McBeane's way of rebuilding makes no sense
Ol Dirty B replied to Jerry Jabber's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, but the plan was in place. They had 2 1st rounders before they got rid of Watkins, and Darby. I like Edmunds, but the capital used to get him, throw that all in the qb trade up and they probably could have found a way to Allen. And have Darby, Watkins, and Glenn. Not to mention the trade for Benjamin, do with that trade what you want. It makes no sense at this point. -

It's absolutely sustainable with a qb on a rookie contract. -
McBeane's way of rebuilding makes no sense

We hired a high school coach and AD. That's the problem. They have no clue about man management. Lol fight till the bitter end. I'd feel so much better if Benjamin caught that td so we put up 7. This team is !@#$ing garbage. This isn't your high school team, I don't want to hear that nonsense. They need elite athletes and talent and they traded all that away and traded all that away. -
I usually agree with you... but the he's not a visual learner and won't work out is an odd thing. He should have just said nothing. Only insecurity would lead someone to point out why it won't work. If you think it won't work out, you have no reason to worry. This team is a disgrace at this point. Burying guys on their way out for no reason. They're really not likable, I felt this way last year, and now they're doubling down on it. I don't know who'd want to sign or be drafted by these guys. Because if it doesn't work out here, you're not going to get a wish him the best, you'll get a character assassination.

Or a guy trying to protect his employers for making another stupid decision. That tweet by him was low class. Chris Brown knows how he learns from two weeks of watching 15 minutes of practice. That short, bald, condescending... I'll stop their. And they don't even have potential on the roster. I'm not sure if taking up the side of how this regime has treated the WRs is the right one, unless you're on some samurai or kamikaze ****. It's totally embarrassing. I think it reflects the combination of arrogance and sudden fear they face. It's really an awful tweet and completely uncalled for.

As opposed to here, where our starting QB's average completion travelled -.4 yards in the air. We are really looking so much better without Tyrod. Let's all continue to hate on the guy.

Goosebumps, guy it's really uninspiring line about a dumb football team. That gives you goosebumps? I also find it odd that this executive is shouting out the Mel Kiper podcast and how he says how bad they might be. That doesn't sound like a football executive to me. If this guy actually exists he's probably some nobody working in the ticket office who loves the attention and feeling of importance.

Brian Billick on The Bills' QB Situation
Ol Dirty B replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Eh... a lot of this coaching staff is the same outside of Daboll. The GM and scouts have been here for a year. Team president? Who the eff is even team president and do they matter? I'm assuming they took Brandon's position. New roster? These are almost all their guys. Maybe you just came out of a coma or something, but last year might have been the time for this post. -
Eh... minus the whole first downs thing and not throwing any of those passes that Nate is known to do. This team stinks anyways, I'm almost willing to laugh at watching Peterman continue to be the worst QB I've ever seen until it is beaten out of people like you. What does it take for some of you to get it? Minus runs? Allen did that and it's a talent of his. Did you see Peterman try to run? In case you forgot, he ran out of bounds on a 3rd down just after avoiding pressure just pass the LOS. Peterman is a disaster.

Jets game proved teams are built in the trenches
Ol Dirty B replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
When they're 4-0 or 3-1? You say those teams like they should strike fear. Maybe one half of the jags does? Qb in place? Jesus man, are you blind and you can only hear the John Murphy show or whatever corny name they call that now? 2 bills live. Now that I mention it, part of me thinks a tasteless OJ joke exists in there somewhere, but I don't wanna be banned. Lol if they go 4-6 wins, you think that is going to deter some of us who have been seeing the same issues with this team for a year now. It's really astonishing how someone can be just so unaware. -
If you hate the Bills why are you here?

These posters go on and on about nonsense. They say they don't mind people with opposing views, but if you tell them you think this team, coaching staff, and front office sucks they act like you just said an opinion on roe vs wade. Don't care what side of that you come down on, I'm just comparing that a negative opinion triggers people. You B word about the team and they get mad, then they say stuff like after today it's okay. Yet, if I was all in on Peterman saying this will work and painting an optimistic picture for the last 6 months, then post about how bad the team, coaching staff, fo sucks... I'm just over reacting to them. I don't like what they are doing and haven't. I'm not moving off that and that's what I think. I think people like me say I hope I'm wrong more than a lot of these posters ever admit they are wrong. I hope they go 15-1. It's never us rooting against the team, the reason we are critical is because we want better. I don't get why something so simple gets lost on people. -

I don't think I should expect anything less from you. Classic. -
Dennis green had a far more successful career than McDermott to this point. I actually liked his management style, but it would never work in Buffalo. Everyone has to be treated the same, we need to hear the same tired cliches about hard work and how the 53rd man is just as important as anyone else. And all this stupid ****. If he actually believes 75% of what he says I'd think he should be fired. It's funny that you call the public stupid, yet you are part of the public. It's also funny that you don't get they have crafted him to appeal to that very segment of the public. You don't think they have an image of him they want to project? The pressers are useless, they should just do away with them. But I remember reading stories about Randy moss sleeping in meetings, eating fast food before the games and green gave him a pass. Whenever he was questioned about it, he pretty much insinuated, do you watch him play? I'm not convinced that this team would do that. I think they ship out talent way too quickly. He did have Brett Favre. Not the greatest, but certainly not awful.

A loss is a loss. Both blowouts, both are bad. I don't think one can be regarded as worse than the other.

The posts in this thread sound like people talking about the titanic. The team sucks, the coach was horrendous yesterday, they did an awful job at the qb position, wr position, the oline. The dline is bad again, Murphy and starr look bad, Vontae didn't dress.

I like his posts and have no issues on my phone.

Trade Kelvin Benjamin to the Cowboys ASAP!

How long are Beane's and McDermott's contracts for
Ol Dirty B replied to Foreigner's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A 1989 cowboys thread exists on every forum, yet only one 1989 cowboys team has existed. They aren't the 89 cowboys not even close. -
EJ Gaines isn't on the team, and that 2nd round pick hasn't proven to he worth anything. And we sit here with no receivers who can get separation. It's not romanticizing it's an opinion. That's why I wrote it the way I did. I know Darby went for Matthews and a 3rd and Sammy went for Gaines and a 2. And that we shipped out a 3rd for Benjamin who has done nothing. But I see you're grasping at straws here because you're completely wrong. People were thrilled with all of those moves and our WRs have been awful ever since. You made an awful post, move on with it. Don't stalk me. I've got my fair share of them too. This is spot on. Damn it Whaley, he didn't spend like a drunken sailor he just mumbled like one in front of cameras.

Taking a look at Brandon Beane's acquisitions.
Ol Dirty B replied to Klaista2k's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So you're crediting Benjamin with breaking the drought, but blaming Tyrod for the lack of his production? That's a very convenient stance. -
No Challenge on the muffed punt?
Ol Dirty B replied to Livinginthepast's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I agree with this but all you're gonna hear is how they wouldn't have won the challenge(which I agree they probably wouldn't have). But the offense was incapable of that swing of momentum and doing nothing. You take the challenge and put the pressure on the refs to make a call. It was an awful decision. No reason not to do it. They had nothing to lose and everything to gain. It's so simple, but that's what happens when a bunch of gym teachers run your team and adhere to rules and charts like they were the 10 commandments.
