to the game. The kickoffs are lame. After a team scores you have 5 minutes of nothing most of the time. I used to spend Sunday from 10 or 11, to 10 or 11 watching all the football I could get. Now, if I don't have plans with people or I'm not at the game, I pause it at 1, until about 2 so I can skip all the BS, listen to a bit of the post game and I'm done at 5. I get texts every week during the season to go out and watch MNF or TNF and most of the time it's like Houston vs Indy, and I wouldn't waste my time watching that. Like someone else said, I'd rather watch the EPL over it if it isn't a Bills game. No commercials, constant play. I understand it's not everyone's choice, and I grew up in a soccer family, very big one. Up until the last few years, I would have never chosen the EPL over the NFL. They are ruining the product, and I don't care about protests or whatever. That has nothing to do with the game. A guy kneeling for a minute has nothing to do with they ****ty product you are going to watch over the next 3.5 hrs that could easily be consolidated in to 2 or 2.5. I don't think that's relevant to people on here. I think we're all die hard bills fans. I think the Bills are the only thing that keeps some of us still interested in the product, because it's becoming awful week by week. And not just because of the rules, the way the game is being played is becoming worse. I understand the strategy, but these 9 minute drives ending in field goals are killing the sport. It's a lot like what's going on in baseball where it's home run or strike outs.

I don't mean to be a Debbie downer but all of you comparing this to hard knocks and how great the team looks from coaching staff to chemistry. This is being produced by the same people who produce One Bills Live. You're not going to see much other than positives. I still enjoy it. But comparing it to independently produced hard knocks isn't accurate. They won't show anyone in a negative light that doesn't rectify it.

Hard Knocks 2018: The Cleveland Browns
Ol Dirty B replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Wow I haven't read the whole thread that led to this post, but I couldn't agree with this post more. I love it, I say the same thing. Financial literacy needs to have more of an emphasis in our educational system. I'm amazed by what people tell me. I had a guy who comes into my work, in his 40s. Nice guy but could tell didn't have anything more education above high school because of his job. Card routinely declined for extremely small amounts for months. One day finally says, I just found out my card gets declined because I make the minimum payment but then the interest hits and puts me above the limit. The fact he didn't understand credit cards and this went on for so long was amazing. I also dated a girl, who went to U of R, and when discussing if I was going to go to Law school or not, she always pushed for it. I explained to her my concern that taking on 150k plus in additional debt at my age, for being the kind of attorney I'd want to be, which the mean salary is 50-60k, not a great raise for me. Her response was, debt doesn't really exist. I asked her to explain and she couldn't. She's 300+ in debt now, makes good money but with her cost of living plus that. It's lunacy. I'm by no means and expert and idk if she was some undercover Keynesian economics believer. It was just mind blowing to me someone I respect for being so intelligent could have such a blind spot. Sorry way off topic, but loved the post and discussing this stuff. Am I the only one who thinks Nassib has no idea, well I won't say no idea, but is confusing figures? Isn't it that the stock market averaged a 10% return per a decade over the last century? He's just telling guys to invest or save and you'll get 10%. He's nuts. People like him are partially why the 30 for 30 on broke athletes exists. I do think his heart is in the right place though, not that it means anything regarding money. -
Sal Carpaccio: Corey Coleman Is In Trouble
Ol Dirty B replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Regret it? How? The poster is obviously a Bills fan, I don't think he'd be anything other than happy if Zay proved him wrong. He just has an opinion that Zay isn't going to work out. -
Mike Scopp Hacking it Up on National Radio
Ol Dirty B replied to a topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dan Lebatard pretty much did the same thing with the dolphins, albeit in a more creative and funny way all the way to a national show simulcasted on ESPN news. I think they do it in a pretty lame way, but they aren't the first sports talk radio hosts to rip on the preseason. It's not that sanctimonious -
Here’s another account of his first night: Leaf’s first pre-season start was much better than the man selected one spot before him in the 1998 draft: But that was just one game. Manning and Leaf met head-to-head in the regular season dress rehearsal known as week three of the preseason: Why are you on here, doing all this research to tell fans of another team not to be excited about their top 10 draft pick rookie QB. I hope no Bills fans wasted their time doing this on a KC board about Mahomes. I doubt any would. Even I wasn't high on the pick, but I've never told anyone to not be excited about him and this preseason. I'm not sure how it'll work out, but it's still exciting.

I just don't think these guys hate Josh allen, and pointed out their are more than enough anti analytics guys. It's just homerism. Good try though. I only post from my phone, and I have no problems remembering to use punctuation marks. I don't know if what happened their is a phone issue. I get auto-correct being a problem, but whatever you barfed up there, isn't the phone's fault.

Jarvis Landry... again
Ol Dirty B replied to Do The Reich Thing's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Why are you here? You must be whacked. Are you the guy he practices crack back blocks on? He also doesn't hit him the chest, gtfo of here you clown. -
None of that is interesting. Mike Wilbon does it 5 days a week on PTI, and all of NFL network is the same regarding analytics. And wow, Sal making a homer point. Who would have thought. Any douche who talks about his experience playing and coaching HS football and tries to translate it to the NFL, is someone whose opinion I don't care about.

Josh Allen- One thing we can all agree on?
Ol Dirty B replied to GoodHands15's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I never wanted and will never want to watch Peterman play a game for this team. I'm seeing more and more of these posts about these Nathan Peterman people, yet I never see them anymore. That said, the new guy who hasn't failed you yet is always more popular than the guy who has. A lot of you had Watkins being replaced by Zay, and Tyrod by Peterman. And you idiots who believed that, don't have to own it, but you did and you were wrong. But anyways, I do think Allen should play. I wasn't big on the pick, but he has shown that potential. -
It's because it's September not December. It's like that every year.

It's football dude. Not politics. Most of you don't even realize these guys aren't being paid for being journalists, it's to editoralize and give their opinion. If it was journalism in sports all the coverage of games would just be box scores. The problem is people can't handle someone having an opinion that conflicts with theirs.

The reason this is being talked about this way is because you're on a Bills board. I'm not even sure why you're on here -
Please name Josh Allen the starter

Marcus Murphy: Looking Good for the 53
Ol Dirty B replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Ugh... No, I'm not even sure how you compare the two. I do like him though, really starting to pull for him to make the team and actually contribute in the regular season. -
The interviews are boring and awful every year. At least they stay on top of their useless polls.
