  1. Idk if it'd be the worst result, it would certainly be entertaining
  2. You're correct. I saw him mention Ron wolf, and was obviously wrong. Interesting link lol You make a great case. I can't rebuff any of that. Rodgers turned out great and maybe McCarthy is deserving of more credit than I have given him. I really can't argue with you.
  3. I usually go to all the night games, but I'm taking the year off. You can pretty much go anytime tomorrow and it'll be happening. Idk how it is doing it in an uber, you should bring a cooler of beer at least. But everyone is always friendly down there, for the most part. I'm sure you'll be offered whatever you need and more.
  4. I don't get it at all either. He's clearly their best back. I think I may have read something about between the suspension and being a liability in pass blocking they are frustrated with him? I don't watch their games enough to know if that's the case.
  5. He didn't groom Aaron Rodgers. I'm not giving him credit for Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers deserves that credit.
  6. That's pretty much all he does. If he has been concentrating on defense, that's an example of more ineptitude. Remember a few years ago when he just started running the ball in the NFC championship? The guy is the opposite of what I'd prefer. He's old, tired, conservative and plays it by the book. Ron Wolf left and it's the same crap with them. McCarthy is apart of the problem in my opinion.
  7. Holy *****... this is way too much effort. So he wasn't insulting the guy that it appeared he was insulting, he was insulting that guy to insult someone else who doesn't exist by using their dumb insult? How could I have missed that?
  8. I'm totally lost, you used NPC to insult someone else. And now you're insulting your own insult. I get parodies, but you're really going down a weird path with this one. Which the fact you're insulting people with NPC speaks volumes about yourself. I didn't know that was a thing.
  9. #perspective... I'd rather have them just ruining my team than what they were doing. #perspective, you're happy trump is ***** the country up. Thank God the Bills are being ran competently.... I guess? What an awful post.
  10. He'll fit in with the Bills how? Season over in October? No thanks
  11. The guy was a gamer and went to Duke. I hate Duke. But Thad is that guy. He's no where near a starter, but smart and gutsy enough to root for. He's like the black Fitz if that comparison makes sense to anyone. I want to be wrong. But in my opinion, Allen has shown nothing more than EJ. I really see nothing, it's just an honest opinion. If you can point to some sign of encouragement, I'm all ears.
  12. Agree with a lot of this post. I also would think that the guy who talks about being in QB purgatory, would probably take a shot on one at 10? It's all speculation but that narrative never made sense to me. If you're the owners and you want Mahomes, then you get Mahomes. Whaley and staff knew they were being fired after the draft. The leaks were coming for weeks prior. Tre is great, but I don't see that as a pick Whaley makes given his past.
  13. You can only laugh. That's what I do. Eventually they'll have it figured out at that position. I'll see your Derek Anderson and Nate peterman with Thad Lewis and Jeff tuel. Anderson and Peterman might actually be worse. I miss Thad. He wasn't good, but that game he played in New Orleans where he took the shot to the ribs. He gave it everything. Here I am reminiscing as a Bills fan about the days of Thad Lewis in a game he lost. Like I said, you can only laugh at this stuff.
  14. That's fair. I see it the same way. I do think it is more convenient for the Pegulas to have that story come out.
  15. Do you really believe that crap?
  16. Eli Manning and Blake Bortles would unquestionably start here. They're better than Allen, Anderson, and Peterman. Even as bad as Manning and Bortles have been.
  17. It makes no sense with Watson. He has Hopkins, other than that, that offense around him is not much better than what the Bills have had around Allen. Now Hopkins is great, but Watson has been getting killed since he came in the league behind that line. And he has always looked way better than Allen.
  18. Lol at Allen was a good pick. I want to be wrong, I'm trying to be wrong. But I've seen nothing. His best pass sailed 5 yards out of bounds to Foster in his first preseason game. The hurdle was cool....
  19. I mean, you could always say we are well off in 2 years by this logic. I don't completely disagree, but being bad and failing setting you up for success is just... not a fun future. Also, you talk about this regime getting out of bad contracts. What's to say the next regime in this scenario wouldn't be saying the same thing about following McBeane. We have to hope they hit on all this. If they don't, it's not just an easy rebuild in my opinion. That said, the only people I hear talk about culture more than McDermott or his supporters are the migos. The company you keep...
  20. I mean half of them are owned by Gannett. If it's a secondary or tertiary market, Gannett owns them. If it's a big market paper it seems like the Bezo's, or Murdoch's of the world run them. It's the same people feeding you the narrative they want. Lol here I go sounding like a deep stater @billsfan89. But seriously, my opinion with the news. I loved doing it when I was in college and didn't have to work. You just have to consume everything and try to pick out a little from every source. Some of what MSNBC says is true, some of what fox says is true, same for CNN. You go through those three and you know what everyone's intention is, middle it. That's how you really get as close to the full story as you can in my opinion. CNN used to be more middle of the road, and now in my opinion, they take everything trump says so personally and have gone off the deep end. I wouldn't even consider CNN liberal, they're just angry at this point. But then again, they're being mailed pipe bombs and getting death threats. It's just a mess, editors were threatened, tarred and feathered, faced execution essentially 250 years ago. However, as much as I give a pass to things and say, that's how it has usually been. I don't think also saying we should be better than we were 250 years ago is completely unfair either.
  21. That's crazy. I'm unfortunately labelled a millenial, and lucky my grandfather is still around. He flew in the Pacific in WW2. The few stories he's told that I remember I cherish. He's 96 now, and everytime I see him I feel like he has no clue who I am anymore. I wish when I was 12 I would have picked his brain more. My grandfather was 2 of 60 who survived a polio outbreak in the Philippines. Even have a picture of him in quarantine. Crazy stuff that generation went through. I agree, I've never heard it. But I hear a lot of dumb stuff so I don't even doubt it at this point.
  22. My uncle goes on about this deep state *****. It's crazy, I don't think they'll do anything but I could be wrong. Because if you believe that stuff and just accept your lot in life, because the stuff they believe is awful. Then they would have been doing real crazy stuff for years now. It's just depressed people who can't accept that they are the reason why they are where they are in life. Just an opinion, but it's a trend I've noticed in these deep state/illuminati types. Not sure if they are the same thing, I just tune them out at this point. They seem like the same person to me.
  23. This is extremely accurate. It goes back even before the revolution. Then, Franklin, Hamilton, Jefferson all had their own newspapers essentially framing issues the way they wanted. WW2 to the 80s was a time of transition. I think the media now is similar to how it has been for most of our country's history. That time period, WW2 to the 80s, is very unique. The television became the primary news source versus news papers. In that time period, television did not offer options for people to seek out sources that reinforced their views. 3 sources existed, and all 3 could split the market and he profitable. Cable is what changed everything. You had audience fragmentation and people could find a source they agreed with. And now everyone is trying to carve out niches for profit or make a point. It's just like what the newspapers were in 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries. And audience fragmentation leads to everyone having different facts, and polarization. Which is what we've seen over the past 20 to 30 years. Sorry, a bit long and off topic, but I found your post interesting. It's pretty much what I wrote my thesis for my bachelor's degree on.
