Gilmore is now beloved in NE (Yahoo Article)
Ol Dirty B replied to BigDingus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yea it is a rather unfortunate trend... It's kind of like the back up QB being the most popular guy on the roster when you have a bad team. That's just what has happened over the course of time... Then you add in bitterness and people talking about blue collar bull ****... It's just a bad environment for anybody talented. Even Shady gets **** at times on here. The issue is that this teams fanbase isn't just ignorant about good players after they leave. They willingly do it They have a problem with every talented guy on the roster, constantly. They ran Dareus, Gilmore and Watkins out of town. They are already on to Cordy. Some people are already talking about Shady. They constantly compare what football players make to what average people make, when it is just a dumb thing to even consider. Anyone making good money it seems they immediately turn against. It's like they think you get an extra win or two added on to the season total by being at the cap floor or something. This obsession with people making too much is annoying among bills fans. Quit being jealous. If anyone can actually point out someone we didn't sign because the cap was in the way, I'd love to hear it. But the cap can be manipulated, it's a bunch of bull ****. But I'm not surprised that people who would have the wool pulled over their eyes by some weird bald dude whispering trust the process in their ears can't understand this. -
Wow that is funny to read. Funny how little things have changed. People burying a QB others not being down on Todd Collins. I thought everyone just agreed he sucked... I was very young when he started but I got the vibe everyone thought he sucked. Did he really have backers back in the day?

I don't think incognito said anything racist. But just because he never used the n word doesn't make it ok for him to say whatever racist stuff he wants. It has no place in sports, or really life for that matter. Your post is essentially excusing racism as long as it doesn't come down to the n word, which is just wrong.

Why No Love for Schwartz?

All I can take away from this thread is that you're delusional. -
Is Tom Brady better than Jordan?
Ol Dirty B replied to BigDingus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
A team of 5 Jordan's gets destroyed in the post in that era. I'm not really a fan of these cross sport comparisons. They really make no sense. It's hard enough to compare QB's from the 80s and 90s to QBs today, now we are going to start comparing a 2 guard from the 90s to a QB? No thanks, I don't even know where to begin. Go figure ESPN would be the place that creates a conversation that really can't be had. So Jordan is the GOAT of what? Being a human being? You sound retarded. -
Pats create PI when they are losing

Gronk's Karmic retribution
Ol Dirty B replied to Livinginthepast's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Because Nick foles isn't good? And why are you blaming Whaley for This? If Whaley gets blame for this then he gets credit for the trade down, Tre, poyer, and Hyde. Or is that too logical? -
[Vague Title]I believe this.

Our last 9-7 season with a DVOA and points differential better than this team's? -
Gronk's Karmic retribution
Ol Dirty B replied to Livinginthepast's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If this is how you think Karma works, then the Bills need to start playing a lot dirtier. -
Oh I see... it was Whaley who made the decision to change defensive schemes. It was Whaley who decided we need to go through 3 different OCs in 3 years. He decided, hey I'm gonna build this great defense where the personnel fits then the year after that all comes together I'm gonna run a different one that our front 7 isn't fit for, and we don't have the safeties for. He made every attempt to get rex what he needed but wasn't given long at all to do it. Terry is a dope for hiring rex. Doug Whaley's failures, a lot of them, fall on horrible ownership.

When I call you stupid in the future, and you might be making a legitimate point. Remember this post, you earned it.

Well in their defense, and myself included. If you actually watched the game it was pretty hard to miss.

That he was hurt?
-
It's a fair point, I understand what you're saying. I'm going against conventional wisdom I just injuries are part of the game. I could be wrong, but I feel like Vick was rarely injured. Then you have guys like Jake locker who can't stay healthy. It's just a crap shoot in my opinion. If Lamar could be a great prospect on the board when they draft, I just hope they don't pass on him because he may get injured trying to make a play. I'm fine with passing on him, I just hope it's based on something they see in his potential rather than he may get hurt. Like I said, I'd rather just roll the dice with the highest upside available to me.

Is this Jags loss McDermott's fault?
Ol Dirty B replied to BringBackOrton's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Weird... Because either Gilmore is a top 5 CB or they signed a guy to a contract you said you can't sign them to and they are in the superbowl. With him making a great play at the end. So pretty much you're wrong. You painted yourself in a corner with paint colored wrong. I mean, you have to really try to be as wrong as you are. You really made it specific, I mean if you made it anymore specific I don't think that could increase the level of wrong you are. -
No, plenty of people can disagree. Most just have no ability to support their posts. I'm an idiot... You're a !@#$. And you follow me around, put me on ignore, !@#$ boy. Rg3 also had a knee injury already. You're talking about concern for guys getting hit who are built more solidly than most rbs or wrs. Injuries happen, can we stop avoiding people because they might get hurt? They traded a wr in part because of his injury history and in return 3 guys they traded for all got injured. What Whaley said was right, this sport is something not meant to be played by humans. You take take the most talent and roll the dice.

You mentioned it, perhaps I assumed wrong that you found it interesting that Lloyds body was found by a bills fan. I usually don't mention things I find uninteresting. I can see why you took it as such, but the rest of my post wasn't directed towards you specifically. Either way, I don't care. Think what you think.

Amen what? I'm guessing you didn't read anything I said.

New idea for preventing CTE
Ol Dirty B replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That's it! You figured out all of the NFL's CTE problems. Why did they bother with the settlement, research or new helmet contracts when a guy sitting on his couch could come up with a solution that the rest of us could never see -
Is Hernandez written on Gillette stadiums wall any where? This is just a dumb debate to even entertain. I'm really confused why anyone finds it interesting that Lloyds body was found by a bills fan. It's almost disgusting that's what you take away from everything. Can somebody interpret this for me? Because I don't understand it at all. I don't find the story in general interesting at all either. Aaron Hernandez was a scum bag, went through some tough times that a lot of people go through and went on to kill people for no reason at all. He's a piece of ****. It has nothing to do with the Pats, or Urban Meyer. His level of **** is unforeseeable. He killed himself, now let's remember the victims and forget about him.

Well this is pretty easy. 1) I'm calling out bills fans for being bigoted, I think it's a reputation they are starting to earn and deservingly so. 2) I'm a bills fan, not a fan of the bills fans. So I feel completely comfortable in myself and don't really worry about others. I know I'm not a racist, but i will say it is something i notice in the fan base. Yet if someone says bills fans are racist I know myself well enough where if they talk to me for 5 minutes they'll know I'm not. The ones who love manziel, defend incognito to no end, call for Peterman and trashed Dareus, Cordy, and Tyrod and Kaepernick . They are the ones who project poorly. If you're upset with me calling out that lot, well then you must be in it. And I'll stand by everything I said. Like I said, I'm a bills fan, not a fan of bills fans.

Bill Burr on Causes in Sports
Ol Dirty B replied to BadLandsMeanie's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think that's all pretty good. I usually like Bill Bird's stuff The fsu bit is great, the whole thing is really. -
He's not protesting for himself. It's for others. Many of whom are also living paycheck to paycheck.
