  1. The offense is crap with either of them. Debating who can make the better crap is pointless. It's concerning what they are doing on offense. But blah blah blah 90 mil, 10 picks... they'll build an offense right, lol. Why the hell would I trust them on offense? Next year will be 3 OC's in 3 years, 3 schemes with these two guys who just moved here from Carolina telling me we have to run, and our QB is Buffalo. They're so arrogant when one is a gym teacher and one is a guy with a communications degree lol. For the record, I started off with a communications degree. So I can look down on myself.
  2. It's pretty simple to me, and it makes me want to look at their other businesses to see if I can find any hints of dysfunction to this level. Nobody knew who was their boss whole Rex was here. Whaley was the GM, supposedly had control over the interview process, didn't want Rex. Was probably right given the personnel on defense. The Pegulas were wowed by Rex and hired him outside of the GM, completely undercutting him. Then you saw the debacle with Tyrod, whether he'd play or not at the end. He needed surgery but wanted to play. Rex needed a win. Whaley was looking at the bigger picture trying to sit him. And the owners ultimately had to make the decision because their was no clear chain of command, and no clear outline of job responsibilities for either. They then promptly threw everyone out in front of the media, and it was well known by that point, Whaley isn't a great communicator. I'm just going to stop. Watching how the Pegulas do things with their teams make me wonder how they are so successful. Happy they kept the teams here, but wow is it bad.
  3. That's great in theory, and I mean that genuinely. It sounds like it could be a lot of fun. I just think the bias of the haters and homers will undoubtedly spill over into the other sub forum.
  4. You want coaches to be hired away from you. It means you're making good hires. Turning the coaching staff over 2 times in 3 years for being bad? That means the guy hiring has to go. I agree though he has 3 years. Regardless of what I think.
  5. I don't think they're getting fired after this year.
  6. I think that's a really generous view of Allen. I think the difference between him, at this point, and Anderson, is sadly marginal. I mean Peterman is a dumpster on a 90 degree day. He doesn't deserve the fire. He just smells bad and is something you want to avoid. Edit- saw some of your other posts, just wanted to let you know we're pretty much on the same page. You're not being generous to Allen lol.
  7. That EJ guy could be better than that Allen guy they drafted in the top 10....
  8. I agree. It wasn't his worst game. He still did nothing to redeem himself in my opinion. He definitely wasn't helped out much.
  9. I agree the Tyrod takes are unreal. I think it maybe a reflection of some underlying issues segments of this fanbase have. Like enjoying a Sunday off from his 9-5 at Goldman Sachs. He shouldn't be on the team.
  10. I'm right with you. The best player they picked up was even the wrong decision. Love watching Tre play, this is by no means a criticism of him. But it's like you passed on Mahomes and Watson for a CB. You traded up for Zay. You have no speed on offense. You hit on Dawkins, while still on his rookie contract, and decided you can't have 2 good tackles. So you trade Cordy. Then draft Allen. I'll give him time. I didn't like Allen before they picked him. However, the decisions to this point on offense have mostly been bad. I don't trust them with the 90 mil.
  11. I'm guessing you have this opinion but at the same time give McDermott credit for ending the drought. Taking Nate over Taylor. I'm just not even going to go there. How anyone could say that makes me question a lot about them.
  12. Your piece is essentially, you can disagree with me and I get that. Then quickly goes to if I don't like your opinion go away for awhile. Lol you're better than that.
  13. It's pretty arrogant for you to play the holy gatekeeper. People have opinions, and the point of message boards is to discuss something you find interesting When I saw posts and threads about Colton Schmidt I wouldn't be all up in them. Just ignore it at a certain point. That's what I do to @John from Riverside
  14. No. No he can't be. I'll give them the off season, if they trot him out next year as the back up, they need to be fired. I can't think of a clearer example of people not being able to learn from mistakes if they roll in with Allen and Peterman.
  15. In my opinion, how could he not be asked that question? The reporters are there for content. And a sizable portion of the fanbase and media have been trying to figure out what's the logic with this Peterman stuff. He could easily take ownership and say, I was wrong, I thought he could he great, but I've put him in a tough spot and situations that place a lot of pressure on him. Something along those lines where you say, I was wrong, I know he's not good, but in a softer way. Instead he refuses to say he's wrong, back Peterman to no end and continues to employ him. At this point, he should be asked that until he shows he isn't in some weird Peterman cult. It's easy on him to say, hey, why would they even ask that.
  16. I'm a jerk. Hope it's all good. I didnt mean it maliciously, just saw the opening and had to take it.
  17. I'm just giving you a hard time for your post about being called ignorant in the other thread. Lol. I generally agree with you as far as the pegulas go.
  18. You can't do anything but laugh. If we were a bigger market this would be all over ESPN. I wonder if the big dog advised him to take it down.
  19. I mean all our statements on here are relatively futile. I get your point though.
  20. Totally respectable opinion. I'm not their biggest fans, but if Allen looks good (which I'm not big on), and the team just misses out I'd give them another year. My view is, that I don't think they'll even do that.
  21. So they should just say nothing then? I'm not sure what you're suggesting
  22. I mean... no one made you click on the thread and you sort of sound like a woe is me look at my personal pain with these posts constantly bitching about posts. They're bad. They get another year in my opinion. Some want them fired, some want to see it them be given time. They're just opinions. I find it odd on something like a message board, that is designed specifically for communicating opinions. So many people would rather their be no opinions, and no threads. Of course redundancy is going to exist in opinions and threads. It's pretty simple to think it wouldn't.
  23. Who are these big signings? DeSean Jackson? Who I like but I'm just trying to think of the big signings these teams make.
