  1. It's tough because he has no one around him. However, he's done nothing to show me much positive or negative, which in my opinion is a bit of negative. He has only impressed me with plays he made with his legs.
  2. Wow... understanding things can he hard. I wouldn't know because I don't have a learning disability. And yes you earned that insult because you're an ass. You're looking at it from the wrong angle. He's not hating on Allen, or dismissing him as a prospect. He has potential. However, by not having a guy who can stand in while they just waste this season because they have no offensive talent. They are ruining fans belief in Allen and them. I'm not saying that's right, nor was he, or that it will actually matter. Yet if he goes out and keeps getting killed and heaving passes 30 yards down field across his body into the endzone, this experiment will end sooner than it should. Key word, should. I know all this context and stuff is tough for you.
  3. I get what you're saying. I used to agree with it, I just don't anymore. I do understand where you are coming from. I guess "hate" isn't the right word. I just disagree with it, I've always enjoyed the NBA though so I could be biased. I always watched both but I've actually grown into more of an NBA fan vs college.
  4. Sure, I'll live forever as long as I don't have to look in a mirror at 320. When you think about it, its depressing. Can I get 3 people to live forever with me? If everyone goes, I guess at 220 I wouldn't give a **** anymore? You'd just be used to it. I used to think I wouldn't mind dying young until I started hitting the ages I thought I might be gone by. !@#$ that, I'll choose living forever.
  5. I don't know about David Carr, but I'm pretty sure all of the other guys you listed love Allen as a prospect. So are you saying because they failed in the NFL that we should ignore them? Andy Reid never was a good QB in the NFL either so I guess his opinion is stupid. What is your point other than you went to some bucs games and saw dilfer play 20 years ago? Also the west coast offense is predicated upon short horizontal routes and a few shots down field. It is by no means a vertical passing game that emphasizes pushing the ball down field.
  6. Yea... you really disproved him there. Solid post. You made so many good points. I don't agree with his last sentence either, but his post didn't deserve that kind of response. But when you can't say anything meaningful, go and insult.
  7. That was what, the first or second worst loss in franchise history? They aren't going to one up that every week. I agree he isn't on the hot seat but they were never in the LA or GB games. I realistically don't think he can get on the hot seat, but if the trend continues and it's 6 of 8 games, 12 of 16 that they are just not even competing in. I'm not sure what would happen. They just have to show improvement and at least be in games to keep him off the hot seat in my opinion. It really isn't that big of an ask, but the way this team looks offensively, I don't know.
  8. If O'leary is the reason you suck... Well he's not actually the reason you suck. He wasn't very good. Complaining about his loss just shows the amount of talent the offense lacked to begin with.
  9. Well at least the comment section on TMZ makes us all look really good.
  10. Man that's wacked... but I laughed. Great breakdown though Hapless.
  11. I'm always down on the Titans. I'm not a fan of Mariotta, when I have a bias like that I try not to bet against those teams. I agree with your thoughts though generally.
  12. I see the same thing on the service I use. I just have no confidence in my ability to bet this game at all. The titans very well could go out and lay a dud. Goodluck.
  13. It's just the nature of the league in my opinion. They didn't this under previous GMs. They're constantly trying to improve, even if it is in perhaps the least noticeable ways. That's not even taking into consideration injuries. I'm pretty sure every team does this.
  14. Belichick has changed schemes continually. They went from a run heavy offense, to airing it out, to getting Moss, to going spread and running dink and dunk passes all over to negate the lack of the running game. Belichick is the worst example you could bring up. He has always been evolving. I'm a troll because I don't like what they are doing? That's pretty convenient. Doesn't McDermott run a zone scheme? I thought Darby was drafted to play man under rex? I'm the troll? Gaines was brought in and he played well because he'd fit a zone scheme better. But whatever... I guess you just say whatever and it becomes fact.
  15. Have you read ScottLaw and NoSaints posts in this thread? They pretty much refute everything you've been saying about Darby, or do we ignore those?
  16. You're wacked if you think Darby couldn't have played here. The cap hell ****, and then you're saying it's too early to judge the offense. You can believe that **** if you want. I don't buy it. So far, you're not right. They're 1-3, on their way to an awful year. The record will speak for itself. If I'm wrong in 2 years, I'll own it. I'm pretty confident I won't be wrong and you'll be the one not owning any of that.
  17. Oh, now I get all of this, you work for a nonprofit. Now it makes total sense.
  18. Interesting take. I wonder what the stats would have shown on that. I'm never worried about a hail Mary unless it's in New England and Henry Jones is on the team.
  19. You mean to tell me you don't like old and slow, or short and slow? They have yet to draft a dynamic athlete in their tenure. Ray ray is short and average speed by NFL standards. Robert Foster is considered a freak athlete on this board, and he not even close to it by NFL standards. And he was a UDFA. Zay Jones has no explosiveness, terrible acceleration, has nothing coming out of cuts. It's just awful to watch. They brought in Benjamin... need I say more? They're all a combination of short, old, or slow. They drafted Ricky Proehl's kid and he couldn't even make the team.
  20. Could be a good time, even though that league is awful. It probably means nothing to you, but Timothy Weah would be worth seeing for an American if he's in the starting 11.
  21. I'm more concerned about their decision making. If I was a millionaire or going to be one, I'd never be spending my time at a Sabres game lol.
  22. Spot on. I don't understand the replies from posters attacking Dilfer. He's not saying Allen sucks and he'll never be good like some commentators have. He's coming from a place where he wants Allen to succeed, and is just giving his opinion on how to make it happen. The comments don't seem mean spirited or negative on Allen at all. I wonder if these people even read the quotes. I'm not saying he's right, no proven method to developing a QB exists and never will. He does make some good points and brings his own experience into it. Which is far more interesting to me than reading something about how dilfer sucks and Allen is better.
  23. That's amazing. So we've had or have on our roster Watkins Benjamin Matthews Jones Holmes I just wish Josh Reed would come out of retirement so we could get another on the list
  24. I always hate that take. I completely disagree with it. I watch a college game and all I see is sloppy crap all over. Bad fouls, poor rotations, missed open shots, bad dribbling. I really think it is more so that these guys are so skilled offensively that it makes it look like they aren't trying. They are also freak athletes. It comes easier to them. Don't get me wrong, I agree their are dud games as their is in every sport. The effort point I dont agree with. The atmosphere isn't the same either because you dont have 10,000 loaded kids screaming the whole game.
  25. No I think you have it backwards. This bothering you is a symptom of you being crazy. You've probably been wacked for years.
